We had a fantastic experience with Dennis Smith Auto Sales! Jeff Wilson was great & helped us pick out a quality used vehicle for our 16-year-old! Jeff answered all of my questions, was very straightforward & honest. I felt we were able to make a well informed decision. Their website has pictures, lots of info & access to Carfax on every vehicle!! Pricing is fair & upfront. I would definitely shop here again & definitely recommend to family/friends!

This is the best truck buying experience I ve ever had. I called and told Mark I was an hour away and I was interested in the truck. Mark said he would hold it until I got there and he was true to his word. They are the real deal. They are friendly and honest and treat you like family in a relaxed environment with no pressure. If you re looking for a car or truck I would recommend you check them out first. You ll be glad you did. I got a great truck for a great price!!

Jeff Wilson definitely cares about his customers. I live in Indianapolis Indiana and found my new truck on Wednesday but couldn t make the 2half hour drive until Friday. He was super honest about everything over the phone and even did a video walk around with my husband and I. He wanted to make sure we didn t make the drive for nothing. Not only that Jeff held the truck until we could make it there. Unlike other dealerships have in the past few weeks. When we got to the dealership he was so carrying about our needs and even helped us out with the paperwork end.Thanks so much Jeff you made this process stress-free.

I recently bought a clean 98 Buick Le Sabre from here about a week ago and a half ago, the car is beautiful and I love it. We bought it for 4 grand and it has 100k miles on it. It was exactly what I was looking for and I m satisfied greatly with what they sold me! The coolant was leaking so we took it back and they fixed everything under their 7 day warranty free of charge. Just know that you re buying a used car and there may be some minor issues but they ll fix it for you as long as it s within that period. My car now runs great and should for awhile. The staff were all super friendly and seem like good honest people. They went above and beyond what I expected and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice used car for an affordable price.

My husband was in a motorcycle accident that left him paralyzed. We were in need of a wheelchair-ready vehicle to get him around. We did a web search and came upon a minivan at Dennis Smith Auto Sales. It met all of our requirements, so my daughter and I drove down from Columbus to see it. I must admit I was nervous traveling to this small town. Well, Jeff and Jeff (there were two) were great! They did not talk down to me, which I really appreciated. That put me at ease. Once I told them about my husband's accident, they were even more helpful and gave additional advice above and beyond just trying to make a sale. Although the car is an older model, I was surprised at how clean it was. I was also thankful for the disability equipment that came with the minivan. Now my husband is able to do and participate in so much more! Thanks a bunch Dennis Smith Auto Sales!!!

This car lot is the best most affordable used car dealer around. I bought a 04 Monte Carlo off the lot. Jeff Wilson was my salesman and everything was smooth and easy! I was impressed by the variety of this car lot they have every type of vehicle you could possibly need. This will not be my last car I buy from them. Great cars and great people you can t beat that!

I went about two weeks without a car and needed one as soon as possible. When my dad and I went looking at this shop we were able to get a car super quick and easily after doing a test ride with it. The person who helped us was Jeff Wilson and he was very nice and professional.

Fantastic people and reputable dealer!!!! We ve purchased two trucks we use for towing a trailer and to have an extra vehicle for hauling from them and have had a great experience with them both times! Jeff s customer service is top notch and they all go above and beyond to ensure you re happy and the vehicle is the best it can be mechanically and esthetically for a used vehicle, no matter what price range you re looking in! We also felt like we received a great deal on pricing both times and really got our moneys worth! We will definitely be return customers and will refer anyone in need of a quality used vehicle!

Bought a 09 toyota camry from here recently. Called a few days ahead and secured financing with Lendmark and Jeff allowed me to leave a deposite to hold the car until I arrived. Also said he'd send the car to get detailed so it would be ready for me to pick up. I arrived the car did have old dry roted tires and some other things that weren't disclosed to Me before leaving a deposit. However the car did start and run well and hasn't left me stranded. They give you a 7 day or 700 miles warranty for only engine and drive train issues which is better than nothing but clearly not much. I'd say overall I had a good experience here. I was treated fairly and the car is running well hasn't broken down. Id probably buy from here again. Can't expect perfection from a older used car.

Found the exact truck I was looking for and when I came to buying it I had issues with the go2bank getting all the money out of my acct at once so the were patient and worked with us on making daily payments and one week later the truck was mine. Everyone there, especially Jeff Wilson, was just so awesome and nice. I would definitely do business there again.

I highly recommend Dennis Smith Auto Sales! From start to finish Jeff Wilson went above and beyond to help us get our minivan!! I have never had a "car salesman" make me feel like they truly cared about the person over the sale, until Jeff!! I can't thank him enough for making sure we got what we needed and wanted!!

Wife and I bought a car from here a week and a half ago. Paid cash. Today the driver side window fell into the door and won t roll back up. Took it back to see if they could maybe fix it was told I could take it to the shop across the street and pay for it myself. It s raining now.

Jeff Wilson was a very helpful, courteous and honest used car salesman. I was very impressed with the manner that they handled the sale of a '09 Toyota Corolla. It had a perfect bill of health provided by our mechanic inspection of the vehicle. With 120,000 miles and them knocking off approx. $300 on the price it was a deal that couldn't be passed up. Highly recommend this used dealership to anyone seeking a new used car, and ask for Jeff Wilson!!

Jeff Wilson is the man! He was very helpful and went to bat for me. It s a family atmosphere and you can tell he cares. I highly recommend when needing a cheap used car. The car I bought had some issues but the price for it was better than expected and they are willing to help in th future.

Thanks to Jeff Wilson for making my son's first car lot experience awsome. After a few minutes of us looking without a car salesman running up on us before we even got out of the car like the other two lots.Jeff came out and said we are like family here and if you want to test drive anything just let me know I'll be right here no pressure. He went above and beyond to help us still no car salesman pressure and that's what we wanted. I think that's what everyone wants not someone trying to sell you something that you don't even want lol. He worked with us through are process and made it easy as possible. He even went out of his way to get our dog that was with us water. Topped it off with a gift to our son for first car and graduation.Like he said family here. So thanks Jeff and we will definitely use you again.

This is a great place to buy from. The staff is patient and not too pushy to make the sale. They will take the time to work to put you in the right car. They have fair prices, immediately addressed any concerns I had, and they offer their own WARRANTY. If you are tired of the wheeler dealers that don't care about the cars they sell then this is the place to go.

I was looking for a good used car to purchase for the past couple of days and came across a 2008 Toyota Camry Solara that I found here. It s was in pretty good shape with not a lot of miles on it. I stopped in and talked with Jeff Wilson and took it for a drive. It ran great and I was happy with it. I came back the next day to purchase it and Jeff walked me through the steps. It was easy and simple to finance it and I can t thank them enough. Thanks Jeff and John for all the help!

I bought an older Chevy truck. They offer a 7 day warranty which, I think is unexpected and great for older trucks snd cars! I had an issue come up within the 7 days and and they took care of the issue quickly and with zero hassle! I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. I would recommend them to anyone. I bought a 2007 Dodge caravan back in April, now this is December 31st and I just had my major issue about a week ago. The alternator went out. I got it fixed and was very pleased that I went that long before I had any issues at all. They worked with me they did a wonderful job getting me in this vehicle when I really needed one. I am very pleased and would recommend this car lot to anyone. They are honest and they will tell you if they know anything's wrong or if it's not wrong.

I just bought my first car from Dennis Smith Auto Sales and I couldn't be happier. Jeff Wilson worked with me extensively in order for us both to be happy with the deal. 2 days after purchasing, I found out the battery had stopped working. He gave me a new battery with no question and offered to install it. Great people.
