I recently just purchased my 2024 K5. The experience was good. I came in on the first day and drove the car I saw online and I loved it! Next day we decided to go with kia finance and currently it was better than what was provide to me by a credit union. I did all the preliminary paper work the next day prior to coming in. When we were there we were informed of all their packages. We went with the tire protection and the package for all of your electrical in the vehicle, which if you get that they make this type of warranty available to us for 10 years or over 100k miles based off the manufacturer warranty. Although the day we were supposed to sign papers, it was really busy and we had to leave. Josh wanted us to leave with the car that day and he let us take it home with his dealer plates and we came back the next day. The signing took about 20 mins and the loan processor helped us select some of the packages we wanted. This is my first kia and it was way easier process than any other car I have purchased.

Purchased my Kia here and have had nothing but great experiences. The sales people were quick, and the title specialist was so helpful and kind. I would recommend any Ken Ganley dealership to all my friends and family just based on the interactions with her! 10 stars if I could.

Tyler was able to meet with me on short notice and fit me in between other customers and I appreciated it so much! He was very kind and knowledgeable and he eased the anxiety I was feeling due to the car buying experience. He was able to get me a good deal on a brand new car and the finance department was excellent as well. They weren't pushy or anything like that, they were very informative and helpful. Tyler and Aaron and the entire staff at Ken Ganley Kia Alliance were fantastic. It was easily the best car buying experience I have had in my 20+ years of leasing/purchasing vehicles. They are not pushy and they work with you to find what works. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend them. We will be going back for sure.

My wife and I were in a tough spot with keeping two cars on the road and we called ken J K vogt at Kia in alliance Ohio and from the phone call to the end of the sale was a great experience and I'll be going to straight back to ken with any other car purchases in the future 5 stars!! Cam aka Shooter, did a wonderful job listening to my wants and needs while remaining patient and professional. Times are tough, so making the decision for a new vehicle wasn t one I took lightly. Cam understood my feelings and didn t make me feel pressured to make a decision I wasn t comfortable with making. I am thankful everything worked out and truly appreciated the follow-up call a couple days later. He truly cares and he treats you with respect. Shout out to Lauren for also making the deal come together. She is the real deal. Also shout out to Ken for showing me the ropes of the Kia app and features. He definitely knows his stuff! I have been looking to get out of my honda lease & get into a bigger vehicle, and after going to multiple dealerships and calling around to several, I decided to go look one more time & having the mindset of possibly getting telluride or Sorrento, my salesman Josh Haney decided to show me the Sportage just to get a feel for all their SUV cars! I was sold the second I sat in it! I fell in love with the color and it was BRAND NEW! I was looking at pre owned for the same price as BRAND NEW! the best customer service you will ever receive, as we closing the deal I later found out he was good friends with my mom & that just make this purchase more bittersweet!You will not be disappointed SHOP HERE! Josh took the time after hours when the dealership closed at 8 to show me all the features in and outside of the car! Going above & beyond even after hours for me showed how much this dealership cares about their people!ASK FOR JOSH NEXT TIME YOUR IN ! he s awesome!

Worst Car Dealership In Ohio.I initially had a fantastic experience purchasing a 2020 4runner here. I dealt directly with Josh Haney (salesman) and Kam Wong (manager) who are both wonderful people. Also, two other salesman I spoke with (Cam Gilbert and Ken Vogt) were also really nice, who were both friendly and laid back. The problem came today, when the BMV told me that the dealership had not processed my memorandum title, and that I could not purchase my plates until they did so. This was the day before my temp tag expired. I called the dealership as soon as they opened, explained the situation, and was told that the title had been processed 4/5/24 and that my only option was another temp tag, via email, or that I could come pick one up. I asked the lady on the phone "what good would an emailed temp tag do me if I was pulled over by a cop?" She only replied, "you can print it out". This does me no good, as I don't have a printer, and I was already on my way to the dealer, because I was unhappy with the situation. 44 days into having a temp tag, and the memorandum title not being processed is unacceptable. When I arrived, I spoke with a lady at the desk about the situation. I was angry, but calm. A different woman came out to see me, and I asked her "What is going on?" She then proceeded to talk to me like I was a child, explaining to me condescendingly that I purchased a used car with them (very informative) and that they could print me another temp tag (also very informative) which I had already heard on the phone. She said that I needed to wait for it to be emailed to the dealership, which is incompetent at best, because I had already told them on the phone I was on my way. She offered me a seat. I did not care to wait in the dealership, as I was unhappy with them, so I told her I'd be outside. When she came out she gave me my new temp tag, and talked to me like it was no big deal. I asked her if she understood why I was frustrated, and she said that she did, "but sometimes this just happens." I told her I felt like this was unacceptable, as my tag was expiring in one day. She then said that if I had opted for the emailed temp tag, I could've shown it on my phone to the police if I got pulled over, which was not conveyed to me over the phone, but also is not a good option. Who wants to be pulled over by police daily because of keeping a temp tag on your phone via email, due to the dealership dragging their feet on a memorandum title until the last minute? I was unhappy, and it was obvious, but I kept my tone measured and low as I talked. She told me that they had to go to Medina for something regarding the title transfers, and I said "That's not my fault, I live an hour and a half from here, and had to drive all this way..." She interrupted me and started talking louder, and said that she didn't appreciate MY tone, so I pointed out how she was the one who rudely and loudly interrupted me. She scoffed and said "Really?" She also accused me of implying that the dealership was up to no good, which I never actually said. I mentioned again how I only had one day left before my temp tag expired, and I shook my head and started to walk towards my car, when she then mouthed off about something being "illegal", and as I continued to the car she screamed "HAVE A GREAT DAY!" Whoever this loudmouth is, she represents Kia of Alliance horribly, as I will never purchase another car here, nor will I recommend that anyone do the same. I had such a great buying experience with Josh and Kam, only to have it ruined by someone with bad customer service skills and the emotional intelligence of a paint chip. Avoid at all costs!

Friendly greeting upon entering. Salesman was polite answered questions and listened to my wants and needs in a vehicle. Very informative but no pressure sales. I was given a tour of the facility and parts and sales area. Everyone was friendly and the facility was clean and appeared well organized.

Dealing with Aaron was great. He was very pleasant to work with when buying a used car. My issue I had was when I bought it home and washed it a few days later. While washing the car at home a great deal of the clear coat came/flaked off the hood and some on the front bumper. I contacted the dealership to see if they knew about this before selling the car or if they could help me and I was referred to the service department. After trying to call them several times with no answer I emailed the service manager. I was eventually told Unfortunately with this vehicle being an AS IS there is nothing else we would be able to do with it. I understand it being As Is there is no warranty but feel like it is bad customer service and bad sales tactics if it is something they knew about and covered up.

I need to take back my previous review on Ken Ganley Kia Alliance. We bought a vehicle here last week, not even a few hours later we started having problems with the coolant temperature sensor. Those just don't go bad! Immediately I called our salesman twice, left a text message and email. To this day has still not returned my call. We just got an email back today, over a week ago from the company. This is terrible business practice. The salesman knew our situation and knew my husband was handicapped and we needed RELIABLE Transportation! We were never informed of this preexisting problem at all! In my opinion we were just another sale for this company so that he could get his commission. It's a shame that car dealerships such as this one preys on people and there hard earned money and don't even have the decency to let them know that this big financial purchase they are about to make has a preexisting problem. We were told that the vehicle was checked out and passed inspection and everything was good to go. The guy who inspected it apparently doesn't know how to do his job because if he has it running long enough he would have seen the needle going from 11to 2. Then they could have told us what was wrong with it and that it would cost about $200 to fix. Instead, they failed to give us any truth. The guys who inspected the vehicle should be fired for not knowing how to properly do his job! I felt we were lied to completely. Do yourself a favor and research the dealership reviews before going and trusting that you are getting something good and reliable, and not just a commission in the salesman's pocket! I'm sickened by this business practice that is going on here! If these people would rip off a handicapped amputee Purple Heart Veteran they will rip off anyone!

This is Lynn Baker posting. My husband Tom was recently killed in a motorcycle accident. So after 44 years of car shopping with him this was my first time buying a car on my own. Before going in I had researched the Kia Sportages and was pretty sure that s what I wanted. My salesman Paul was extremely helpful and patient with me. Let me drive different ones and took the time to answer my numerous questions. I didn t feel pressured to hurry up and make a decision. Everyone I encountered was polite and nice. Earlier this year I managed to drive over a tow hook and puncture a massive hole in a tire on my pregnant wife's Kia while driving up to her parent's house for a funeral. With the hole being too big to patch, no spare and a hungry toddler in tow, we decided to have the vehicle towed to Ken Ganley Kia Alliance for the night.There's never a good time to have car trouble but stress was already high when our vehicle had four functional tires and we were hoping for a quick turnaround.When we dropped in the following morning at the Ken Ganley Kia Alliance, we were able to discuss our situation with a representative. They listened. We were able to find a suitable tire, have it installed and get back on the road in time to have our daughter home and asleep by her normally scheduled bedtime. Throughout our interactions with Ken Ganley, representatives were prompt and thorough in keeping us informed about options, pricing and the projected timelines. Their professionalism and reliability were a comfort to us during a difficult time and I felt that they had gone well beyond corporate compliance in their quality of service. The whole ordeal sounds like something out of a commercial but I wouldn't be spending time on a Saturday months afterwards writing this if I didn't feel that we had been truly taken care of. A huge thank you to everyone at Ken Ganley Kia Alliance and apologies for my lateness in posting a review.

Dave, Kam, and Steve are so wonderful! I came in by myself and the team made me feel very welcomed! These three gentlemen answered all of my questions so I understood the entire process!
