My wipers are trash. They helped me find the right wipers and at the right price. They even put them on for me. Great place to get all your car parts. Thanks again fellas

I only go to these guys, mainly because of the Manager. I haven't got his name yet, but he is always seriously engaged and knowledgeable about what you need. Usually has helpful tips and advice as well. Supervises the other associates to ensure they are getting the right part that you need.Hope this guy never leaves..

I was traveling through on my way to Texas, it was Sunday afternoon . These guys not only warrantied my fuel pump they stayed after hours while I pulled the old one out for core charge. They went above and beyond!!!

I just purchased a pickup truck from a dealer to Akron and was headed home to Columbus when I realized I was having difficulty with the hood latch. Bret jumped Right In and helped my wife and I get back on the road safely. Excellent customer service Bret, thank you!

Nicole is very rude, went in to get a starter tested and she was mad because she tested a used part and I wasn t buying anything. Also Bret had no issue helping And making sure I was taken care of. Bret should be the big boss!

Brysen should get The Noble Prize for Customer Service! He went above and beyond for us. In fact as we traveled on with more repairs being needed, we only went to O'Reilly auto parts. Why, you ask? Brysen of Ashland Ohio. Rock on Brysen!

tj ? an older white man employee is a raging a hole. very few parts stores have competent persons working there , because if they were mechanics or good, they likely wouldn't be there, but there is a rare one here and there., this location has none of them. a few ok guys work there but hopefully u know exactly what you need and want otherwise you are better off somewhere else

Disgusted. Was sitting in my parked car when I watched a female employee employee park right next to me and door dinged me. When I rolled down my window, she said it was my fault for parking in her spot (it is a public parking lot with zero employees only parking spots). She proceeds to walk in to work and gets the other employees to come out and swear and yell me at me in front of other patrons. I will never come back after such disrespect and disregard for damaging a customers vehicle.

I visit an estimated 20 different oriellys around ohio a month some several times and this particular store has some of the rudest employees. I'm not sure if they are just so fed up with their job that they just dont care. Or maybe they honestly dont know how to do their job so they take it out on their customers. Either way I dread coming here

O'Reilly auto parts is a very great place to go if your cars broken and needs some new parts or fluids. They also have most of the parts you would need.

Nobody knew any about my vehicle. But maybe my standards were to high I expect an employee at an auto shop to know about vehicles. I giving it a 3 because the employees that are usually there were not . This was at about 6 or 7 pm so maybe they were new..

My alternator went out on the highway. I was able to make it to O'Reilly's. I was helped by T.J. I ended up having to stay in the town over night. But I was okay. T.J. ordered the parts I needed, made an appointment to have my truck repaired at an affordable price and even help my find a hotel and transportation to get around town. He turned a bad experience into a good one. Thanks T.J.

Under stocked and employees are not interested in understanding the equipment they sale. SHOULD BE A REQUIREMENT TO UNDERSTAND CAR/TRUCK/SUV AND BASIC ENGINE UNDERSTANDING.

This is usually our go to auto store.. today there was only one guy working and we never got helped. He answered the phone and then helped the guy behind us. We were in there for 15 minutes with almost zero acknowledge

All depends on the sales associate you get! People make the difference! May have a lower price on some items,but some are higher. Basically Orally Advance and Auto Zone aren't much different. People make the difference

They only sell their brand of non-synthetic 5W-20 oil. Great place and convenient.
