This shop has always taken care of me. They don't do anything to my vehicle that is unnecessary. They are ALWAYS honest and do not try to use scare tactics to get money out of me like I have experienced at a big name place. The owners are down to earth, humble, honest, respectful people. It is a full service shop including oil changes. I highly recommend them. Ask for Frank or Kenney!

One again I had a vehicle with a problem , 60 miles from my home . I had it towed by AAA and Frank called me the next day they were open . I received an estimate and needed a little less work done. Frank sent a second estimate which we agreed on. When I was lucky enough to get AAA to tow it for free , I took it. Frank was great telling me he would get it ready when they x came. Gotta say I was in a tight spot work van blew a spark plug that van is my lifeline to work Nathan took it in not only fixed the major issue but took care of all other ones that was loose as well just picked van up paid the inexpensive bill fir what it was guys r great very knowledgeable on the vehicle van runs great no issues ill never use another shop from here on out they have my bussneiss on all my work vehicles personal vehicles and in today's economy and way life is for the American people right now this place is the best place to come to get it done right and not get screwed in the process I appreciate all of u guys up there and I'll be seeing ya again soon with another vehicle

Hey I don't get it how companies can agree on something and then when you leave they can do pretty much whatever they want to do and I know there's a lot of people that agrees with me on this I know there's people out there that has been treated this way as well so for one way automotive my ballots came back and I was told that you guys just got fired and take it out on me leave my car alone it did nothing to you guys my car is innocent more then you know remember you guys got fired from my ballots if you act this way in reviews it's makes people stay away from your company everybody reads your reviews before they bring their cars to you guys and you guys got 0 stars in my opinion.

I had a great experience with the team at OneWay. Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful and professional. Their work was thorough and I was informed each step of the way. When dealing with ordering new parts, I was offered a range of options and they were transparent, upfront, about possible shipping delays, so their estimates were accurate and honest. If you are looking for a shop that's honest, professional, fair and competent then look no further. My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles here since they opened. The work is always completed in a professional and timely manner.I have even had a repair fail due to a bad part and One Way immediately took ownership of the problem and corrected it.There are other places you can go but you will likely be treated like a paycheck. I needed a fuel pump on my 2003 Ford Crown Victoria. Everywhere I called said 7 to 10 days. I called and spoke with Kenny on a Thursday and he said he could do it on Wednesday (6 days). Had my car towed and dropped on Friday. They called me on Monday to let me know my car would be ready on Wednesday. Wednesday morning they called and said it was ready. But they wanted to ask me about my battery and service engine lights being on. Did I know about this? They didn't try to sell me on any extra services. I liked all the guys there. They were GREAT!! I have recommended them already to friends.

I had an issue with a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was very unusual. I called around and some shops just declined to even look at the issue once explained to them. Fortunately for me OneWay right away said they would be happy to take a look. They were wonderful in keeping me informed along the way with any progress. The went above and beyond in not only resolving my issue but being very fair in the cost associated with a very difficult problem. I will most assuredly go back to them and suggest others to utilize their services in the future.Service: Electrical repair

These guys are great. When you bring your vehicle in to have it worked on they aren't like other places that pushes you when they find something else wrong with your vehicle. They let you know " hey by the way did you know or we are just giving you a heads up this is what we found as well". Really nice bunch of guys there. Really professional and a great sense of humor too.

Bad Service. Avoid this Place. They will try to get as Much Money as they can. Owner is Very Unprofessional. Never Called me back! Seemed like the dude didn t care about the Customers. I m not going to pay a tow truck to take it in there if they are going to Highball and manipulate me! Seems like in that type of scenario they would be the type to give you the bill at the end, and with extra charges. Edit* If they would turn down All Cash why would they not turn down someone that wants a Payment plan, He s biiig salt that he has too much Pride to take accountability, but hey, at least his business is Getting hit with the Debt, What comes around goes around. Look at his Comments and tell me if that is a Business not in Debt. Clearly he shows how he runs his Business Mr. No Name No Show Auto. Clearly they have extra time on their Hands or something if they want to Waste people s time and Money Must be sad to see a Business Go down the Drain. This is Exactly why you should Call before going to a Business. Then you separate who has a Real Business, and a Fake one. I m going out of my way and Wasting my Time( Worth it at this point) just to warn you about how Bad this place is. Use at your Own Risk. These Guys don t deserve a 1,000$ Job or a 100$ one. Thank God I followed my Gut on this one, the Employees are Miserable there :/ Maybe I can start to see why they are as Rushy as they are, because they just want their shift to be over there. What a Shame. Must be a pretty Low Owner to have Employees hate it THAT BAD. The Owner, which doesn t disclose his name, Has something to say about EVERYTHING. Just do yourself a Favor Sir or Ma am.

Took a car in for an inspection for a possible sale. Arrived 15 minutes early, Ken took it in right away and completed the job very quickly. The parts and service guy made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely take a car there to have it worked on.

Iv been coming here for years, the ppl are awesome and the team knows how to treat a customer like family.While your waiting u can play bball,guitar,watch movies or even studies.I love the desk they have for studies and Reading while I wait

That place is the biggest joke it s a highway robbery never go back again , My car actually ran better taking it in after spending 850$ the same problem still not fixed, I have learned my lesson . When somebody does not fall to Your lies and after you keep the car for a whole week and I know you re the one who cracked my radiator and now you re blaming everything on my son it s true that I told you my son did not maintain the car but for you to say that I cannot afford a car like that you must be dreaming because I actually have three of them and I m glad that I didn t bring the other two to your place and I will make sure to help people out before coming to your Poor establishment by the way the replacement of the radiator you cracked and you were trying to charge me 500$ for it a trustworthy repair shop did it for 210$ parts and labor .
