John has been super helpful in taking care of my mom's car. He's friendly and communicates any hiccups or delays (it's an old car ) I appreciate that he works with us on scheduling and prioritizing what needs done to help our budget too. Thank you!

Honest automobile service! I have used RMX for several years for my automobile service. John does not oversell any services. He will tell you if you NEED to fix something and not make you feel like you have to. I have been to other name brand repair shops for routine maintenance. You walk away from them with a $1000 estimate to fix other things because your car is going to break down. I used RMX fire a second opinion. John was honest when he reviewed that estimate. Even showed me the items the other place wanted to repair. None of it was needed.
