Mod wash has been great so far. I have a membership for my new car and have enjoyed getting washes daily. Bob always speaks when I come through and makes sure I get a freshener.

Definitely needed This Car Wash In Ashtabula. It's so much easier than the hydro spray establishments in town. And for the monthly price, and being able to get a Clean Car. Every Day. That's a plus...Nothing more satisfying than A Clean Auto.The staff is very friendly and helpful to answer questions. They always smile and are willing to be available, so you can have a great experience in going there.I pay under $30 a Month and always have a Clean car. I certainly Do Get my money's worth. When you use the hydrospray, and I have to add, you do the work if you choose. But that's going to cost you upwards to $10 even more- For 1 single visit.I can sit and enjoy getting a Shiney Clean car (Everyday) for $30NOW IN MY MIND-THAT'S A DEAL

Kinda pricey $10 - 25 wash but detailing is free like vacuuming, window cleaning, Matt cleaning, & mod towels provided.

Pricey , was thinking it would do a lot better of a job but I didn't really notice that. It works as well as the other places around. After returning a few times I've changed from 4 to 5 stars.The water beads up on my car when it rained and dried spotless. Shine lasts a long time . It does do a great and superior job for my car.

I am so amazed at the service today on Easter!! Starting with Vicki at the gates, Nick guiding me into the tunnel and to finish up with Ben helping me wipe down my car at the vacs!! He also took the time to listen to me "vent" about a personal matter! He genuinely cared for me!! I'm so impressed!!! Definitely prefer Ashtabula mod wash over anywhere else!!

If you can't afford to have your car professionally detailed, this business is the next best thing! Not only was it entertaining to see all the lights and colors as you passed through the wash, but they did a very thorough job! An attendant is right there as you enter to pay to assist you with any questions and another worker came and finished spit drying my car while I was using the vacuums (which are super impressive, btw). I was on a time crunch and didn't have time to use it, but they also had a cleaning station for your floor mats which I've never seen at another car wash before. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality, the customer service, and the overall experience!

The guy Rusty was one of the most friendly and respectful people I've ever met. Helped clean my rugs and did it with pride. Need more respected men around like him. Go rusty your amazing.

Nate was great! Always so friendly there. He came over and made sure I didn't need anything. I am a member and always get a air freshener. Always so pleasant to deal with. Since being a member I try to leave them a tip it's just the right thing to do.

Always have a great experience when using Ashtabula Ohio ModWash! William went out of his way to help get my vehicle fixed as I signed up online months ago and always have to have an employee enter my phone # before the gate will lift. Great customer service from William!! Really appreciate it!!

If you suffer from social anxiety, or have young children and are always in a hurry, do not go to ModWash. I m not sure how many ways I tried to say no as politely as possible when they kept trying to convince me to purchase a membership. Then, as I was cleaning out my car, a nice man began drying off my windows (which is so nice!) but then he prompted me to scan his QR code to leave a review. I get that it s a business, and this is what they do, but I just want to be in and out. Other than that, the car wash was great, the vacuums and rags are convenient, and the air freshener they give you is a nice touch!

Took a chance and bought into the whole ModWash experience and I ve been super happy with the washes and experience. I definitely find it to be worth the price and the customer service is PHENOMENAL. William, in particular, is always so friendly and kind and seems to always have a smile on his face even when it s near freezing and ALWAYS ALWAYS asks permission to see if my toddler passenger can have a sucker or candy cane which I REALLY appreciate

William was absolutely fantastic!! He gave us all the info about the memberships without being pushy. Car wash is nice and brand new. Our babygirl loved the bright lights and had a good time. Would definitely recommend getting your car washes here. Thanks again William!!!

Nate was very and helped me with whatever I needed and put my hitch in. Ben assisted my son how nice job he was doing and gave water bottle. Vicki assisted and pulled my hitch off so the back of the truck could get washed. Best car wash I been to ever.

I have a monthly membership because, well I love clean things William cleans my windows and I vacuum out the car. They have suckers for my kids. It's a win for everyone. Highly recommend

After traveling I had a lot of bugs. My first time using modwash, bugs are gone! Cheaper than Steve's in conneaut and Modwash did a much better job! Very courteous staff.

William and bob were extremely helpful! Bob made getting a membership extremely easy and no hassle at all. The extra time William took to wipe down everything on the outside of the car was amazing. They really made it a great experience!

Amazing!! The customer service from Bob and staff was awesome and the whole experience at MOD was untouched by other car wash businesses. Where can you get a wash and then use all the vacuum's, window wash, clean micro towels, and a mat scrubber for FREE under $20 bucks!! Oh and they played 80 s dance music so it is actually fun.

This place is amazing! We purchased the monthly pass and have gone through a few times. Today, William was nice enough to show us the cleaning supplies, air nozzle, mat cleaners and all the bells and whistles at the location! Thanks for the great value!

Always leave with a great wash and love the free vacuums! Nate and Ben took the time to wipe the outside of my car to get rid of the little spots and it was greatly appreciated!
