I went there three days ago October 6th. I went to repair my flat tire for my semi truck. I went there and 12:20PM and they got me started right away. They finished everything in less that 20 minutes and I left at 12:40Pm. The mechanics name was zack and he did a amazing job. I loved it.

4 new tires purchased with an alignment. The warehouse didn t send them the proper tires and the staff were kind enough to upgrade my tires to make sure I had them and was safe, at the same quoted price.My initial reason for coming here was poorly worn tire tread and alignment issues. The dealer I purchased my vehicle from left me with no faith after 2 years of failing to fix a pull to the right, and not properly aligning my vehicle after 5 visits.Instead of free labor from Fred Martin I chose Ziegler Tire for my needs, and they were more than satisfied. Thanks everyone!!

Came in to get 7 new drive tires. Friendly staff....dropped trl on street. In and out within 1 hr....works for me!!

My daughter needed new tires for her car and the guys here were very helpful and knowledgeable. We dropped her car off in the early morning and had it back by early afternoon. Great fast service!

Great service! Great prices and honest! I went here because they have contracts with the company I work for and Saturday hours. They won t have Saturday hours much longer but I ll still go here because they deserve my it and do a good job!

Dave and his team are very professional! They got us a great deal on tires and a super single rim. I've done business with them a few times now and never let me down. All around good people. We are thankful for their service and help. Just tell them what you need and they'll take care of you. Highly recommend.

These guys were recommended by another driver......what an AWESOME group of people!!! Pulled up, greeted almost immediately and issue addressed like instantly. Being a truck driver time is important and they wasted no time helping me get back on the road. THANKS GUYS this was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a tire shop.

I took my vehicle in to Zieglers Tire to get both front lower control arms replaced and an alignment. The people were kind and professional. The time it took to complete the job was exceptional and the price was very fair. I m extremely pleased and will return for any future repairs.

Very Friendly service and I've never had any issues up till now. With my last visit I will not be returning for service ever again. Scheduled an alignment for a new to me vehicle. Dropped off on the scheduled date and car was done in no time flat. Said it was a little out so they rotated the tires and it didn't pull . I never asked them to rotate the tires but thought what ever, paid and was on my way. That evening I went to remove my tires to put on summer wheels. The passenger front wheel was so tight I had to use a 3 ft. breaker bar to crack the wheel lugs loose (never have that kind of trouble even on a truck) The wheel was then stuck in place which I felt odd since they were just off (Driver wheel came off no issue). Low and behold, who ever rotated my tires did not pay attention to the hub centric rings on the wheels. So as the driver side ring stayed in the wheel and the passenger side stayed on the hub they proceeded to try and put the wheels on. Instead of seeing why the wheel was hard going on I imagine they just kept using an impact until it was on.So at this point one ring is destroyed and flattened on the hub. The other In pieces and stuck in the wheel. I called up Jeff and asked if they could get the ring out. I walked with the wheel back to their shop and they instantly took it back and I watched as 3 people tried to figure out how to remove the ring. I asked if they had or knew anyone local that carried hub centric rings as they are necessary to center the wheel. I was told no, they removed the ring, handed me the ring, the wheel and the one guy looks at me and just says "have a nice day". No apology, no offer to compensate anything for there mistake, just have a nice day. I will add that I was not rude to anyone during this interaction and I cracked a couple jokes even to deal with my frustration. It wouldn't have been a big deal except I had just bought those centering rings the week prior and had to order new ones. ($21). So the car has been sitting as a very bad vibration is present without the centering ring and a week later I finally received my new parts.All my business with them will be going else where now. I hope they read this and don't act this way with someone else.

I have to say that Rick and his staff of highly qualified technicians are by far the most honest and hard working people I have done business with.Rick has treated me more than fair each and every time I have needed tires or service. Keep up the great work guys !!

Came in to replace a tire. Same ratings, properly balanced and inflated. Car doesn't pull to any side. Tires were new and the tread showed it. Very please! Great service, took maybe 25 minutes in and out. Good crew too. Recommended forsure

I had a flat and it wasn't safe for me to drive anywhere, so a guy (Rob I think) came to my house to put air in the tire so I could follow the him to the shop! Then he repaired it for super cheap and in less than half an hour! This place is amazing! Best service I've ever received! Thank you so much!!

They were great! I had ordered my tires from the wrong location, and they drove to get them, prepped my truck while the driver was gone, and then lickety-split I was ready to go! They also gave me an estimate for recommended repairs I will need!

Awful to see that no one was wearing a mask, even the people at the front desk! There s a state-wide mandate, plus you should want to protect your customers! With that being said, service was very quick and I thought the price was reasonable.

The team at Ziegler Tire on Arlington Rd was awesome. They were polite and knowledgeable and above all acted with integrity. I planned on using a GroupOn deal for brakes and rotors for both front and back axel but the were honest with me in not needing either for the back saving me $250+! I will be a returning customer for sure.

Absolutely amazing service and fair price. They may not always be the cheapest, but they will be competitive and the service is worth it. I am a student about to graduate and I have been using these guys for the last 2 and a half years.

We were down on our luck during a trip to Akron from Cleveland to the Childrens Museum. We came out of the museum to a flat tire and my husband (who is a mechanic) was quite a ways away and even drove his motorcycle to work that day so he couldn't help us for quite some time. I had my mother in law and 2 children with me so a tow was out of the question. I called at almost 430 and asked if I drove the car over, would I make it in time before they closed and they said absolutely, not to worry, they'd take care of me. Well I have to say that everyone was so sweet and such a blessing to us. They truly took care of us and we were on the road in no time!!

Dave and his crew are amazing! Our go to tire place!They went above and beyond on our visit today with an amazing deal plus they were willing to stay after hours to make sure we were able to get back on the road again fast! Thank you guys!

I have had a lot of tire service over the years ranging from SUVs, Porsches, vintage Cadillacs to travel trailers. Used to patronize Hamads, but the service deteriorated, so I tried Zieglers. Beginning with the phone inquiry, they were responsive, honest and professional. The service was the same. I won't be going anywhere else moving forward.

No appointments and the customer service sucks when you show up. Manager thought I was there for just an oil change. Watching a local business getting 4 new tires ready for my vehiclem
