Ron's has long been the only place our family takes our vehicles. They are always honest, never nickel and dime you and really take care of their customers. Having them to turn to when something goes wrong is a true blessing. They are an absolute service to the Alliance community. I am grateful for Austin and Amy and their team for all their service through the years.

Super reliable people, super friendly, they just did my heat for winter and it was a very good experience! If you are unsure about a place to go, go to Ron s, they will help you with respect and kindness.

Always impressed with Austin s work and professionalism. A fews years back, when my Cruze needed repairs and I needed to be picked up; Austin offered to take me home since I lived just down the street at the time. It may seem to be a small gesture to some, but it is something that has stuck with me; ultimately leading me to be a repeat customer.Beyond that, they are never afraid to give you honest prices. Ron s Automotive is probably the only shop that I have ever been to that actively tries to come out underneath the original price quotes, yet still manages to provide superior service.Amy has always been kind and helpful over the phone, which makes scheduling appointments a breeze.My appointments as of now mainly consist of general maintenance, which Ron s does an equally fantastic job with. I have never felt any hints of dishonesty in any regard, nor have I felt any of the prices to be unfair or inflated as I have with other shops in the past.It is my observation that Austin and the team at Ron s will be open and honest about the prices and services that your vehicle will need, including advising you on what your vehicle does NOT need; all to save you from wasting your hard earned money on ineffectual repairs.I trust that Ron s Automotive will do right by you!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I ve been taking my trucks to Ron s for several years. Before I purchased my current truck, I brought Austin a few candidates He gave me an honest read on all of them and great bargaining points to take back to the dealership. I left the dealership feeling like I got a great deal and I haven t had to use my AAA once! It s been a great truck. I will not even consider buying another truck unless I can have Austin check it over first. They always do a great job and squeeze me in if I m in a bind. The work is always great. Price is always fair. I ve never had the same problem go wrong twice like I ve had with other shops. It s always fixed right the first time. And they always have a loaner for me when I need it. Even though I work in Pittsburgh, this is where I take my truck ALWAYS. I ve limped it home from the gulf coast just to make sure the work was done by someone/place I trust. Thanks for giving me peace of mind on my truck(s)! And see you guys Friday!

The crew at Ron's was awesome! They worked with my warranty company and kept me up to date. Turned out my warranty didn't cover anything but a ball joint. They went out of their way to work on prices for me and even brought my car to my home on a holiday! Thank all of you who helped and special thanks to Austin and his family! I could not have asked for a better shop to work with!

AWESOME. My car stopped running in Alliance. My regular mechanic couldn't get me in but recommended both Mel's Towing and Ron's Automotive. It was mid afternoon Thursday. Both of these places went above and beyond to get my car to the garage and drivable to get home. There was no hint of the often found " it's a woman. Let's see how much we can charge her". These people were really interested in helping me and listening to my description of the problem. I'd send everyone there.

Austin was AMAZING! Had our Jasper transmission that was insalled less than a year ago suffer a catastrophic failure right before vacation. Austin handled the warranty and got our truck back to us in time!!His follow up was fantastic...kept us updated without me having to leave numerous messages.THANK YOU AUSTIN

I had them replace the transmission on my transit connect. This was not ideal because of the cost. But they were very helpful in talking me through the process. They were quick in gettingthe parts in.I think I found my permanent shop for all my vehicles.Service: Transmission

I called here to get work done bc they did all the work for the dealer I bought my truck from. They were extremely professional on the phone each time I talked to them. They had my truck in and done in a very timely manner and was very reasonable on price. They will now have my business along with my wife's.

Ron's Automitive has always taken great care of my family. We moved to Alliance a few years ago not knowing anyone. When we needed work done on our truck we were recommend to Ron's. We were told the shop was honest and the price was affordable. Haveing been going there for years now I can attest to their honesty, fair prices, and quality of work.

I went here cuz another shop was to replace the fuel pump but, called me and said they put all the old parts back on and to find somewhere else. So I found Austin @Rons mind you this is Xmas and NYears time. He told me he probably wouldn't get to it till after N Years. He called me N Years eve and told me to come pic it up. I was like what? I thought he was doing like the first shop. He said no I fixed it and it's running great. It wasn't even the fuel pump! I love this young man and pray good things for him every nite!

This is the best auto repair service in the Akron-Canton area! They squeezed me in for a same-day appointment to fix my brakes right before the 4th of July holiday. I have used Ron's Automotive Service before on a different vehicle and they always do an excellent job! And the staff was so nice about answering all my questions. Definitely recommend!!!

I had my truck inspected yesterday because it was shaking badly in the front end. The owner and the employees made me feel important and not just a number. They checked it all over for me, including all my indicator bulbs, belts, and fluids. The owner went out of his way to quote me two types of tires, eplained the pros and cons of each type as they would apply to my driving and hauling needs. I feel very safe and confident with them! I will be returning for all of my vehicle needs from here on out!! Thank you all for providing such a quality and positive experience!!

The new owner, by the name of Austin, is extremely knowledgeable about all foreign and domestic automobiles. Repair rates are very fair. Has loaner cars available for use if you have to leave your auto or truck over night. He also sells new tires and can mount and balance them at same time.

Taking the car into the shop had always caused me stress and anxiety. I was sent to Ron's by someone that gone there and was happy. It has finally given me a place that I feel I can trust both in what needs done and what the cost is. They work with me to do what I can and make sure my cars are always safe and running.

Just picked up my car (brakes & battery). I found Ron's (shout out to Austin) to be fair, competent and affordable. Communication was excellent. I won't take my cars anywhere else in the future. They earned my loyalty.

We were in from Texas to visit family when a bearing went out on our van. We have a disabled son and need the van to transport him. I called my brother who lives in Alliance, and he said to bring it by, and we would take it to Ron's. His shop was very busy. All bays were full, and they had others waiting. I did not think I would get it back until at least the next day since it was 12 pm when we got there. Not only did they get it done, it was exceptional work at a fair price. I now know why the bays were full.If I lived near there, this is where I would take my vehicle.

Rons' Automotive is the best place to take your vehicle for service. The staff is friendly and always communicate what needs to happen to the vehicle before they actually do the work. Will not take my vehicles anywhere else for service. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicles serviced.

Prior to my time at the desk, the lady ahead of me was very pleased with Ron's Automotive Services as she exclaimed that on her way out the door!My time there with the Lady and Gentleman there was very pleasant, not forgetting to mention that my heart was won over by a curious little fellow named "Chubbs"!Though my need wasn't the same; the time these people take to care about and answer questions and explain in detail everything I would be able to understand, is amazing!I've definitely learned more than I could ever have expected!! Thank You!
