I bought new tires online. My car had no previous issues. They mounted and balanced the new tires for a reasonable fee. The car then vibrated at speeds above 60mph. I went back and they claimed to have rebalanced the tires but now say I have a bent rim. I get home and now a center cap is missing. The Car had NO issue before they worked on it! They do hastywork and don't accept error. I will never go back!

This is a good tire shop. I had an issue with a tire and brought it right back with no issues. He looked at the tire and realized it wasn't his fault but it happened as soon as I left when I hit a pot hole. He replaced my tire with no problem. I would recommend this shop over all other shops. Happy to do business here.

The absolute best bargain tire shop I ve ever been to! From the quality of their tires (85% tread) to their extremely friendly customer service. I highly recommend Tallmadge Used Tired, for a quick, reliable, and service oriented business!MY STORYI came in with a large nail in my tire that another larger tire shop told me that they could not repair due to it being closer than 1.5 to the side wall.My family and I were heading to Florida the next day so my wife wanted two new tires.When I came into the shop I told him that I needed two tires in the back. He looked at them and said those are still good,,,,,And I can fix that hole in that back tire for far less. Long story short, I made my wife happy and purchased two tires for our trip AND he fixed the other tire with the nail hole in it and allowed me to keep both tires. The best!HONEST BUSINESS!!!!!

Soooo helpful and kind. They got me in right away after getting towed for a flat and had my tire waiting for me. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and my tire and labor was only $105.

They're open on Sundays & I got a really nice used tire for a great price! Super fast service too!UPDATE: I just went to their shop again & they fixed my dented rim & rotated my tires for super cheap for me. They are amazing at what they do & they re very affordable! I recommend this shop 100%

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. First off they are open on Sundays 9-3 which frankly is when you NEED a tire shop to be open. Second they are honest, fast, fair price and do a perfect job. I had 2 flats on my truck, one a slow leak and one a flat overnight pancake. I had the spare put on by AAA and tried to think of what to do. I have never even been in a used tire place. Old me would have just bought 4 new tires on my credit card. But thanks to this wonderful economy I just said let me try something different. This guy fixed my slow leak, told me the other tire was unsalvageable and sold me a nice used tire. They also cleaned up the rims and replaced both valve stems. I feel complete confidence in Tallmadge Used and New tires. Wish I had found them years ago. Here's some advice: go here first. If they don't have what you need you can always find someone to sell you 4 new tires. But go here first.

Went there to get a used tire and they sold us a used tire that was plugged. Found this out the hard way. Check your tires good before purchasing from this place.

I noticed I had a bubble in my tire and this was one of the only tire places open on Sunday. I called, they had my size, and I was able to go in immediately. It was super fast, the customer service was amazing, and I felt really at ease during this car emergency with them. I could not recommend more, this place is awesome.

As a woman I am used to being quoted higher prices and recommending unnecessary services by mechanics, etc.When I went to tallmadge new and used tire I was prepared to purchase a full set of tires but the gentleman who owns the company told me that one of my tires was perfectly good and I only needed to replace three. He quoted me a price that I agreed to and I assumed when I saw the receipt there would be additional charges. There were none, it was exactly what he quoted me My tires were on 8n no time and I didn't even need a front end alignment afterwards!!I highly recommend the integrity and the quality of service here!

Great price friendly but first they put way too much air in all four tires that I thought should ve balanced them at time of purchase they did not I had to come back and it cost me an extra $40 to get each tire balanced that should ve been balanced that purchase

Best used tire shop I've ever been to. Put two tires on the front of my Explorer, polite fast and great service. Great prices. Excellent quality used tires. I would highly recommend this place. Two front tires both the same mounted and balanced 45 a piece very happy

I brought my own new tire and used rim up to get mounted. He didn t have to take it off or install it, just a mount. Cost $27 Most places would give you a new valve stem with mount but everyplace would at least check it for leaks. One day later a flat tire from leaking valve stem. He wanted to charge me a extra $15 to replace something that should of been checked or replaced the first time.

I will never give my business to another place but this one ever again. After waisting money on lesser shops in The Akron/Canton area for years, I couldn't be happier for finding this place. I needed two front used tires for my vehicle, and they not only had it, but also saved me 45 dollars from the second cheapest place (Ace), which didn't even have the correct size, but for 45 dollars more, they said that "we can make it work.." Lol. This shop was only a ten minute drive from my home which was actually more time driving there than to get me in and out with two front tires for so much less. They nailed it on price. They nailed it on professionalism. They nailed it on making a new customer for life that would recommend them to all friends and family!!! Thank You so much guys, because you have the best used tire shop that I have ever done business with in my 25+ years of being on the road!!! And if I had kids, I would tell them Christmas is coming early, cause dad's gonna let them have milk on they're cerial in the morning after saving so much money lol..(Only kidding lol... Obviously, I know that its not good to spoil children, so relax...)

Having a rough week and this staff took care of me and helped me w my tire issues. They put in my donut to make I got home safely. Didnt even want payment for helping me. & offered to give me a tire as a gift. Truly kind caring people and we need more like them in this world. Thank you both for your help.

My car kept saying I had a low tire and I could not figure out where the leak was coming from. I left my 2013 CTS with Mohammed and went back an hour later so I didn't have to be late to work. I came back and he had already diagnosed and fixed my car. My Valve stem was the culprit. I found him to be courteous and the cost was very reasonable.

They were great.. He looked at my tires and could tell which were bad.. I asked how since I couldn't see it, but that's their job.. When he took the tire off and turned it around I could see the metal showing! Ruh roh!They were real busy but did me pretty fast..Both just kept working through us all quickly..I gave them some honey from my bees as a gift since they were grinding so hard on a Sunday. ..I'll be back next time I have tire needs.

Nail in a tire. I tried to tire patch the tire myself with a rope kit and was still getting some air leakage. Went there hoping they could either patch it from the inside, or worse case, buy a used tire as my set is nearing end of life, and replace all 4 next spring after the winter tires come off. The owner was able to add a third rope and it seems to have finally plugged the leak, otherwise he would patch from the inside. I was in and out in about 10 minutes for $15. The owner was very friendly and helpful as well.

I was looking all over online for a place that sells tires I came across tallmadge new and used tires so I called to see if they had my tire size they told me they did. So I get there thirty minutes before they close and they were under the impression that I only wanted two tires, but once finding out I needed all four the hospitality I received after was so welcoming. They got all the new tires on my rims and the guy noticed I had a valve stem leak and went above and beyond to replace all four of them. I highly recommend tallmadge new and used tire to anyone that is looking for new tires at an affordable price,you will not go wrong. Thank you tallmadge new and used tires.

I come here often and I will keep coming back because the men who work here are so polite and up front! One time I got a flat tire about a 1/2 mile away and the guy came and followed me back to the shop. If you can t afford brand new tires, I highly recommend coming to them.
