Dustin, Andy and the rest of the people at Henricks Chrysler were very friendly and helpful. They made our experience finding a new to us car a very pleasant experience. Thank you guys for everything. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is in the market for a good reliable car.

I bought a used Lexus GS 350 from them and they were awesome from start to finish. There were a couple issues that were not their fault but they took care of everything and even delivered the car in person. I highly recommend them and will definitely buy my next car from them. Thanks again.

We have to say we were pleasantly taken back with how our whole sale played out. We live almost 5 hours away and decided to take a risk and head to Ohio for a truck my husband really liked. Before we even arrived Andy went out of his way to take a video for us to show us the condition of the truck. We talked over the phone many times and each time he would go back to the truck to look at it and answer our questions. We discussed price and trade in value and before we headed out we had a total price. When we got there Andy was just so honest and accommodating. My husband is a mechanic and they let him look over the truck to make sure everything was in good condition. This was by far the smoothest car purchased (and i have purchased 3 in the last year). Andy knew we were driving far and having him be honest with everything was so refreshing. The price that was discussed was the price we paid. We have gone to many dealerships and walked out without buying a truck because we just hate the bull and the lies. I love when someone can just be honest about things, makes transactions a lot smoother! When we got home tonight I told everyone looking for a car to make the drive as we really felt that this was one of the most honest dealerships we have been to in a long time! My husband absolutely Loves his truck! Thank you Andy for being honest and so accommodating to us! I am sure we will make that drive again when searching for any other cars. Andy was able to stay late with me to look at a 2022 Ram Rebel. He did a great job explaining all of the features that it came with including walking me through the Uconnect software. They were able to work with my credit union directly, so all that I had to do was show up the next day to sign the paperwork. It was a great experience!

***Trustworthy***This place is first-rate. Every single person we encountered was friendly, intentionally made eye-contact, opened doors, shook hands, etc. We worked with Andy (Salesman), Tyson (Manager), and Matt (Finance). All three were exceptional, authentic, and their demeanor didn t budge when we declined add-ons. Although the deal was quick, we spent most of our time with Andy, who is a stellar salesman, and Matt, who is super down-to-earth. I walked away with a seriously great deal on my perfect Wrangler. This place is WELL worth the drive from Fort Wayne. Highly recommend!

I contacted them inquiring about a final out the door price on a vehicle as I was out of state. I received quick contact back and worked with Andy who was very professional and got answers to questions that I had if he didn t already know. After seeing the vehicle, and having a few small differences than what was listed, they were very reasonable and we worked out final sale that worked for both of us. All staff we encountered were nice and smiling during our visit with pleasant music playing while we waited. Thanks for our new Jeep Gladiator, it was a pleasant transaction!

I purchased a car from Terry Henricks without even visiting the dealership! I found the car I had been looking for online. Elijah was kind enough to send me an immensely thorough video of the exterior and interior. They delivered to me 3 hours away. I test drove it, signed the papers and within 10 minutes the car was mine. Seamless. Would recommend!

Took in van that wasn't shifting correctly. I informed the tech. that the transmission fluid was good and there were no codes. They "confirmed" that the fluid was good, no codes, & transmission was shifting poorly. They didn't check anything else because they said there was too much rust to lift the vehicle. Charged $160 to confirm what I told them, and they recommended a new transmission (just from driving it). I went directly to another dealer who said they wouldn't have any trouble lifting the vehicle. They drove it and told me "there's nothing wrong with your transmission". The catalytic converter was plugged and not allowing the engine to create the rpms to shift properly. I'm glad I didn't order a rebuilt transmission that I didn't even need. I've been to Henricks' in the past with no issues, but it's definitely not the place it used to be.

If you Google "scam artist" it should bring you the Terry Henricks webpage.When I took in my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica to their service department for backup camera issues, they called and said they could replace the camera and it'd fix all the issues. I said ok great. A few hours later they called back and said when the opened it up the taillight assembly (where the camera is located) it was just so full of corrosion and rust that the camera pins were broke off so they would have to charge $2,000 for an entirely new assembly. I said no thanks. I brought my van home, took apart the back taillight assembly to find no corrosion, no dirt, nor rust but that THEY had broken a pin off in the connector when trying to unplug the camera and were too lazy and corrupt to do anything about it and tried charging me to fix their screw up. I bought a new camera for $160 on amazon, dug out the broken pin out of the connector, hooked it up and it works good as new.

I just bought a 2019 Dodge Charger from Terry Henricks. This is the first car I have ever financed and was nervous going into the whole process, Parker was my salesman and he was amazing and took time to talk me through it and listened to what we were telling him about payments in my budget. Mike was in finance and he was wonderful when it was time for me to sign papers. Explained what everything was I was signing, explained the warranty options and GAP insurance in detail. The staff at Terry Henricks made me feel at ease and a lot better about making this first big purchase at 19 years old. Thanks guys!!!

I dealt with Parker my sales consultant, Corey the sales manager, and Chad the finance manager as an out of town customer on a pre-owned truck. From my first inquiry Parker was responsive, thorough and honest. When I arrived at the dealership the truck was washed and sparkling and parked in front. Corey was awesome to deal with and Chad arranged competitive financing with an extended service contract and GAP. I have bought many vehicles at dealerships and my experience from start to finish was FLAWLESS. Parker you and your team are the best!!!!

Had great experience with this dealership. Did a good job answering any questions that we had. Dustin and Matt were great helping us through the process. My only small complaint is that I wish Dustin would have remembered my appointment to test drive the vehicles, so he could have been a little more prepared. Overall a fine experience. Thanks guys! No real major complaint. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I tend to not be very trusting because of my job, so I was suspicious the entire time (nothing personal).The only real complaint I have is that my question about the previous accident never really got answered. The truck was originally a lease from this dealer. It was in an accident (passenger rear) about 15,000 miles ago. I couldn't get an answer about any specifics. I countered with "Well, it was YOUR lease vehicle, I would think the dealership would have some sort of record of the accident and what was done to fix it". I'm hoping that after 15,000 miles, something would have manifested itself if there was a problem...... OR ........ I'll get a response, whether public or private, regarding the accident and repair.I would most likely deal with them again.EDIT: I was contacted Tuesday. The accident involved only a fender is what I was told. If so, that's good. Still having my mechanic check it over. I'd have done it before purchase, but it's a 90 minute drive, one way.

Bought a used 2021 Chrysler Pacifica here in January 2024. Was told by Elijah numerous times that the vehicle has been serviced. Oil was a quart low, so they filled it. When I returned home and checked, coolant was reservoir was empty, break fluid half empty. My fault for not looking closely and not wanting to argue with the sales person anymore. Not to mention being pressured to purchace because someone else at the other store wants to buy this vehicle now. The beginning of February I get a call from the store manager saying that they sold me the wrong vehicle. How could this happen. Turns out that they had bought two, one black and one gray. Apparently I had bought the other Pacifica. Explained why it never got serviced. Not thrilled about it. However, Elijah is going to make the drive from Archbold to Fort Wayne to redo paperwork and new license plate. So when I go to plate my new vehicle no title to be found. The replacement dealer plate arrived after my temporary tag had expired. Weeks pass. No communication from Elijah and no return calls from the store manager. So here we are again on Easter weekend plate expiring on Sunday. Elijah said that he would overnight a new tag on Thursday. No delivery Friday. I been ignored by the store manager at least four times. When I called Friday and asked to talk to him I was told that he was busy with a customer and would return my call just to be ignored again. Elijah called me just before 5pm on Friday to tell me the new tag is in the mail. Here it is Saturday afternoon once again no delivery. Tags expire tomorrow. Here we are again with expired plates again. And still more. Hope everyone has a wonderful Easter weekend and safe travels to all that gets to go and spend time with family.

We found a Jeep online and emailed Terry Henricks. They responded right back. We set up an appointment to look at a Jeep Cherokee. Alex reached out several times prior to our appointment to answer questions. We even changed our appointment time at the last minute. He accommodated our request. He was ready when we arrived. Vehicle was pulled up and waiting on us. We bought it that day. The staff, especially Alex B., were amazing! We were so happy with the service they provided. Gave us more for our trade in than expected. We got a Great Deal on a Great Jeep. We couldn t be happier!!!
