Unprofessional and never pick up when calling.Tried getting my car in twice and they always said they d call me back and never would.I had to explain that my Subaru was AWD to them and they sounded surprised lmao. Wouldn t have been surprised if they couldn t move it either bc it s manual.They also laughed when I told them my name when trying to set up an appointment.Honestly don t get how this place has good reviews, on top of that they have 20+ cars constantly sitting outside so that s not a good look.

Very nice auto shop and even better people to go with it!! I have had my car worked on multiple times great work and great prices. Also have never had any issues with them keeping me up to date on what they are doing and how they are doing it. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for good work honest people and good prices. Highly recommend this auto shop! They have worked on my car multiple times. They re always quick (I called panicking about my car & they fixed it same day & always quicker than the estimated time), inexpensive, and friendly/nice! I like how the owner doesn t try to overcharge you and will tell you exactly what you need nothing more nothing less.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance

Scott replaced the engine in my Chevy Astro, he was quick efficient and very reasonable. I have used him ever since and have recommended Scott to everyone I know when they need service He has handled my service for at least 6 years or more now. I have never been disappointed and he has always charged what he has quoted me. First time going here & let me just say these people are so friendly & even remember you by name when you come back. Very clean & seems to be well ran. Their mechanics were also very polite & knowledgeable, didn't feel like they hired a bunch of shade tree mechanics. Very professional all around in my opinion, I would use them again. Will keep this review posted when I use them again.

Shop small over chain shops, definitely recommend. Came in for oil change and a front end noise had it diagnosed and all work completed at a more than reasonable price in less than two hours. This is a great mom and pop shop. They're friendly, courteous and most importantly thorough. They resolved a complicated issue with my daughter's auto AC and wouldn't give up until it was working right.Thank you, Marco at Ohio Euro Motorcars too, for referring us.

Phoenix Auto Repair was absolutely incredible. Tracey kept in constant communication through what was a very unique, difficult situation. They understood the desperation of getting the repair (complete engine replacement) done quickly and absolutely went above and beyond to make it happen. The final bill did not exceed what was quoted and the work was completed several days ahead of the scheduled time frame. Phoenix has gained customers for life due to their kindness, understanding, honesty, expediency, and general concern for our specific situation through this transaction!Service: Engine repair

Said my transmission was causing the issue, paid to have a transmission put in. They say, come get it, it's good to go. Car is still having the same issue. They look it over for a few more days and say they can't figure it out.Conveniently the transmission under 6 month warranty, fails in the seventh month.I call back and get a, "sorry." And a hang up.Don't waste your money here.

I ve known Scott and Tracy for multiple years and they have always been my first call when something goes wrong with a vehicle, these are good and honest people, Scott can fix anything! Horrible experience, they didn't put transmission fluid in it after doing a complete engine job and messed up the transmission and refused our phone calls and refused to return our phone calls, didn't make things right or fix the problem they just chose to ignore it. Very unprofessional. And Scott doesn't "deal" with customers, then u shouldn't be a business owner Scott, just saying.

They replaced the subframe on my car. Before the frame cracked it drove smooth. When I got it back after they did the work, the whole front end was clunking under my feet. I took it back and they looked at t it again, and said a bolt was loose on the balljoint. They put a new bolt on. The guy said the front end was good to go. I took it to get aligned, and guess what. The whole front end is still bad! I have to replace to control arms, and tie rods now before I can even have it aligned. Very poor experience!!!

This place was great. Very fast, friendly, fair priced, kept great communication and fixed the exact problem and correctly. I will be going back there from now on. Thank you for being about your customer like the old days.

They put a new engine in for me n forgot to put transmission fluid in it n messed it up n then failed to acknowledge what they did, wouldn't answer or return my calls. Not very professional. Horrible n would highly not recommend.
