I want to start off by saying that I never really leave these type of reviews or comments online. After purchasing a Trailstar trailer through Leach Enterprises in Illinois in 2020. I was left such a great pleasant experience I felt compelled to leave these ratings and comments. My dream trailer was built into reality. Not a single detail was overlooked. DETAILS MATTER. I was never told they could not do what I wanted. It s incredible feeling to know that the owner cared so much about his customers that he personally delivered the trailer to my father and I upon pick up. We also given a tour of the fabrication factory. This manufacturer truly cares about customer satisfaction, quality moving forward any future purchase of trailer will definitely be a Trailstar. They are truly the BEST in the industry. Believe me when I say do not be hesitant. This manufacturer truly cares about their products, services and customers.
