I simply needed an oil change and they had a really great price. I'm used to paying almost double at other places for semi synthetic blend.I dropped my truck off an hour early and they actually had it done and out before my appointment time started. I'm always pleased with the customer service. They're always nice.A while back my husband's truck had to be towed in and when they looked at it, they discovered it was basically toast and took pity on him. They didn't charge him since they had to tell him his engine was basically shot.These folks are pretty cool and I'll keep coming back to them. Like any garage, their prices are higher on some things and lower on others. However, their customer service is great and worth paying a little more for good service.

Vans in alliance I highly recommend. Needed 2 tires fast had an obligation 1 1/2 hrs away they got me in and out very fast. I appreciate all they did above and beyond.

I was just there 12/28/23. I had stopped at three automotive stores because my license light was out and showed on dash. All three said could not help me. But advanced auto did suggest vans. The girl at desk was EXTREMELY polite and understanding. I explained i was trading it in today and needed light off dash. She offered to help without hesitation. Replaced the bulb i had previously bought smiled and told me to have a great day. I almost cried i said is that it ? How much ? She said it was no problem. To just have a good day. WOW. You dont get service like that anymore. Thank you Vans. And I believe her name may have been Lisa. Thank you A-1 service

Stopped at 3 places before Van's and was turned away immediately for an oil change and tire rotation while I was visiting from out of town. I wasn't in a hurry and didn't know why nobody else wanted my business. Happy, friendly, and smiles galore with the staff at Van's was more than willing to accept my business. Thank you for the great customer service!

This account is under my daughters name, so I m going to share my name Jenny Skolosh. Vans is absolutely awesome. I called this morning. Was broken down with a radiator leak. My truck was there at 10 and I picked it up at three. These guys know how to get somebody back in their vehicle! Thanks to all the people there.

I recently had my car in to the Alliance location for some needed work. I wouldn't feel comfortable in saying that the mechanics at Van's do their jobs well; if I wanted to give a proper statement, I'd have to say that they go above and beyond what is necessary to make sure that the job is done correctly, and that the customer is happy.It has been that way every time that I have had any work done at Van's; it is the reason that I continue to trust them with my vehicle, and the reason that I will continue to trust them.

PLEASE READ TO PREVENT YOURSELF FROM DEALING WITH COSTLY REPAIRS CAUSED BY THEIR CARELESSNESS- I purchased tires from the Alliance location and have always taken my car there to have the tires rotated without any issues. On 4/28 I had my tires rotated at the new Canton location and was in and out within 15 min (which seemed unusually fast) and was told everything looked great. Although I was happy to get out so quickly, I was a little put off by the personal cell phone I found laying on the passenger seat of my car, which I returned to the front desk.Within days I noticed a heavy pulsating in my breaks that turned into an obnoxious squeal.On 6/16 I finally had a chance to take my car to the Alliance location to explain the situation and see if they could take a look at the brakes. I asked the service advisor if anything was noted on the inspection from my 4/28 tire rotation. He had to have the store manager look it up since it was from the Canton location but discovered that there was no record of an inspection. The manager offered to do a complementary break inspection since the Canton location dropped the ball on doing a general inspection during my tire rotation. That complimentary brake inspection resulted in them finding over $1000 in needed repairs. Realizing the Canton location screwed up (both are under the same franchise), the service advisor at the Alliance location offered me a discount for the repairs. The repairs quoted included new brake pads, rotors, calipers, and a brake fluid flush because the current brake fluid was so dirty it looked like chocolate milk according to the service advisor. I told him I needed some time to think about it and left. The next day, by complete coincidence, I checked my oil and saw that the brake fluid reservoir cap and filter were off sitting next to it (see pics). Had I not checked my oil, that cap would have been off for who knows how long letting dust and debris into the brake system and likely causing even more damage. I m appalled by the carelessness that I experienced from both locations. I strongly encourage you to reconsider using Van s Tire Pros of Alliance and Canton to prevent unnecessary damage to your vehicle and the hassle of having to deal with issues that could have easily been prevented by better management over-site as well as hiring trained professionals to perform the job. I can only hope both locations use this incident to make changes and do better for the sake of the customers that are trusting them to take care of their car, not carelessly neglect it.

I brought my vehicle in for inspection and then service. This team was very accommodating to get me in so quickly. The service provided was excellent. The whole team was generous, I will definitely be returning when I need more work done.

Took truck for tire patch they said tires couldn't be patched but could sell me 2 tires for $500.00 my husband said put my old tires back on went to Broadway they patched 1 tire and all the other tire needed was rim cleaned $40.00 dollars just beware of their get rich quick scam.. makes you wonder how many people fall for their gimmick SMDH

Went in just to get tires....was more like a doctors appointment for a car! By noon I was sent a link detailed with pics of my rotors, struts and recommendations! Staff was professional and friendly. I definitely will be a repeat customer!

Super glad I talked my family member into getting a second opinion vans told them they needed new breaks rotors and calipers here to find out the lug nuts were coming off the one tire and if they completely fell off it could of caused a huge accident, apparently there not real smart here or just don t care. They should probably replace the annoying chick upfront too she s loud and rude as hell!!

Exceptional customer service. I called every tire place being turned away as I was in need of service immediately. I called vans last and they told me to come on in and they would happily take a look at my tire. I would recommend them to anyone!

Have gone to Vans in the past for my tire needs and so glad they now offer full service repairs. Upfront about costs and what needs done now, and what can wait a bit. Piss poor customer service. They advertised on Facebook that they are celebrating 5 years in Alliance and 1 year in Plain Township and they're offering tires at cost until October 6th. My husband has left 2 messages in 3 days asking for prices and they STILL haven't returned the calls. They obviously don't want our business so we will go elsewhere.

Bought tires here ( gave me the best price between several different companies) a year ago and was having some issues. Stopped in and Doug and his staff looked into my concerns and got them fixed up. They even found a leak in my tire that another company couldn't find an hour prior. Very courteous and friendly.
