My wife, Lili and I Prayed and searched for a mobile service technician for sometime to work on our Motor Coach. I called Happy Traveler Mobile RV Repair, LLC and spoke with Christy she was very courteous and willing to see how she could get us scheduled. Christy communicated from the time appointment was set until Spencer showed up to work on our Rig. We were so impressed with Spencer and we agree with Christy she assured us he was good and we can say Spencer provided us with excellent service.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Wonderful experience. Spencer came to check out my camper furnace. He was honest and forthright in diagnosing my problem. Which turned out not to be a problem. Replaced my propane regulator and a leaking line and installed a new fresh water drain valve. Excellent customer service, friendly, and easy to work with. both he and his wife. If you have a problem, make Spencer your 1st call, you won't need to call anyone else. Will DEFINITLY use again if we need to!!!!!

I contacted Spencer a couple of weeks ago to explain an issue I had with my awning and that we needed repaired before our next camping trip next week. I was able to get the parts ordered and shipped to my house and Spencer worked with Jeff to have installed for us. I dropped off the trailer and Jeff had repaired the awning the next day. I love these guys and how they run their business. I highly recommend them and I always tell my familiar and friends about them. Most friendly two guys I have ever met!

We had an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience in July when traveling through Ohio. Our Winnebago Revel had a leak that we simply could not find.Not only did Spencer fit us in as soon as he could, but he and his team would not let us leave until they found and fixed the problem. They were persistent and diligent and we left there all patched up.If you are having trouble in the Columbus area do not hesitate - give Happy Traveler a call!

Spencer is fantastic and extremely professional! He was able to fix my RV fridge and did it very quickly! He had tremendous knowledge of RVs! Mr Spencer was very professional. Was very good in communicating with me. When diagnosis my problem he was very specific and what it would take to fix it. While showing me the issue that I called on he noticed a pipe leak and offer on the spot to fix that as well. I would highly recommend Happy Traveler Mobile RV repair Mr. Spencer to anyone.

We had an issue with the slide room on our camper. Happy Traveler was able to provide service right away, got it under cover immediately in bad weather, and repaired the issue, along with some other items we had them look at. They provided before and after pictures of the repairs and took the time to answer our questions. Spencer and Jeff are great to work with. We've found our go-to place for camper maintenance and repair.

I broke a spring shackle going down the highway made it to my destination park and called. The recording said they would call back between 9 - 12 the next day which they did. That was reason enough for me to give them 5 stars. I was able to fix it myself or I would have had them fix it

A REAL LIFE SAVER! Struggled finding someone to fix a problem I had with my RV. Then I found Happy Traveler. Not only did he fix the problem, he made my RV usable again! I couldn't be happier with the service I got and respect that was given. This guy knows what he's doing and was pleasant to be around. His work made my whole family excited for camping again. Had a water pump problem on a Sunday, called Spenser at 1030 AM, he was here in an hour and a half fixed the problem ASAP very FAIR in price but most important he was friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. Once again Spenser THANK YOU!!!
