Bought tires here in January and paid for an alignment back today April for an oil change and tire rotation. The guy tells me my tires are showing wear already when I question him he says you drive it. Then he says my battery is needing replaced I said it's a brand new battery installed in past year. No response. Is it bad stuff they are selling or someone trying to scam me into thinking I need all this done. Very disappointing.

I've always had a good experience here. They are quick, friendly, and provide great service. I've used them on all my vehicles and my son's car as well. It also is nice to have a shop that can work on a Tesla

I just had my truck serviced at Mr. Tire in Alliance and was blown away by the over the top customer service, speed and quality of the work and fair price. Thank you Rick for making my visit enjoyable and informative.

Josh is super friendly, knowledgeable, and most helpful. Bought 4 tires and I'm super cheap which is why I i give 4 stars instead of 5. I feel like they shouldn't have been as expensive as they were for 4 ply tires but whatevs...

Came in after a small accident for an alignment and diagnostic to see if anything else was wrong. Diagnostic came back negative for anything other than an alignment. Got the alignment but i also gained a hard vibration in my front left wheel whenever i turn to the right with decent speed. Dont think ill be back unless this can be resolved or explained. Had to drive to PA right after my visit, glad the car held together but was worried the whole time.

Just want to say You guys are Awesome, had my car in September, came in for my consult, what the issue is and price, made my appt next day, got me in That Day, which I thought was Awesome, took about 1/2 hour, with their came an additional issue that wasn't excepted, at times, it happens, fixed that issue and got me in and out within half hour, 45 minutes, because of the unexpected issue that arose, I give you Great Thanks and applause. Thank you so much, again You guys are Awesome.... Will definitely be back....

My experience, had a flat, took it in to be repaired (couldn't find the leak myself), Rick and crew did a repair and next morning... it was flat! Had to work so called, Rick and the whole crew strived to fix or replace the OOPS!. Thanks for all your effort Crew and Rick!

This place is a NOPE!I called to price getting a new tire, and made an appointment to get it out on. When I went to my appointment they didn't have the tire I went to get put on, but miraculously the had a more expensive tire. I drove 25 minutes with gas prices as high as they are. Very shady and dishonest business practices. I do NOT recommend, and will definitely not return. I suggest you don't either. Very dishonest.This place is a fail.

Josh was excellent! I arrived for my scheduled appointment which included an oil change, tire rotation, and a courtesy inspection. I was out of there within thirty minutes. Fantastic!!!

Stopped in on the spur of the moment. I was greeted by a very friendly service member who promptly took care of my issue and got me back on my way in no time. This was my second visit and both times were equally great!

The staff is always friendly and the prices are reasonable. But my experience today has been above and beyond. Josh was wonderful through every step and helped me learn and understand so much about what my car needed. Thank you so much! Will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs work!

Service rep treated me like I was stupid, over inflated estimate and just incompetent. Went to Tire Source paid $50 less then quoted at Mr. Tire, will never go there again.

So do not do business here I called to see how much they would charge to mount and balance tires I have and they told m 40 a tire I called ntb its 20 a tire for the same service yeah its in canton but still save half.

Horrible service for alignment please don't go here to get alignments. They will do anything and everything to some how upcharge you even more to complete the alignment. Go down the road to Brittians for your alignment. Worst experience in my life at this shop for an alignment.

Went in for an oil change that was quick and easy, and they did a free inspection of the problems i asked about. Next day I called in the morning to see about fixing a bad tire and they had me come in right away, and it was again a quick and affordable replacement. Josh was super helpful and pleasant to work with.

Scheduled a appointment on Tuesday for Friday for my truck and called Friday to confirm appointment and they do not have my tires in stock and they didn t order them just ridiculous way to run a business

I went on a Friday to get my air conditioner fixed and they charged me $278.00. The repair lasted only one day. I returned on the following Monday and they tried to fix it again. The payment was an additional $780. Yes, it is fixed now but I didn t get any discount from the first time they said it was fixed. Over a thousand dollars for a simple repair. I would never go to that place again.

Got an estimate for cabin air filter, brakes, rotors, bushing, shocks and wheel alignment for a 2010 or 2011- $1969.74. I called and they said they d lower the brake pads from their best to their standard. I then did a price check on labor which was too high. They then took off the charge for the part they estimated twice. Then on another part, they wouldn t take my part to put on the vehicle when I could get it for a quarter of the price. (Bc it s against the law to not have a warranty and the shop in Canton said they d do the job). The gentleman was frustrated when I said I would put on my own cabin air filter when I watched the how to- he explained it was behind the glove box and made it sound so complicated. It s literally 2 minutes plus parts. Eventually, after the Canton office confirmed Ohio law does not prevent me from bringing my own part, the Canton office called the Alliance office. The Alliance office called me and refused to the job.I m a woman and have to verify every charge- if you re a woman and you go there- you should too. I have two different estimates and can show proof.
