Had a great experience with Jon Jarrett. Opened up the possibly of buying new while still within budget. Even though the car we originally wanted was sold by the time we returned from our original consultation, we ended up with a model we liked even more!

Really enjoyed the experience. Justin Harris took the time to explain everything and helped me get to payments I could afford. Car buying is bot usually a pleasant experience for me. He made it as good as it could be. The staff brought my daughter a coloring book to keep her occupied. I really appreciated that.

Everything went smooth for the most part. Justin, my salesman, was good and to the point. Had two vehicles to trade in and was offered good prices for those. Inspection was without issue. Vehicle I wanted to was ready to go. Did set up while waiting on finance office even though I was paying for vehicle. Had to wait another hour on finance office and when I finally was able to start that process there was a bit of a typo on price which was corrected quickly the rest of the finance meeting took 10 minutes. If it wouldn t have been for the finance wait would ve been incredibly smooth. Justin kept me entertained while waiting. Wish they would ve had a second finance office for cash payers so I could ve just got in and paid to get on my way.

Everyone was very nice and we received great customer service. Joe Caspary was our sales consultant and he was terrific and very helpful in helping me get the car I wanted. Sean Cooper was the finance manager and he was terrific too. He helped us to get our discounts to complete our car sale.

I contacted our sales representative about availability on the lot, he responded within minutes with availability, pics, etc of the vehicles we were looking for. We stopped in @ 12 snd we were out by 5pm with a new truck. Absolutely seamless transaction. Everyone we spoke with was top notch. Thank you Gabe Chambers for going above and beyond like always. You have by far earned our business whenever we have vehicle needs.

The staff was good but I feel they really didn't try to address the problem. I purchased vehicle in November 2023 a week or so later I feel thumping under my left foot as I make turns ( FEEL NOT HEAR). I was told that the spare tire was put in wrong, now three months later same thumping. I've never even touched the spare tire. This last visit I was told they didn't hear anything but soon as I got into my vehicle and turned out the lot I felt the same thumping. I guess now I have to wait till it gets worse, bring it back, "PAY" for a diagnostic check then "PAY" for repairs when this problem could have been a EASY FIX!!

I worked with Jon Jarrett he was absolutely amazing. I was able to do everything online and over the phone and Jon brought the car to me in Columbus from Akron. Best way to buy a car don t have to sit in a dealership for hours. Thank you Jon for making a great experience I will be back to buy another.

I took my 2016 Mslibu in for an oil change and inspection. The car was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I was kept aware through video of everything done to my vehicle.

I usually don't like handling my maintenance needs from past experience, but Jen and the other service providers are wonderful. They are willing to answer questions, they make you feel comfortable and Jen always has a way of making the situation easier to deal with.

They did not even look at the whole car the mulitpoint inspection. I had to tell the about issues the person that looked at my car did not even see a small issue. Mmm not going back. I don't know maybe I am wrong I thought a multipoint inspection was from tail light to blinkers but maybe I am wrong

I've purchased 3 vehicles in 2023 here, referred my Mother who bought 2 vehicles as well in 2023 and the prices that are given for repairs is ridiculous. I am a single woman and feel completely taken advantage of when I have needed a vehicle serviced. I wouldn't refer anyone else and will be happy when the relationship with this dealership can come to an end. Thank you

Communication is terrible. Took two days to even get the car looked at. They had it for a week and a half, I drove it home last night and the brakes are not ok at all. Will be returning it. The brake pedal is too soft and makes noise like there is air in it when you go to stop.

Friendly environment when I walked in the door. I didn t set an appointment and that was no problem. They paired me with a sales rep immediately and I had no wait. Martha listened to what I was saying and help me find what I was looking for. She was super helpful!

The service department at vandevere Chevy sucks. I took my car in for an oil change at my appointment time of 215. I didn't stay to wait. I drove by couple hours later saw my car sitting outside. I thought it was done. I went in and they said since I didn't wait for it they took other people that waited first. Um, what. I've never stayed and waited for my vehicle and it's never taken over an hour. I went back outside and they went to get in my car to pull it in and they locked my keys in it. They called me 1.5 hour later said it was done. I went to get it and asked what the point of making an appointment is for if they aren't keeping that appt. Time if you don't stay there and wait. Darrin the service guy said we've always taken people who stay first. I'm like no, I've never stayed and my car is always ready in a hour or less. I think they forgot about it when they locked my keys in it. My son saw them using a tool to get in my car to get my keys out. Also, check engine light is on and nobody ever said anything about that. I bought my car there almost 2yrs ago and had a horrible experience with them. Nobody would answer my calls or call me back. The car had a couple issues 3 days after I purchased it. They knew what they were doing by not calling me back. Managers wouldn't even call me back. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM NOR REFER ANYBODY TO THEM.

Happy to say the car is running but still disappointed in the upselling that occurred during the process. Selling unneeded services without a full diagnostic panel on the car is shameful. The information I left on my key drop off note was never acknowledged or addressed during repairs. The car is running, service occurred in a timely fashion.

Ashley was amazing! I had to cancel my oil change twice previously due to illness and financial issues, and I was going to have to reschedule again because of financial issues until she told me about a coupon that made my service within my budget. She was friendly, and helpful, I so appreciated her assistance.

The service person Jen/Jan was extremely rude. Then after we left she was a continue to call my phone harassing me. I honestly wish she would have talk with me face to face while I was there but hey it s cool. I don t recommend this place I don t know if it was a racial problem or what her problem was but I had to much going on to entertain her. Sad when she called for a manger he was 2x worst saying he didn t want to fix my car that I just recently purchased so another manager came politely explaining everything that they could have said instead of being rude.I should have read the reviews before dealing with them the one on yelp are 10x worse.

We dealt with Justin Harris when buying our brand new truck and he was awesome!!! Everyone at the dealership was very kind and helpful the entire time we were there. We drove nearly 3 hours but we'll definitely be returning for out next Chevrolet!

Took my truck in for an oil change. Left with only 3 quarts in my truck. Checked it after it flashed low oil 80 miles later. Added 3 quarts. Service manager did my oil change for me again today. Said there was only 6 quarts that came out. Never have I had a reason to check my own oil after a dealership oil change. Going to take a lot for me to even buy a vehicle from this dealership again.

The person in charge of my vehicle Jen something at the Vernon Odom place is something. She kept texting me other people s info for cars and I had to remind her 3 different times that I m not the person this info was meant for . After that I asked her some questions about what all is included in a pcv pipe cleaning since it cost almost a grand (I went in for a rear main seal replacement) She seemed to get snappy and sarcastic through text message. After I told her no, I don t want that pcv pipe done she said fine.So, me and my dad went to pick up my car and my dad checked the oil level. The oil level is 6 INCHES over the fill line of the dipstick. I m not sure if Jen was being vindictive at the fact, I declined the pcv cleaning and decided to over fill my oil and cause the rear main seal to blow out again and whatever problems could arise with TOO much motor oil.My dad brought this up to her and she started arguing with him saying oh that won t affect the rear main seal or anything. A quick google search says it puts pressure on the engine seals and gaskets . The thing I just got replaced and magically wouldn't be covered by the warranty this time.It just feels very slimy, and I have never been treated and messed with like this at a normal mechanic shop, and this being my first time at a dealership mechanic leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Will I have to worry about my car getting sabotaged if I ever bring it back here again if another issue arises, most likely from the too much oil put in it from a vindictive employee?
