I have to admit, I was a little nervous buying a car remotely but Al and Corey made the process super easy. Not only were they available to answer my numerous questions, but they spent plenty of time showing me every detail via video calls. The process couldn t have been easier and it was apparent that they take pride in their products, services and integrity.I couldn t be happier with my S63, it arrived on time, as described and clean as a whistle. Given the ease of transaction, value for money and my overall purchasing experience, I would not hesitate to purchase my next car from Perfect Auto! Thanks guys!

Going through the process of purchasing my new car Perfect Auto Collection was nothing short of wonderful. My salesman Al was very helpful every step of the way from showing the car to answering any questions we had along the way. The entire process only took a couple hours, and I was on my way in my new Lexus IS 300 F Sport. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great luxury experience.

Absolutely pleased with the ease of transaction and transparency of the purchase details Corey provided. We bought our BMW X7 sight unseen and had it shipped, no surprises upon delivery, everything as described. I ll definitely look to use Perfect Auto Collection again for future purchases as the experience and No Pressure sales was a 10 out of 10 experience for my wife and I.

Great service! I was given every opportunity to view a beautiful car with the assistance of Alan. He answered every one of my questions on the condition of the car and showed it in a tremendously detailed way even though I live in a different part of the country. I ended up not buying the car, but Alan was very gracious throughout. I would definitely purchase a car in future with Perfect Auto.

To sum up our time at PAC, we drove out to Ohio to go pick up my 2018 Camaro 2SS from Perfect Auto Collection, I found the car online on AutoTempest after searching for weeks, it was the exact specs I wanted in buying a camaro for me. When we got there we were greeting by friendly staff and they helped up do all the paperwork we needed to be able to drive off the lot day of. When I seen the car, it seemed to be kept in great shape and was everything it seemed to be from their posts online. Before we drove 12 hours back home, they made sure we had a full tank. Once home, my car did have to go to Chevy for a couple of minor issues that we didn't expect but PAC did work with us and helped compensate us by helping pay for the fixes that needed to be done.All in all, our experience at PAC was great, friendly staff and most importantly they helped us with the minor issue we did have, definitely would recommend going to PaC if your looking to buy a performance or high end car.Here are some photos of the 2018 Camaro 2SS we purchased from them.

There should be 5 stars but I never give 5 stars. My salesperson (Alan) did a great job with the sales and listening to my concerns and needs. If I had to raise any concerns, which there's really no concerns. There was an issue with my car not having On Star (GM product). I called the salesperson, and he never called me back. I took the initiative to get my situation, resolved. I did call the salesperson back the following day and he ended up communicating with me about this fix. I would recommend Perfect Auto Collections to anyone. My experience was good.

Since I was interested in a vehicle from halfway across the country, you really have to depend on the people at the shop. Everyone I spoke to did exactly what they said they would do, and in a timely manner. I received the vehicle faster than expected, and it was exactly as they advertised, in excellent shape. This is a very trustworthy establishment. I highly recommend them with no reservations.

I recently bought a 2017 Range Rover from them - I worked with Micheal was one of the easiest transactions I ve done in a long time. Shortly after the purchase I went to LandRover to get it looked over, the dealership maintenance guy said, you hear horror stories about secondary owner luxury cars but this car was clean, a few optional maintenance things and change of a wheel arm (not needed anytime soon) and that s it.Great buy, those guys were solid

I purchased a 2016 Mercedes Benz S 600 Maybach for our business. The staff, including Corey Hicks were polite and professional and catered to my every need. It was actually one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. The car was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. These folks know customer service and it really shows in every aspect of their work. I ll be returning again to add to our professional fleet. Amazing place! I searched for six months looking for that perfect Mercedes SL550. The condition of this car was so nice it was crazy! I made the deal over the phone and then drove from Pittsburgh to Akron to see it. Within 5 minutes I knew it was a done deal as in person it was NICER than online! They sent me on my way with a paint protection package, a full tank plus snacks!!! Top flight operation with impeccable cars! Highly recommend.

Great experience. They had the car I was looking for, were a pleasure to work with, had all of the paperwork sorted out prior to my arrival. Car was ready, super-clean, and of course looked amazing. I'll look at their inventory when I'm in the market for my next car.

He was extremely knowledgeable about not only the specific vehicle we came to look at, but all of the inventory. He was very accommodating to our late work schedule and very kind and patient. My sister, brother in law and myself came in to see Al to get assistance with purchasing a car. Al was so helpful. He showed us a lot of options and was very open and honest with us about which options were the best. He was also very hospitable. He provided my sister and I with water and snacks :) purchasing a car can be very stressful, but Al made the experience very pleasant and comfortable.

Al was excellent. When my husband called and told Al that we were coming in, Al was very persistent and greeted us once we arrived. I actually ended up not purchasing a car from Perfect Auto Collection but I felt I needed to write a review because they were absolutely great to work with. I am not local so Al and the staff took time answer all my questions video chat with me to show me some features on the car I was looking at and took it to the local BMW dealer for a pre-purchase inspection. Long story short the vehicle was in great shape but I ended up going with one that is a few years newer. All that said I would definitely recommend Perfect Auto Collection to anyone looking for a nice used performance vehicle and if I am in the market again this is the first place I will check. One Word. STEPHANIE!!!!! Stephanie made this transaction an awesome car buying experience. I found the car via online (cars.com, autotrader, gar gurus) and called to verify the car was available. From the beginning, Stephanie was clear concise and made me feel welcome. Mind you, I'm a resident of Maryland and Perfect Auto Collection is in Ohio. Stephanie, was so personable! She made it possible and worked out a great deal for me with everything that I asked for including shipping the vehicle to me. I purchased a 2015 Audi A8L with everything that I could ask for in it. By the way, my wife is loving the massage seats!! Anyway, great customer service, great deal, and overall SUPER Great experience!! I'm lining up to purchase another vehicle from Perfect Auto, for my wife and have talked to my brother about them also. Awesome Awesome Awesome!! Last week, I started the process of purchasing a vehicle at PAC. I'm always worried and nervous about doing this process, but the PAC team was incredible to work with!! Michael, in particular, was fabulous and played a crucial role in constructing the deal, and a few quick and easy days later, I was off in my new to-me vehicle. I can't recommend this place enough, and I will absolutely purchase another car from them soon!!
