Montrose Ford service dept. is great. Andre answered all of my questions. They had the part in quickly, picked up my car and left me with a rental. The service was done in one day, and dropped off my car for me. They were in constant communication about when they would be here and when my car was done. I would recommend this service dept. to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Montrose Ford Collision Center! They were fast and efficient, and did an excellent job with my SUV repair. The ladies in the office were so pleasant and helpful too! Not to mention, I was pleasantly surprised when I hopped into my SUV and it was sparkling clean and smelled amazing. Definitely recommend them for your car repair needs!

My service advisor, Andre, at Montrose Ford is a true professional in everything he does! I have been very pleased with the service department at Montrose and as long as I live in the Akron area I will not go anywhere else. They truly do put their customers first!

I have had a couple of dealings with Montrose Collision and both times the service was EXCELLENT!Upon my arrival I was greeted as soon as I entered the store with a smile from the young lady working at the reception desk and the experience only went up from there. The service technician Joseph J was very patient and attentively listened to my concerns regarding the repair. I guess he could tell that I was very passionate regarding my Caddy. Joseph explained the planned process to repair my car and gave me a projected timeline for the completion. I did check around and compare pricing at other shops and found that Montrose was competitively priced but when you add the gracious service you will find that Montrose Collision is actually a great bargain.Two thumbs up to Joseph J and the team at Montrose Collision!

My car is a 2017 Ford escape and I have been bringing it to the dealership for years. I trust them and appreciate everything they have done for me over the years. They work diligently to get me in and out in a matter of an hour or less. They always make sure there is snack and coffee etc available to all of us that are there to get everything done for our cars. I've always had a great experience and will continue to deal with them

Great experience with this dealership. Wish I had come sooner for my preventative maintenance plan. Nathan (my assigned adviser) was wonderful and addressed my concerns and kept me informed of my transmission work and set me up with a rental. The dealership even picked up my truck from my house for the initial service.

Very thankful for Montrose Ford for the quick and painless work on my car. Got an oil change and recall work done faster than I expected, and followed my notes to a T. I have struggled to find a good Ford dealer that can do the simple things well, the first time. Thanks!!!

We took our 2015 Chevy Cruze to Montrose after being rear ended. They ordered the parts, let us know when to come back and repaired our car quickly. They did a beautiful job! If I didn't know there was an accident, I really wouldn't know it looking at our car.

Had another great, though customary great experience at Montrose Ford today. My representative, Rick Thurmer is the best there is in customer service. He knows my car and me. While I enjoyed a short wait for my car, Rick kept me updated on what need done and how long it would be. When the work was complete, Rick came out and gave me the paperwork and explained exactly what was done and why and when the next service would be due. Rick and the Service Department are among the top 3 reasons why I bought my third Edge from Montrose in 2023.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Should not be giving them any stars but it wouldn't let me post that way. I called them for service for recalls. They came and got my car and returned it, conveniently leaving the paperwork at the center. I had to call to get the paperwork sent to me. Found out they broke the latch to my hood in theprocess of completing the recalls. I took it back in and they refused to fix it. The service manager got very defensive. I will admit that my hood release pull was defective and the knob broke a while back, so I have to used a wrench to pull it so the hood releases, but both hood latches always latched. I think they couldn't figure out how to open it and broke the one hood latch in the process. They returned it to me hoping I guess that I would not notice but you can definitely notice. They told me it would be $1000 to fix a problem with which I didn't have before it being serviced there. No thank you, who knows what problem I would walk away with after that service appointment! Beware and go elsewhere!

Montrose Ford Service Super courteous, knowledgeable and customer friendly. Best part is that I shared with the person setting up the appointment all the details and it flowed through. I did not need to repeat myself but give some context as needed. Rick was really good and certainly makes it a good visit

Nathaniel did a great job on my Roush F-150. He fixed a small leak in the coolant system, replaced rotors and pads on my front brakes and repaired a leak in my rear pinion seal. He also did an oil change and rotated the tires. At first it seemed great. Then I got a notice saying my car would be ready on a certain day at a certain time and that if not I would get a call. Well it wasn't and I got no call. People plan their time around these things and for it not to be ready messes up people's plans. All I can say is do better.
