I was fully prepared to have to wait 45min but I was in and out so fast, I got pregnant slower than that. The two who did our check were so friendly and pleasing to talk to. I still think that we shouldn't have to continue doing this seeing how we are literally the only county doing it but if those two are working I'll at least know I'm in good and friendly hands

I use the self-service kiosk, which is always easy and quick for my echeck. There's easy to follow instructions too. Just scan the barcode on your car's door or doorframe, connect the provided unit to the port near the gas/break pedal, and the machine does the rest.

This is a total waste of time, less than 3 minutes and I'm done. They check gas cap, look underneath the car. The employee that did my check was very nice and efficient

One of the few places that is a Self-Service Kiosk that allows you to go at any time of the day to see if your vehicle can/will pass an E-check ahead of time instead of wasting your time and going during normal business hours and having your vehicle fail, you can do it all on your own in less than 10 minutes by scanning the barcode in the Inside of your door, or your actual VIN #, you can manually type in if you don't want to use the scanner. You then plug the other tool into the OBD11 sensor and input your odometer into the machine and let it work its magic. Sometimes it gives you and error message saying it cannot communicate w/the host (your vehicle computer) so a TIP to get past this step is to disconnect it from your vehicles OBD port and then disconnect the plug from the box its hooked up too and blow into the connections to make sure there is no dust or anything in the way. Then reconnect it and try again. If its a success or failure, it will print out a piece of paper staring if you passed or failed.

It was awesome. The lady was super personable and friendly. She double checked my vin and paperwork for accuracy. And I went right to the BMV and my echeck has already been uploaded.Next visit a guy provided the same great service. Consistent and quick.

I needed an echeck for my used car I got recently, and just happened to be driving by. It went really good! A week prior when I filled up with gas, my gas cap clicked once like normal when I screwed it shut, but for some reason I wasn't sure if it was on correctly, so I immediately took it off and put it back on. It didn't click. I tried this 5 times and it never gave the desired click confirming you put it back on correctly...Anyways, fast forward to my echeck, they had some kind of issue with it too, and replaced it for free!.....Also, I had some dash lights on, ABS, some other tire/traction thing, and another brake system light I think. I was worried somehow those issues with my car would hold up my passing an echeck. Fortunately the lights were glanced at, but it didn't count against me! Makes sense, since I was there for emissions... but I know echeck locations have failed people for less.

The self-service e-check is a great setup. Access 24/7 whenever is convenient. Just need your vin, odometer, and to confirm your plate number. There's a barcode scanner if your VIN has one. Then you plug in a ODB2 adapter for a minute or so and you're done.

As much as its a pain to go get this done. They had me in and out and were friendly, even though i arrived approximately 2 to 3 minutes before they closed. I normally wouldnt (because its rude and selfish to do to people who are definitely ready to go)but my tags were going to expire the very next day and i get off between 530 and 6 pm. Very courteous and quick!!

Went in just to get a waiver for my son who is in the military out of state. I had all the proper paperwork. I knew what was needed because we had to do this last year also. No cars being e-checked. No one in the lobby area. So I go through the "employee only" doors to try to get some service. All the employees were sitting together in one booth. Jumped up when they saw me and told me to go back and wait in the lobby for the manager. Guy comes in. Looks at paperwork and tells me I need my son's order. I explain that I don't. He insists I do. I point out that the paperwork says orders OR form signed by his supervisor on base. He says they must have changed the paperwork (they did not), tells me to go wait in my car. He brings out the exemption form about 5 minutes later. So, got what I needed but employees seemed....a bit less than enthusiastic about helping. Maybe they were having a bad day?

This was my first time getting an e check on my own , and the guy was extremely rude and impatient when I was trying to find my registration in my glove box, asked me if this was my first e check and scoffed when I said yes. I will be going elsewhere next time this needs done again

The experience was fine and employees were very nice. I just think if we want to have less emissions, we'd save more by closing these facilities. The amount of gas we use to drive to them and let our car sit idle while we wait in the lines probably uses more gas and causes more pollution than just having the people stay at home. Plus the electric and heat bills for the buildings causes more uses of resources

In and out, I was surprised how easy this was, with how you do everything yourself on the side of the building. I went there about 9:30am on a Saturday and I was the only one there, amazing!

Self-Service e-check, after hours. Was easy, except I couldn't get my VIN sticker to scan, which was fine as you can enter on the keypad anyway. Print-out is good for vehicle registration or plate transfers.
