Love these folks. Got me a great deal on 4 near-new tires, did them in about 40 minutes, thorough, communicative, and Melissa is kind and professional in her dealings with customers. Would very much recommend this facility and their staff.

My slow leaking tire went completely flat and came off the rim. I was fortunately driving right by Tire X Change when it happened. Pulled in and they swapped out my tire with a new one in less than a half hour. AMAZING SERVICE! And affordable! I am so grateful for the team working there today. Helped me out in an emergency and didn t take advantage of my desperation and charged me an extremely fair price.

Called an hour before they closed, didn't matter. Got a great price, and help when I needed it. Fantastic group of people that work there.

Over torque my lug nuts to the point where breaker bars are being broken. If you are getting tires taken off. Ensure that they are torqued to factory spec, or expect to pay more money out of pocket. They are not helpful at all on helping out or replacing lugs. Be aware of this, that is the only issue I've had with them even referred people but after the episode this morning, I don't think I'll be going back there

I forgot to rate until now but I was here in early March. On the phone the guy quoted me $35 a tire. When I got there, he said I 'looked like I had money' and it would be $40 a tire instead. Not sure what even gave him that idea? I drive a Honda lol. I didn't have time to argue-I was 9months pregnant and felt my water trickling(gave birth the next day) and my tire popped that morning. No other place was open, as it was a Sunday evening...never coming again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place

I would give 10 stars if possible. honesty and integrity are hard to come by and this business is that and so much more. they offered me a lower price and still got the job done fast and friendly. was in and out in less than 10 minutes. In today's world an honest business is priceless. i will not only be coming back, but referring this business to as many people as possible. thank you again Tire X Change. you made my birthday ^_^

I've gone here twice in emergency situations. I wish I could have made it somewhere else. Both times they, "didn't have" a used tire to fit my car so I paid $120 for a new one. Then the last time I went here I was shamed when leaving because I didn't tip the guy who changed the tire. We're supposed to tip tire technicians now...? Seriously?

We desperately needed a tire and the staff was able to get a new one at a very affordable price. They were quick and very courteous. Will definitely be back for all other tire needs

Great fast service! Had a blow out found these guys online they automatically came out to my car before I even parked and asked how they could help gave them my old tire and they had it mounted and balanced with a new tire in 10 mins for a great price and they put the tire in a bag to protect my seats!! While Walmart had an estimated time of 3 hours and had less cars then tirexchange definitely recommend this place!! Will be back

They are the best tire shop I have ever been to! They are kind, Christian, and affordable!! I trust them to give me great tires and I never have to wonder, as a woman , if they are taking my money and giving me less than what I pay for! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

We paid 400.00 about a year ago and they have a warranty but they won't honor it. Wants me to pay 125.00 for a new one.

Mike was super helpful getting me the tires I needed, and for a great price too! Was able to pick up brand new, decent name brand tires for $40 a tire. I was able to get the 2 tires, and a mount + balance for $120.All the employees there were super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back here if I need more tires in the future.

This is a fantastic business. They fix your tires, or put new tires on, they don't charge you much money, and they don't yell at you! In fact, they are very nice! Nobody yelling at me is basically all I really care about in a business

Very fast and cheap fix a tire that another place said was unfixable in about 5 minutes for 10 bucks. They have used tires in excellent condition for around $35 yes. I've been coming here for years and I've never had a problem with any of the work they do.

Great place! So glad I came here! The lady in charge was very helpful and everyone was friendly, will definitely be going back! Update, I have been back and now have great all new tires at a very good price! Thank you all!

Great friendly people. Very capable of great work. 73 thousand dollar car was left with a ding on fender on drivers side and they did not act with honesty and tell me. I had to discover it the next morning. There is no if and or buts about it. It happened there. They knew it happened also. The area was wiped of by a hand to inspect it.

Just got new tires at this place and I gotta say, the customer service was beyond amazing! They gave me options, didn't try to push anything on me, and straight up told me prices for tires, mounting and recycling. They were more than nice, and I will be back and recommend everyone I can for here!

I have patronized this place for the last 5 years, generally good service at a fair price. The boss lady seems to have become increasingly nastier over the years; the way she talks to her employees is shameful and she gave me waaay more attitude than any customer deserves.

I called first and asked for prices and whatnot. Not only was the girl super nice and knew her cars, my total was LESS than my quote! In and out in 20mts. Guys were nice and very polite. This was an emergency cause a tire nlew out and they were beyond helpful. Going back to get a full set in the future. They got my families business!

I went for 2 used tires they took the old ones off and was taking forever the lady cam out charged my card the 5 mins later said oh they marked the tires wrong I have to refund you no big deal come to find out the damaged my sensor stem valve I had low pressure when to put air in the tire and air is shooting out my valve this is why they claimed the tires were wrong do not go to this place

This place is great. Good prices and honest. An oil change place told me the nail in my tread couldn't be fixed... scam. These guys double checked and plugged it. Could have been dishonest, but weren't. I will return!

Young mixed guy who wear glasses changed my tire a while back on my Chrysler 200 and he took my tire sensor off the wheel and now my tire light stays on. Way to go buddy

Stopped here from out of state.Sure you pay $10.68 to get a nail out of your tire, but you come out with thousands of dollars of damage afterwords and no one to claim it. Manager is extremely rude, cussed me out, and threatened me after trying to go back to the shop and solve the issue civilly. Don t go here and if you do pay attention to damage after service.UPDATE: one of the employees from the Tire X Change showed up at my TEMPORARY RESIDENCE in Ohio (7/15/2020) cops now involved for harassment.
