Rimon the man . We got a suburban and a Milian premier , warranty held up against the repairs with no issue worked on down payment and always kept his word as long as I kept mine

Had an excellent experience at this dealership tonight! Looked at a car last Friday and got his best price. No pressure at all to buy today Looked hard for 3 days, even drove to Fremont to look at 2 cars Saturday. Came back today to make a final decision between 3 cars and he stuck to his originally quoted price with a 90 day guarantee. Drove it home tonight.

My neice purchased a Nissan Altima 08 back in September 2020, fully paid for and she has yet to receive her title. My neice went there to get her title and he told her, she couldn't get it because she still has a balance. So I went there with her. She has the final bill of sale. Showed it to him. Once he read $0.00 balance due. Then tells, her he no longer owns the dealership. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE

I recently bought a car there. He was honest and even pointed out on other cars that repairs would be very expensive on some not on others. He even repaired the flaws I pointed out to him no charge. I even got a third party warranty through him. Very honest guy! If your looking for a used car, you can not go wrong buying from Staria Auto group. No pressure sales at all. I will be sending my kids up there for their next cars.

By far the worst buying experience ever. Not only did I over pay by 500$ from what the papers said the price was, I had to put 6k into a Jeep that I was told that was in great condition(we all know a used vehicle is going to need work but come on!!!). Took them for ever to get me the memorandum title and then took forever to get me the actual title when the vehicle was paid off. I wouldnt even send my worst enemy to buy a vehicle from here. I would rather buy a vehicle from Fred martin then them any day...

Very good service and extremely friendly, helpful and always there if needed. Very knowledgeable about cars and services. Family oriented and willing to work with everyone . I love my car I got from them in October it s a 07 Pontiac G6 I will definitely recommend this place to anyone as well as buy another vehicle from themI m the future ! Thanks staria auto group

Ramon will tell you everything you want to hear. But its is all just to get your money. Guy sold us a car with a promise. It is a scam. Just run and save yourself the headache. The guy also tried to bully me . STAY AWAY! And if you read more reviews....you will see why. And he always seems to blame the customer. Lol! Save yourself a headache....and run.

I've tried reaching out to this "dealership" numerous times. I live 2 hours away and don't have the luxury of just stopping by. I'd like to get as much information about a car as possible before making the drive out. Unfortunately, they can't be bothered to respond to my questions and concerns. I'll buy a car elsewhere.

Had to take police to retrieve my car title 3 days after car was paid off. Car had a major gas leak and break line leak. Had to replace front driver tire had a small leak in, battery, terminals, gas cap, four things came back diagnostic wrong with vechile, oil leak, oil change, power steering leak, need l say more Romin called me Every name you can think of in your mind. I was inconvienced, Disrespected, and out of all my money plus all extra and still have yet to check entire car!! Someone always arguing there due to owner not paying machines etc unsafe and drove car 2 times since purchased and been a little over 2 months...I had no choice to give one star or there would be zero also contacted offer up which is were l seen there vechiles and definitely BBB and have two recordings from owner one over pay off other of him screaming and calling me tons of names and refusing to give title and printed off all the complaints l sent under offer up to my attorney if you go good luck you will need it take care.. I don't expect to buy any car that wouldn't need something done to it but wow hope the BBB can get this business in shape!!

I am a tow truck operator and I went in there today to tow a car out. So while I was there I looked around and found a few trucks I liked. The guy was more than willing to help me out and answered any questions i had. I will be back very soon to pick up a truck from him for sure.

This dealership is the absolute worst. They lore you in with the promise of having amazing and greatest vehicles. This is all lies they take advantage of first time Byers I was victim to them. Do not buy from them!!!

Very friendly and willing to fix any issue we had. All the gentleman are so helpful and respectful. Didn t feel like I was being taken advantage of or sold something not safe.

These people are crooks. They tried to sell me 2005 Ford car for 3,400 that has 2 bad tires, and $1,900 major problem with the car. I gave them $700 down and won't give me my money back after I found out that the car they tried to sell me was a lemon. These people would sell you a va bad car and steal your money

Terrible customer service sold me a car broke down next day refused to even fix bc i had paid 3000 down he felt like he had got enough from me he said so even if i didnt make payments he would win nd repo so now i have to put 4000 into a car worth 5000 to get it running or else i totaly loose the inital 3000 down he wont even help fix bad person

Talked to the owner about a truck. Told him I was 2.5 hours away. He says come look at it, I say okay I'll head that way now. Get there and the guy says I just sold it 20 mins ago. Very dishonest.
