This was a good place but I don t call to listen to you talk about your competitors or for you to give me advice I called to get a price and see if you had the part I m sure you talking down about your competitors isn t part of company policy

Always helpful staff. Better prices than competitor's. Store on S. Arlington is clean inside and out in the lot. I prefer them over Auto Zone any day.

My truck and I had broke down coming down and off-ramp off 76 Pamela from their store was able to bring me the part I needed to get my truck running again and we went back to the store to pay and they had comped it sure it was only $14 a parts but amazing customer service and I'm glad they went the extra mile if it wasn't for Pamela our day would have had a very

These guys are great as always the best prices for my part they help with whatever I need they took the time to assist me out in the parking lot and helped me fix the issue with my car very satisfied and will continue shopping with this O Reilly and others

Very friendly staff very knowledgeable I'm glad they actually really don't work on vehicles but they made it easy I actually replaced the brake line on 91 Chevy S10 thought it was going to be horrendous but it really wasn't that bad. Arrived on site at 9:56pm, with a closing time of 10:00pm. I know last minute wasn't smart but expected to be in and out quickly. I had a part I desperately needed with core charge in hand. Got out of my vehicle, walking up to the door, mind you it is now 9:57pm, the employee literally, made eye contact and came to the door and locked it. We checked to see if maybe he had unlocked it, which he did not. That was my entire experience. Both employees promptly walked into the back and out of sight prior to actual closing time. Extremely displeased with lack of service and actions.

Todd, Mike and Chris was amazing. All 3 were extremely helpful going above and beyond to make sure I got everything i needed. Chris installed my new battery very fast. Todd and Mike made sure i got the best deal available! Highly highly recommend stopping in here!

Came 9.11.2021 bought a carb went to return the carb 9.25.2021 2 different times both in which Manger Jake was very loud rude and unprofessional to us about the carb saying it was not from that store and he wasn't returning it that we had to now leave.! I called customer service who was very helpful even called Jake and told me to go back to make the return happen!!! We came back as normal as the 1st 2 times trying to return the part we got from that store and Jake was outside smoking made us wait 10 min inside for him to then come in and still be loud short and rude while doing the return he should have done in the 1st place we even had our receipt!! Was very unprofessional experience from Jake who is suppose to be Management.!!!

I've been doing all my business with these guys for over a year now and have always had a good experience. Most of them know me by name now and have gone out of their way to take care of my questions and issues. I'll continue to do my business with these guys for the foreseeable future. They've got a good crew.

They sold me the wrong engine oil for my 06 Impala and I blew my engine. No one bothered to help me as well. Very disappointed and out of a vehicle!!!

Lately O'Reilly has come thru for me in multiple locations more than the other guys. I cant say that wont change but for now ill prefer it if i have the option. And lets be honest.... All the big name part stores are usually grouped together within a mile of each other

Love this place. We tried the Advance Auto next door first but they didn't have what we needed. The very kind young man at O'Reilly's found what we needed and told us how to use it. It was clean well lit, well organized and inexpensive. New favorite auto parts store.

Talk about a LONG WAIT FOR HELP! There was what appeared to be sufficient staffing 3 clerks who were totally Slow. I asked for power steering fluid the man that was helping me couldnt find it on his computer so I showed him a pic on my phone of the bottle and he went and got it. There were a lot of people but with slow service that's what happens. I will personally NEVER go to that one again however, there are other O'Reilly's that I have gone to that have efficient friendly and capable staff.

The folks that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They found the part I needed and saved me about 30% from other places.This is my new parts store that I will have no problem recommending to anyone.

Would of went lower than one star the young guys are mouthy and not nice at all there was a young girl in there earlier today when i was there and the guy was very rude towards her dont think ill go back there isplenty of

I have been coming here so many years. All locations are great. I have a warranty on all my parts. Reasonable prices and the staff is always helpful to a lady needing some simple assistance.

The staff here is completely unknowledgeable and will honestly shove any parts your way just to get you out of the store they re very unhelpful, and extremely unprofessional especially when it s close to closing time I would highly recommend using a different auto parts store or completely Eliminating them all together and getting your parts off-line because it never seems as if they give you the right parts EVER

Always have great attitude and fast service to .+ I got the same starter less expensive by $30 bucks, AutoZone had it for ,and O'Reilly's gives you a Veteran Discount ( I'm All in) now go toO'REILLY'S that's an Order!

Had me on hold 3 times and hung up on meWas on hold for 25 minutes the 1st timeAnd 15 the second 15 the 3rdAMD hung up on me all 3 times..Went there and waited in line for 20 minutes becuase they guy behind the counter was talking to his buddy instead of handling customers
