Todd and son Bill do a really good job for me. I've been taking my cars to them for the past 15 years even though I've moved a couple of times about 20 miles away, I keep coming back because of their hard work and honesty. They never ever tell me that I need to get something fixed that doesn't need fixing. I trust them with my car and seek their advice on car problems and about the purchase of new cars. They take their time and are patient with me (not easy sometimes) but never overcharge me. I'm 72 and as long as I can drive, I will continue taking my cars to them. They're also fun to talk to. I prefer them over the dealership I buy my cars from who often overcharge me for pretty simple jobs and sometimes try to sell me unnecessary stuff. Quality Auto is fair, honest and trustworthy. Can you tell I really like them?

I highly recommend Quality Automotive. When I arrived I got to meet the owner Tammy, and I love seeing an auto shop owned by a woman! First, Todd and Bill do great work, and have kept my high mileage vehicles running perfectly. With a large family I rely upon getting the most out of my vehicles. But just as important to me, is that they aren't just great mechanics who charge a fair price but that they are more like automotive advisers. They have saved me enormous amounts of money by telling me when things didn't have to be fixed until later and they always explain to me exactly what is going on. After ten or so years, I trust them without question. I never argue with them over price. Cars are a long term investment for me and more than getting the lowest price I need to know that I am getting good advice from a trustworthy mechanic that values relationships. I take a lot of pride in keeping my cars on the road and in good condition for as long as possible and I know Todd and Bill feel that pride too.

Great service! I was passing through the area when I had a noise coming from the rear of my car. Someone in my family recommended I stop at Quality Automotive. Turns out I needed a new wheel bearing and they got me back on the road in no time. Nice, friendly people and very fair. If I lived in the area, I would take my car here for everything.

AMAZING! Tammy and her team are the kindest and most honest people I have come across in a long time. We had an emergency happen on our camper and by luck ended up at their shop. It was 10 minutes before closing, but when they came out and saw we were on a trip with our 4 year old, they got right to work. They never stopped and in about an hour, we were on our way. They even had to call NAPA for a part, got it delivered and installed all within this time period. They took the time to even help keep our son by occupying him with trinkets and talk. They are a step above the rest. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. They are fair and hardworking.

My family has been taking our cars to Todd and now Bill as well for over 15 years. They've consistently done a great job and are the most up-front, honest and reasonable mechanics that I've worked with. Trusted and highly recommended.

I've been visiting Quality Automotive for a number of years. For the best service and price, you will not find any other auto shop in Summit County that beats it. I count on Quality Automotive to do the job, from a simple oil change on up. If I could rate this shop six stars I would.

I have been going there for over 15 years. Tod and Bill alwaysuses top quality parts but they keep the cost to a minimum because they only do what is necessary.I don't know how I would have put three kids through college if Quality Automotive hadn't kept my old cars running cheaply for ten years.

My car broke down right off of Interstate 77. Fortunately I made it to this shop. They were very busy but were gracious enough to fix my tensioner pulley on the spot!! Not only was the service GREAT but the mechanics and staff were very kind and efficient!

Excellent garage, would highly recommend. Not only is the service great but the employees are extremely knowledgeable. And as a added bonus they saved me quite a bit of money recently when another garage quoted me for a job they did at half of the price.

Each time my car was worked on the bill was more than the estimate.The last estimate for a repair was $200. The internet research price was between $60 and $120. They charge more than dealership prices. I had a rack and pinion worked on They charged me $700 and replaced a hose, which costs about $30 and took about an hour. That's $600 an hour.

Traveling from VA to MI, my alternator went out. These guys were able to get me in quickly and get me back on the road. Extremely friendly service, it felt like we had been friends for years.

Great Emergency Care! Saved our Christmas trip this year. They went out of the way to help us on a very snowy Friday afternoon. Personal, experienced - if we lived in the area they would be our go to for service.

Friendly and Fast: This father-son shop went above and beyond to assist me with a repair while I was travelling (in spite of it being 3pm on a Friday). The customer service was excellent, the price was fair, and the repair was well-explained.

My dad loves this place. He had an apt.to get a car checked out. He was waiting and overheard an employee cussing, yelling, and throwing tools. Just disappointed! Sorry to say that was just not a good impression.

Paid for tune up and new spark plugs, took my car to another dealer, the original spark plugs were still on the car! Also, when I picked up my car from Quality for service, they told me they drove it to Cleveland the night before for a "test drive"! Who does that?
