Definitely if I could give more stars to Carl I would give them to him they were about to close the store and without that my family and I helped us we were on our way home there was an hour to go when a caliper came out and he without thinking gave us the help even without any but. Carl, may God bless you always.

I appreciate Oreilly staff member Johnathan he actually came out and assisted my son in changing the light bulb on our car. He actually took the time to teach him how to do it. As a single mom that really meant the world to me, because my husband passed away and to see another African american taking the time to show him something was just great!!!

in store 6/30/17 One of the staff said the welcome when I entered the store. The store was clean and quiet. As the associate was in the back looking for my parts, another staff member came up to the front and saw me then asked "it someone helping you sir?" NICE WORK!!! Then I returned to the store later for a ITEM return, and was helped by another associate that was also clean and polite that processed the return with no problems.

ok so i work for another parts store and after hours my wife had a car broke and it needed to be fixed for her to get to work the next day i went to my local oreilly store and they proceeded to tell me that they cant and wont sell to the competitor even though it was after my work hours and i was just a patron with a broke car and wanted to give them some money that is very unprofessional and rediculus

They are always so much more helpful than the " other guys " that are across the street. Didn't have to anything. Just told them what I needed and they got it for me.Keep up the good work guys.

Usually I love O'Reilly's. However this trip was not the best. I was in to buy a thermostat for my van. My sales associate could ask me if I needed some antifreeze but he could not remind me that I needed to buy the gasket separately. Which resulted in another trip to the parts store.

Terrible service! I bought a head light from the s Hawkins location but no one "knew how" to put it in. Really I think they didn't want to because it was cold outside but its a service you offer so you should have done it. The service was so terrible I had to go to NTB on Romig rd and they helped me! Way better service!

My stop here was just for some ATF+4.. I asked where it was located in the store and the guy told me isle 5 at the end of the isle on left.. it was in isle 6 and on the right.. it was at the end though. However the store was nice and clean, and everything in order.

Being from Missouri myself, "from the Springfield area" I grew up going to O'Rielly's for auto parts. Yo can count n the folk there to know what they re talking about. I don't know for sure about her in Oh but in Mo. They have to HV had at one time at least one ASE certification before you could even be considered for a position at O'Rilly's. I would give them a big thumbs up. They are also about the only parts store my personal business uses for all it's auto parts and most of the tools.

Loved it. Raimon A. was terrific in helping me exchange my part ( which I had for a year and a half) for the correct part and he had to order it and he got it in same day by 3:30 pm. Hawkins O'REILLY ROCKS!

Employees were rude. Kept talking instead of helping me and even cut me off when asking for something so she could talk to someone else about personal stuff! Will never go back!!

Somethings are way cheaper than AutoZone so don't forget AutoZone will price match so u can save and get better parts

This is my new go to spot...I used to be an autozone guy but these guys always make sure I get the correct part and answer any questions I have...beyond 5 stars for me

Customer service was horrible I was there first the guy had to wait for another worker to come in in a few to put battery in car so 10 min later another customer pulls in the worker came n the guy begins working on her car who came after me..my bros. pulled up and put the battery in

I asked the lame store assoc. where r-134a was while in line. He pointed behind counter and instead of gettin me what i need he starts to help guy behind me. So i left and spent my money at advance auto parts. Oreillys is cool in tallmadge. This oreillys is a freakin joke to the 3rd power of lameness!!
