Very friendly and professional. I had my van tote in for engine work without an appointment and they still had my van looked at and repaired within 3 days which is excellent considering the work that needed done. On top of being very efficient the pricing was very good as far as I'm concerned and from what other people have told me they said I got a good deal.Would definitely take my vehicle back there for repairs and would definitely recommend this place to anybody who needs engine repair, or any other kind of repair for that matter.Great place great people!!Special shout out to John .

John and Rick are the best mechanic in this area. They always fix my girl friend's and my car right, and their prices are always lower than other places. They have been taken care of my car since I was a student at U of Akron. They are very nice and honest people. I was very fortunate to find this place.

We just moved to Ohio and after our journey across country, we had some problems with our wheel bearings/hub. I called several places for a quote and this place was BY FAR the most affordable and the most friendly that I spoke with. Jon Reeves is the only mechanic I've used for nearly 30 years now. I can't imagine anyone else working on my family's vehicles.Trustworthy, fair and most important... knowledgeable

John and his crew are true neighborhood mechanics. If they tell you something needs fixed it does. I have gone for noise or rattle and the have looked at it tightened something or another simple task and said don't worry about it. It is good to have a mechanic you can trust.

I went back to Reeves Auto Service after a long hiatus. Worked with John. He was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. After driving the car for a few days, I can comfortably say the staff at Reeves did an excellent job. They worked with my third party warranty. Will use them for all my automotive needs moving forward. Highly recommended.

The most honest guys and the only auto repair ive never given a second thought about. They take great care and pride in everything they do. Any time we have ever thought something was wrong they have stopped what they were doing to take a quick look. On many occasions though something was terribly wrong only to have them take a look and was something quite simple thwy made quick adjustment and sent me on my way no charge. We will never go anyplace.

I don't usually ever post reviews on anything, unless service is absolutely horrible but in this situation I had to post a positive review for Reeve's Auto Service on Market St in Akron. I have been going to Reeve's for years and they always seem to be real honest and great people to deal with. I had a relatively expensive brake job done 1.5 years ago which included new calipers, rotors, brake pads, and small section of brake line. Anyway, two or three months ago I noticed the brakes were pulsating just not working right; recently May 11th 2017 I had time to take down to have John take a look and he let me know that there was something not right about the rotors and that he would replace the rotors. They do great work there at Reeve's but more importantly they stand behind the work that they do!!!!

John was very patient, had to bring my car in for an engine repair. Vehicle went to the shop unexpectedly. The service was great and very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone weather u are from the Akron area or not. He answered all of my questions.

John is a very good guy,does excellent work the guys that he has working for him pay attention to detail that get you in to get the job done and they get it done right in for a very very fair price I would highly recommend Reeves Auto Services to anybody!!!

Love me some John and Eddy prices are about equal somewhere else but you can't get the attention to detail except through here they've always taken good care of my car which should have died by the way maybe a year ago but they've kept me on the road thanks again John and Eddie
