Being in IT and working remotely, I am used to doing lots of things online. With Lavery being so far away from me, Mike and the team at Lavery went out of their way to chat and text when necessary to get the deal I was looking for. Great communication, no pressure, smooth process. I highly recommend reaching out to these guys if your in the market. You won't be disappointed!

I purchased a vehicle in February of 2024 from Baron and he was the most pleasant and attentive salesman I have ever dealt with. He addressed all of my questions and requests and was able to get me a great deal on a 2020 Chevy Bolt. They even offered to deliver the vehicle to my house and their driver was on time! This dealership provides excellent customer service. You can tell this dealership has an owner and management team who take pride in what they do.I was helping out at one of our facilities in Chagrin Falls and mentioned that I had gone to Alliance Ohio to buy a used car the previous night. I told them I had a great experience with the dealership and they said "Was it Lavery? They're really good." Lavery is over an hour away from that facility! Seems their good reputation has traveled far.I also can't stop bragging about the Bolt. So much that I have a co-worker on their website looking at them too. As long as you have the ability to charge at home they are the most practical little work commuters being sold. I'm glad Chevy decided to keep producing them. Lavery seems to have made a commitment to selling and servicing electric vehicles so if you are ready to see the benefits of driving an electric this would be great place to start, just be warned they are selling fast! The first one I wanted was sold before I had a chance to get down there.

Couldn t have asked for a better experience for being a first time customer here. From being greeted at the door with a big smile, to finally meeting the sales person face to face who I had been chatting with for the past couple of days, Sam was so helpful and patient with me from start to finish on buying my dream vehicle. Everybody I met thru out my time there was so genuinely nice & caring, I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future! Thank you so much for everything!

I worked with Greg Ganni & had an absolute overall wonderful experience! Greg & the entire staff were very friendly, personable & professional. I was looking for a very specific vehicle & they were able to find it! They didn't try to talk me into something else just to sell a car. Greg kept me up to the minute with all steps, from financing, verifying the vehicle & the end process. Even though I am almost an hour away he made it easy to do everything remote so I only had to make 1 trip & then he stayed late to accommodate me!

I've never bought a car on my own without it also being in my husband's name. I was nervous and didn't want to be taken advantage of but Baron Reynolds took all my fears away. He was kind, personable and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was totally satisfied with my car and I know I got a fair price for a beautiful car. I also worked with a number of other people and they were all simply wonderful, like Baron. If you want a great experience with honest, capable and a trustworthy sales team, go to Lavery and see Baron.

I absolutely hate shopping for new cars. With that in mind, I can't recommend Lavery, specifically Craig Vicars enough!He listened to exactly what I was looking for and helped us make the best choice. Never pushed us or tried to sell us on anything. He took the time to answer all our questions, let us take our time, and helped us with our choice. Even went out of his way to make sure we could test drive the car I was interested in. The next time I have to buy a vehicle I will definitely be going back!

Just purchased a 2022 Bolt EUV. The entire team, from my salesperson Skyler, to the sales managers Laurie & Mark were excellent. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Sarah the finance manager was awesome as well. I highly recommend Lavery to anyone looking for a new or used car!

I had a great experience. Billy was patient and answered my questions. He took the time to chat and get to know me and made suggestions about what features of the vehicle he thought would be best for me to use. I m so thankful I walked away from other dealerships in town that were much more stuffy. Billy was super easy to talk with, and clearly had a great relationship with his managers. I will be back when I m ready to buy again!

The work that was done on my car the last few years was done well, but when I noticed my instruction manual, that came with the car, and was in the trunk of my Corvette was missing, I was extremely perturbed about that.I will never recommend to anybody that theyfrequent your establishment in the future.I will also never come back because I don't want to have anything else stolen from me.Sincerely, Gregory LinnBrooks from Lavery has gotten back to me and made everything better. He is going to replace my missing instruction manual. In my mind, I have always trusted him. Overall I had a great experience. I have been on the hunt for 2 vehicles for 2-3 months. Stopped in at Lavery and was greeted by the owner and Baron Reynolds.Baron was no non sense, straight to the point, and made my experience fantastic! Very friendly, family oriented dealership!

Laverys Chevrolet saved the day! I work for a small nursing home and we had planned a car show for our residents. Last minute a family who was bringing a majority of the cars were unable to make it. So at the very last minute Laverys gave several very fancy cars to help fill our parking lot. It definitely put a smile on our residents faces and I am incredibly grateful for their generosity and kindness. I HIGHLY recommend them

Baron Reynold's of Lavery Automotive, he's the best! I was looking for a used vehicle and this guy was so welcoming, warm, helpful, and accommodating. He was so respectful when I wanted to discuss options with my friend that went with me and was so helpful to see what he could do to make buying a car there within my budget and specifications. While I didn't go with a car from Lavery, Baron was so helpful and my overall experience at Lavery Automotive was so positive. Wouldn't go anywhere else in the northeast ohio area to purchase a TRUSTED vehicle than Lavery's! Baron Reynolds was a great Salesman. He found me the perfect truck with none of the games other car salesmen i have dealt with in the past tried. Like trying to push you into buying something you really don't want. Or trying to get you to buy something you can't afford. I told him what I had and he found me the truck that worked. Will definatly refer this dealership to anyone i meet wanting to buy a car.

Aaron is an amazing mechanic! He always has my car back asap and looks out for its best health. He always looks out for future issues with my Malibu and explains everything done to it throughly as well as answers all my questions in a down to earth manor. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate and recommend him.I d also like to mention Chelsea up front for squeezing me in a timely manor always and being flexible with scheduling! Thank you.

I highly recommend Skyler at Lavery Auto. She was a consummate professional and very knowledgable. I am thrilled with my EV purchase with her. She sent a walk around vid, carfax, and quickly answered any questions I had via text. Skyler communicated very well and had the Bolt ready to test drive when I arrived at Lavery. I was able to purchase very quickly and an very happy with my overall experience at Lavery. I would highly encourage others to shop at Lavery and with Skyler in particular. Don t give your business to other shady dealers who don t deserve your business. Believe the reviews!

I began the process of looking at a particular type of used vehicle. I contacted more than ten dealers throughout this. Only ONE was consistent throughout the communications and that was Lavery. Specifically it was Skylar with whom I was in regular contact.She was responsive and, honestly, went above and beyond to meet my expectations. In nearly forty years of car buying I have had exactly two salespersons with whom I have been 100% pleased. One is local and has become a family friend. The other is Skylar Snode.In the end, the timing was not right and I did not make the purchase BUT I will be back in touch in the future when the timing of things is better and when I am, I will be contacting Skylar for future assistance.

Ethan made the car selling process a Breeze! I can t say enough. He was quick, professional, upfront and to the point. He didn t pressure me (being a female), I felt comfortable giving him my number and information while I thought about it. He texted to check in but not bother like ALL the others did. He made it comfortable which is why I went back even if it wasn t the highest deal (but obviously comparable). Can t say enough, when I go to buy, I will be requesting his services if I m able!!
