I took down my first review because I ran into a problem after the sale, regarding equipment that I didn't verify before signing. They could've easily told me to pound salt, but instead Korey Cleaver and his team work out some additional options and invited me to come back for a different model to make sure I was satisfied. They certainly didn't have to do this, so it was very much appreciated. I was also impressed with the condition of their vehicles.

Dealt with Ken Kurlinski, we emailed back and forth numerous times prior to me finally coming in, although the appointment setter told me both vehicles I wanted to see were still here when, in fact, he lied. Ken broke the news that it was gone while showing me my second choice. Ken was pleasant, not pushy, even while trying to beat him up on price. If you're looking for a vehicle of any type, Ken is your guy. Added Note: This review is about Ken Kurlinski and my experience with him, NOT the dealership itself.

We came to test drive an F150 I found online and were not happy with it, Mark searched his butt off and found us exactly everything we asked for! Mark Geis and his finance rep (John) were super helpful in insuring the car had everything I wanted, financing where I wanted it, and even had the car filled up and the interior detailed!They brought me every financing offer I asked to see and went over every coverage and add on!Would definitely recommend to friends and will come again if in the market!

Would not recommend this dealer to anyone.There is zero honesty with clients; they lean on hiding data from Carfax to make sales.Negligent repairs were done to the vehicle. After noticing water in my headlight, I found that the fender was reattached with Bondo. All of the brackets to attach the fender to the body were broken and not replaced. The bonding on the fender caused damage to the bumper. The collision repair shop I took this to was quoted as saying, "These repairs are not up to industry standards, and we have dealt with many things like this from North Coast in the past."When I asked the service department for service records on the vehicle, I was told, "These are all kept with corporate, and we are unable to get them. They likely just replace wiper blades and key fob batteries."Don't make the same mistake that I did!

I ve had the best experience of purchasing a vehicle through North Coast Mitsubishi of Akron, my salesman Jake Wise was very understanding and helpful. The finance process was just as smooth as finding the vehicle! Jonathon Fry(finance manager) was also very respectful of my time. Our salesman's name was Ian. He was exceptional! They were really busy this Saturday but he took his time with us instead of rushing through in trying to get to the next customer he spent his time with us! I highly recommend Ian!

Terrible service. I live three hours away from this location. I sent Pictures of my potential trade and talked numbers before making the trip. Called again before leaving discussed numbers again as to where I needed to be and was reassured they would be able to get there. Made the drive only to be told otherwise as far as price and way of how I was going to make the purchase. Untrustworthy as to what they tell you on the phone to get you there. Didn't buy a car and made the 3 hour drive back home disappointed. I didn't come there just to look at the car and deal I was told a deal went to test drive and buy. Will never go back.

Working with Mike was a wonderful experience today. I came in with a few cars in mind, and I ended up going with the "surprise" car that he showed me after getting an idea of what I was wanting. He was very easy to work with and was happy to be our "tour guide" instead of a plain old salesman. He also went the extra mile to find a missing antenna for the car upon my request. Jon from finance was also a joy to work with and was happy to get any extra info for me that I needed!A good experience is always needed finding a good car, especially as a femaleDefinitely recommend working with Mike as it's clear his goal is to find the car for you, and not on getting the most expensive sale. I visited NCMA today looking at a 2021 Ford Edge. Mark helped me out with my purchase. He was very professional, friendly, easy to talk to. He answered all my questions regarding the vehicle, the sale. He had a good sense of humor and it felt like I was talking to a good friend. If you're in the market for a Mitsubishi or great selection of used vehicles, I highly recommend this store and these 2 guys.

Gavin & Arien Sales ConsultantsWe had a decent experience with both of our salesmen and they were fair in dealing with us. We were disappointed that the brand new car we bought had an EMPTY tank of gas when we got in to drive off the lot we couldn t even make it home. When you re spending thousands, you would think they would provide some gas! Also, the tires are nearly worn completely and will need replaced within a month. Yikes! Improving on these issues would definitely help provide a better customer experience as a buyer.

When I bought my car I gave this place high stars. Bit beware. I had a lemon for a vehicle. The person who sold me the car was amazing! She tried to help me even when she found out about all the issues I was having. But the dealer themselves? Yeah, no. They sold me a car that just came onto the lot. I told them to look it over throughly, and they said they would. The only thing they did was cleaned it out. The alternator went within a month, and then they themselves put the wrong oil in my vehicle. Then all sorts of issues happened....by 2020 the car was officially dead. The head gasket went. They said the car was worth $15,000. If I wasn't so desperate at the time, I would've done my research. When I finally did, I found out the vehicle wasn't worth more than $4,000 at the time. Thanks to them, I lost 2 jobs atm. I was living in hotels to make ends meet for my 2 children. It was an awful experience. I pray no one goes through this as I did. They took advantage of a single mom with a 5 year old at that time. (Other child came back later that year). What I thought would be a great advantage for me turned into a horrible nightmare. I put in $5,000 for the car to start with, got it knocked down a bit on the price and put new tires on it (which I felt they should have done), and then got an additional $12,000 added on by the credit union they chose. Again, I take fault for not doing my research, but still. Be careful. I wasn't the only one I knew who had major issues with them. Good luck. Hopefully, your luck is better.They want us to call and speak to a manager yet everytime I do I get nothing but ringing. No one cares, and no one picks up the phone. Hard to talk to a manager when all you get is excessive ringing.Funny how the owner says to call...yet no one picks up. Oh, and I forgot. Thanks to them, I also got an $8,000+ lawsuit from there creditor.

Had a great experience getting my dream car! Nathan was great, and we were able to stick in our budget and get a great deal! Posted this review too soon!!After a few weeks of owning my used 2021 Ford Bronco and having to deal with this dealership I ve decided to change my review. I bought the vehicle and the windshield was cracked they promised to replace it free of charge. Finally got a day free to bring it up for service and I also requested a full service since we notice the vehicle was never serviced before us purchasing it. There was no windshield wiper fluid and with them not noticing the cracked windshield (I pointed it out before I even got in to test drive it) there s no way they serviced my vehicle before hand. They had me bring it in for the replacement told me to be there at 9am. They gave us a loaner car to drive around which was great, however after driving around for 3-4 hours we came back to notice the vehicle still in the exact spot we left it in not even touched yet. We were there for a total of 8 hours. Was also promise an oil change from my salesman Nathan while we were there then wasn t told until we were getting in the vehicle to leave that they were refusing to do an oil change because my oil light was not on yet. But remind you, the vehicle was never serviced beforehand so we were promised an oil change if we were to bring it back by Nathan. My husband called the dealership and spoke to a supervisor named Emily who was very rude and condescending. We were then told that an oil change was never asked for by the service department. My husband then called back to tell that to Emily and was denied to speak to her. I never even got to speak to the service department the only person I ve spoken to at this point in person was Nathan. Long story short this is just another get you in and out dealership where they just tell you what you want to hear to make a quick sale and won t follow through on their promises. I love my vehicle, but if they lied about a simple oil change and service, what else would they lie to you about?

Our salesperson, Jonathon, was amazing to work with. We began by telling him that we are comparison shopping and had other dealerships we wanted to visit after viewing their one car we were interested in. While we were on the lot, he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and helpful in answering our questions. When it came time for our initial visit to end, he didn t pressure us to stay and make a purchase. We respect him for that. We did return and began the process of purchasing our vehicle. He was polite and respectful to us. We didn t just feel like a customer. He engaged with us and our young child and repeatedly asked if we needed water or anything else while waited for finance.. He offered some bonuses to our car and deal. We were very pleased with him and the way he treated us. A few days later I contacted him about something and he immediately took care of it. This says a lot about his character as a person. He could have blown me off since he already made the sale I would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking at a vehicle on their lot.

I have been having troubles trying to get into a car for months with my credit score due to rebuilding it. Roman and Kristine were great to work with, Kristine was very communicative giving me updates throughout the process. And Roman was able to find me a lender. And to even add, they all went out of their way to stay open past work hours to help me get into the car due to my late work schedule.
