Listen, I can t say enough about the service I received, especially for Doug. It was excellent. When I arrived for my appointment they noticed right away the wrong tires were set. Doug immediately found the correct tires and I was able to have them put on the same day this place is awesome, they got a customer for life and I can t tell you enough on how friendly and courteous they are

Very polite and honest, won t send you out with bad lug nuts or broken ones.Safety is there main concern. Fixed my tire in an emergency situation. Thank you all for your expert work.Merry Christmas

They may have great prices but their work is shoddy. The few times I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, they never put the heat shield back on properly and my husband has to put it on correctly. Today, after getting my oil changed and tires rotated (which took 90 minutes) the heat shield nearly fell completely off while I was driving. Now I'm on the side of the road waiting for help to come because the nut is too bent for me to remove it on my own. I do not recommend going there.

Had an appointment at 800 am to put tires on. Tires was payed for. Call us at 3:45 ish said. Hah some broken nut nuts. Didn't do anything . said someone called off. Why did they wait all day to call us. Management needs help.The so called manager told us to go to Amazon to get the nug nuts. This is the Alliance store..... Stay away.

I stopped in one morning without an appointment to see if they had time to remove a nail from my tire. I was informed that they were completely full that day and wouldn't be able to get to my car. I smiled and let them know that was okay and I wasn't in any type of rush whatsoever. Everyone is short staffed these days. I informed them that I didn't mind leaving my car over night. The next day I went back to pick up my car and was handed the keys and a zeroed out receipt. They told me I was 'Good to go'... Surprised, I double checked and asked to make sure there was no charge. They told me Nope, that I was patient, nice and understanding and they really appreciate that these days. What awesome customer service! I've used Conrad's in the past and will continue to don't as well as recommended them to everyone. Thanks again guys! It was very appreciated!

I'd give them ZERO stars if I could!! Went for an oil change and paid in cash, was actually 1$ short and the guy said he'd take care of it. Thought that was so nice. Little did I know. I spent the last of my money I had because i was already well over needing an oil change. My check engine light has been on, I know I needed a new O2 Sensor and just haven't had the money for it. Stopped at an autozone to have my sensors checked and of course the o2 sensor came up but also one that said "Engine oil pressure control solenoid valve stuck on." My father in law came to check it for me and I was completely out of oil. Had to put 4 quarts in and what little came up was pitch black. I drive a 2013 chevy malibu and yes it does have over 100,000miles on it, however I've never had an issue with my oil or it leaking. Anything like that. And there were no signs of that. I checked everything as did my FIL. So, I'm 99.999% sure the staff scammed me and took my money, THE LAST OF MY MONEY... It's caused other issues now, costing me more and putting my life in danger. Thank God my engine didn't blow and I'm still able to get to work but I just am flabbergasted this actually happened. Needless to say DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

My wife and I drove up to Mount Union yesterday to see our son and bring home things from his room. His car had been giving him trouble, and we weren't sure what was wrong with it.We ended up going to Conrad's to see what they thought of it. Although they were busy, they were able to work us in quickly. The guy at the front desk was friendly, listened well, and worked with the tech to figure out what was wrong.They were thorough and knowledgeable. I really appreciate their time and consideration. If we ever have car trouble in the Alliance area, I know where we'll look for help!

I had tires put on 2 camrys. Both cars contsinuly leaked air and I took them back several times but never repaired properly, hey Conrad's, its called bead sealant. I called and they said "maybe you have bent rims", ok your telling me I have 4 bent rims on each car and how did you balance with bent rims. They just don't take the time to clean the rims before installing new tires. After around 2 years of dealing with their improper repairs I went to mr tire and problem resolved, they cleaned and sealed the beads and no issues since. Conrad's in Alliance is horrible to deal with, go elsewhere!!! What a waste of money.

As far as the oil change I have no complaints. The only complaint would be them fishing for business like telling me they inspected my front brakes and I'm due for new , would I like to make an appointment ? Funny thing is I had my brakes done the day before and i addressed that . Then they said my rear definitely needs them ! Same thing! They were done day before as well !! Sounds a little stereotype automotive shop trickery to me ' yeah ? The only reason I will not be coming back . Dishonest Bull to me !!!!

Well, I went for the deal they advertised on an oil change and tire rotation. I never had taken my car anywhere except my usual mechanic but gave them a try. They ended up telling me that the tires were so bad that it would be dangerous to rotate them and with tie rods on all of the wheels and other problems it would cost thousands of dollars to repair everything. Took my car to my mechanic who refused to put new tires on even though I ask him to because he said my tires were fine and I didn t need them. I did need one tie rod and alignment and they charged the AC. $300. Nothing else needed after he thoroughly checked everything. Great way to get out of rotating the tires so I guess it wasn t a special deal after all.

Extremely dishonest "tech" quoted $1,000 for a basic alignment. He lied about how the tierod ends and centerlink were maxed out and must be replaced. This while each shows almost exactly half of the thread adjustment still possible with only mild surface rust that should be expected. The only part replacement suggested that could possibly be justified involves a pitman arm ball joint dust cover that the dealer tore on installion. The joint is not however worn out or in direct need of service until then. I've had similar shady experiences with other locations but the manager corrected such attemps. This one I will not give a second chance to.

I took my daughter's car in to see what exactly was wrong with it. They evaluated it and even sent me a video of them doing it and showing me and explaining to me what was exactly wrong with it. They fixed quickly and was extremely nice to us. Excellent customer service! Will definitely go back again and highly recommend others to do the same!

Were to begin with this company. Let me start off by saying I have been there several times. This last time left a bad taste in my mouth. Never had any major issues with them I did have to have a control arm replace that they repaired. Just thought that maybe it wore out because I drive a lot. So its Saturday I need something fixed now I called them most shops are either not open or can t get you in on a Saturday. I waited an hour total for them to tell me that it wasn t worth fixing; this would be fine if it made any sense. I went in to see if my struts were bad because I hear a clicking sound in the front. So they come back with catalytic convertor is plugged up, low brake fluid, a tire that had two plugs in it, low radiator fluid, caliper is locking up, and a loose tie rod. All of which is over two grand to fix. But no answer on what the clicking noise was. Simple problems catalytic convertor was there main issue. They can t weld there take it some were else is what I was told by Justin. So my big issue is they wanted to charge me $57 to put lube on my caliper to see if they could free it up. That s not replace or labor for the caliper that is some grease on the piston. So my answer for everyone else is shop around.

The staff is excellent and always extremely kind and helpful. Their work is great quality and always fast and on time. I recommend coming here for any tire problem as they will do a great job getting you what you need.

Great customer service and prices. Staff was friendly and listened to what was needed and was able to suggest the right product. I recommend this location as I was treated as a valued customer instead of just another job.

Brought my jeep in for an inspection. Rattling in back end. Quoted me a bad driveshaft and pinion seal repaired for $1,300 .went down the road to another repair shop for another opinion and quoted me 500$ to fix a worn out rear control arm and ball joint replacement. ( source of the issues ). Get second opinions if you go here first

I stopped in to get a tire patched and I was in and out within 15 minutes. They do proper tire patching as well. Will be keeping them in mind for tires as well because I got some pricing while I was there and they are priced well and had good options.

So glad Alliance got a Conrad's tire Express.. I've taken my vehicle to the one in green for 5 years. But to have one where I live is so niceThey are very friendly and honest people who do great work on your vehicles..

Stopped in to get a brake line fixed by the time you all were done you wanted $900 to do it. So I drove all the way from Alliance back to Navarre Ohio with a leaking brake line went to another shop paid $250. So yes you get a one-star from me

As a 25-year Plus in the industry ASE certified mechanic I know when somebody's getting taken to the cleaners case in point my cousin took his 99 GMC Sierra which isn't the best vehicle in the world spent $1,000 in tires had very minute play in the right front outer tie rod nothing wrong with the rest of it except for complete negative camber on the right front these people wanted to sell him another $1,000 for the work in order to align it and help him take better care of that they did not balance the tires they did not do an alignment and they're trying to replace parts that do not belong these people are scam artists please be careful

These guys go above and beyond for their customers! I like how they explain everything and give you your options straight up, before they do the work. They will even send you a video of what they find during an inspection to keep you totally in the know! These guys are pros!
