Serra Chevy and Subaru were amazing . i walked into the subaru store and was greeted by a lovely smile. The lady said, "Hi im julie, how may i help you?" and i told julie what i was looking for. Sadly, they did not have a 2024 BRZ in stock, but she knew they had something similar, and she found my GR86. I took it for a test drive and came back and said i wanted it, and i already have financing lined up. She gave me no pressure, She was amazing and caring, and we laughed while we did the paperwork. We paid a visit up to terri at the Chevy store to finalize everything, and she made it quick and easy. The total buying experience took me 2 hours in and out. and Juliee and terri gave me my best car buying experience ever!! Thank you so much!!! I will be sending friends and family alike to buy from serra!!

Joseph was awesome. He went through all inventory and took time to explain. Great experience at Serra.Can't say the same for other dealerships. I would recommend Joseph every time!!

It was an excellent experience. Casey is very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to research what the used car we purchased had done in regards to repairs and service before it came to Serra so we would have a full picture of what the car's history is. She helped us make the best decision and we drove away happy.

Kate Hug was amazing! I get stressed very easily, especially with big purchases, however she made the day go by so smoothly! Very friendly, listened to all my concerns, requests and suggested the perfect car for me that I am literally IN LOVE with. I love my new Mazda. Thank you Kate!!! This was the fastest, most stress free experience buying a car.

This is the second vehicle we ve purchased from Serra Auto Park and Cody in the last three years. Cody s professionalism and customer focus throughout the selection & purchasing process, (on both occasions), was exemplary. In nearly 48 years of buying vehicles, Cody is the first auto sales representative that we sought out a second time to purchase a vehicle from. If and when we purchase another vehicle in the future, Serra Auto Park & Cody have definitely earned our confidence.

Justin McMann is the absolute best sales man I have EVER worked with. Ever. I have been to a lot of car dealerships in my life and no one is more patient and thorough than Justin. I have purchased two cars from him and will not go anywhere else. He is not pushy and is always 100% honest.

For last 8 years I've only purchased from Dave at Serra. He's the consummate car professional. He listens hard and does not attempt to oversell. He clearly believes in Serra and his brands, and that is ok, I believe in Dave- so I'll "ride" with him time.

Serra Honda and Adam is wonderful! He is so kind and works very hard to make sure I am comfortable and taking home the car I really want. He is patient and kind. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from him this year and will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from him and sending all my friends :) This dealership is so comfortable to walk into, you do not feel pressured, yet people are always available to kindly answer any questions you may have.

Cody was the best, he made the process very smooth and fun.From start to finish Cody was a great help. I came in knowing my budget and what type of vehicle I was looking for down to a few added features I was hoping for, and not only did he show me 3 great cars (which made we want to buy all 3) but they all had multiple features which were part of my ideal vehicle! It definitely felt like I won the lottery with my new CR-V.The finance department and management staff were all great and welcoming as well. I ll definitely be recommending Cody and Serra to any friends and family in the future

My wife recently purchased a RDX after reluctantly parting with our 07' Lexus. The Lexus was an amazing vehicle but it's age and milage was beginning to become a concern for her "main" vehicle. Probably the best vehicle we've ever owned we hope that this Honda does as well, I expect it will. We would have replaced it with another Lexus but their styling is just trying too hard, sorta like they are texting in all CAPS if you know what I mean?Lexus also seem to be evolving into the Oldsmobile of that market segment which is cool we all get older, but you don't need to show it necessarily hence my wife's affection for the Red ASpec model Accura. Most All modern vehicles lack any soul or personality and this one seems to diverge slightly from that. I recently did a "high performance" LS Swap into my 65' Impala SS so I have a more informed perspective than many people on car culture and historical relevance.Steve was my wife's sales representative and was very polite and helpful in the days of Carvana. Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle I began transferring the license plate and my wife went inside unbeknownst to Steve. He handled it well this random guy with small tools in their parking lot messing with a vehicle he had just sold, so I give him additional props for that. My bad, as a confirmed introduction would probably have been in order, I just assumed that my wife may have made contact already.We first identified this model at the last Auto Show at the IX Center in 2019 as a potential replacement for her Lexus. In the meantime the New model Accura didn't go up in price significantly, our trade in value went up $1500.00 (I hate selling cars at home) and we put about another 12K miles on it so that was all good. With internet research till you walk into a showroom you pretty much know what's worth what etc. so a dealership's role isn't what it used to be. However when parting with around $50K it's nice to touch it before you actually buy it.My Depression Dad always told me cars were money pits which they are so you better make them FUN! I'm happy she's happy and we have a vehicle that is an actual color not some lame shade of silver, grey, white, black etc. etc. which most vehicles seem to be anymore. For me about the only vehicle Accura has that turns my head is the NSX and that ain't happening so there's that too.Personally I haven't driven the vehicle yet about five days after it has arrived. Honestly while I appreciate useful technology there seems to be a lot of pretty useless gadgets for the most part with these level of vehicles. The car is basically a CRV that they charge more and had to justify the basis spread. They added cumbersome layers of technology in an attempt to create an experience (read the Experience Economy) to justify the cost of Accura ownership vs. Honda since there is very little difference in the core vehicle. That's okay, that what car makers do.

If you're in the market for a car, you have to go see Jose at Serra Subaru (he can also work with you on a Honda, Mazda, Chevy and Acura). Jose genuinely made the car-buying experience so much fun, when in other places it felt like pulling teeth. He couldn't have been more helpful and less pushy. One of the nicest people you'll ever meet. We love the car we chose, and anytime we need a car in the future, we're going to see him!

I had a very nice Sales representative but unfortunately the dealership finance manager really messed up my paperwork. He rushed through the process and had me waiting over an hour for a quote. Eventually he gave me another person s financial statement and mixed up the information given to me. Seriously a violation of privacy. Not at all happy with this experience.

This is my Third experience with SERRA, my Second with SERRA HONDA. Happy purchasing my 2022 Honda Accord, everyone was welcoming, helpful and informative as usual. Special Thank to Natalie James who was my sales agent this time, she was pretty supportive, friendly and professional. Feels confident coming to this place every time.One suggestion though, it might be a good idea to keep couple of toys or a Cartoon movie running in the kid's playing area if COVID was the reason. it's just an empty space. Thank you

Best Car buying experience ever! I had been wanting to replace my Honda Accord with another Honda Accord. I wasn't originally looking for a hybrid but am very pleased with the Honda Accord Hybrid that I purchased. Dave was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit Serra Auto Park and deal with Dave Somerville.

Quintin McKenzie at Serra Chevy got me into this beautiful 2018 Toyota Yaris iA. Quintin was the best to work with. He was helpful, informative, and a great salesman! Quintin should teach a class on customer relations. The finance department was fast and beyond efficient they did alll they could to get me the best situation. What Serra does for its customers after they drive away in amazing cars is above all else. You need a new or used vehicle from a group of people that exudes class and service you go to Serra Auto Park and definitely ask for Quintin McKenzie

The service and assistance I received at Serra Auto Park was excellent! The staff is very attentive (especially my salesman Paul Burke). Buying a car can be an overwhelming experience; however my nervousness was quickly alleviated with friendly staff and exceptional service! I highly recommend Serra Auto Park and Sales Person Paul Burke. I definitely will be returning in the future for all my car needs!

Adam was very helpful in explaining the differences of the Honda vehicles that we looked at. He is friendly, courteous, and he is "no pressure" salesman. He understands the needs of his clients . We have purchased our other Honda with him before and he will buy our next car from him as well. Thank you Adam!
