Great experience! Dave and Dylan are both very knowledgeable and helped me out with some trouble I was having with my Jeep. I know nothing about cars but Dylan was super accommodating with my schedule and Dave even noticed something that I hadn t even come in for- and with him mentioning it, it will save me a ton of money down the line. He listened to my concerns and explained everything in terms that I could understand. These guys really are awesome and if I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I will for sure be returning to this Midas especially for any car needs I have.

10/10. I called the morning of requesting an oil change, Midas team was able to schedule me for 4:45PM that same day. Also answered all my questions about the services included and the promos and coupons they offer. Great communication, detail oriented and upfront about ALL pricing. First time customer and for sure will come back!!!

I drove in without an appointment and they took my car in as soon as they had an opening. They were super honest in telling me all the things going on with my car. Helped me to make a plan that worked with my budget. I never felt pressured through the process. Overall, this will be my go-to shop from now on.

I will never forget how much the employees of this Midas went above and beyond for me! Dave and his team were not only excellent at their jobs, but they never made me feel like they were trying to upsell me. I felt like he genuinely cared what was happening and helped my direct needs. I had a tough day and they even went multiple places to find a part for my old car (always hard to find) and I definitely didn't expect that. He communicated with me via text on every update which was really great and I'm looking forward to making this my neighborhood auto repair shop!

The employees of this Midas and management went above and beyond for Debbie and myself! Dylan (I hope I'm spelling his name right). and the first Dave worked really hard to get this piece off the car that was stuck. That was not an easy job.(I think it was the old tire rod, We have an older car.) The employees here are excellent at their jobs, however they never made us feel like they were trying to upsell us. We felt like Dylan genuinely cared what was happening and helped direct our needs. When we came back the next day, the other employee named Dave was excellent, he finished getting our car in good working condition and he communicated every update which was extremely helpful. This is literally the best auto repair shop that we have been to! We're definitely coming back.

Best Mechanics in Fairlawn (Akron in general). The people here know what they are doing, best prices, best service, quick turn around for any type of repair you need done. Don't waste your time at other shops, come here to get it done right.

This is the best Midas in town. The manager and his team are very accommodating! They listen to all of my car concerns, explain things so I understand, and they always offer a coupon when they can. He remembers my husband and I whenever we walk in and it is very appreciated. I have been to many oil change sites in the area and this one is the most affordable with the best customer service. I will be a long time customer here, thanks again Midas Fairlawn.

Went back a second time because I was happy with the service I received on my first visit. Dylan and Dave did not disappoint!Honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done and what the cost would be. Kept me informed every step of the way and answered any questions or concerns that I had with patience and understanding. Exceptional customer service above and beyond what I expected. The staff is always very welcoming and will take the time to explain any issues where I can understand. Dylan kept me updated on progress on my truck and Dave came in on his day off to finish the job on my car. Thanks Dylan and Dave.

Went in for an oil change at appointed time, they got me in within 5 minutes. Took care of everything they were supposed to do and what I have ask them to check more for me. Above and Beyond I'll say. Excellent customer service and detail conversation. Well return.

I have always had such a great experience with this store, and my most recent visit with them has been no different. I talked with the manager Dylan about a crack in my rim, and he was able to work with me on the price as well as getting the part I needed in as soon as he could. As always, incredible customer service was shown. I would recommend this store to anyone having car issues, and I would give them 10 stars if it was possible!Service: Tires

Excellent customer service! Every worker that I encountered was nice and explained everything fully. Got an oil change, new filters, and all new tires in a very timely manner. Even got a promotional discount! Highly recommend to anyone needing car services

My husband took my SUV into Midas to inspect my rear brakes. They confirmed brakes were not needed at this time. We have used their services over the years. They perform quality work and are trustworthy. I will recommend this location to anyone who inquires.

Awesome company for car repair, went for oil change, definitely go back. Honest/knowledgeable/fair/thorough. Explained what future repair would be needed. Loved DVI software, pictures to show what is wrong. Everyone should be using this company!!!!!

I recently change my brakes and was very proud of my work, until I started to hear this noise every time I stepped on the brake. So I finally did a google search of mechanics near by and Midas in Fairlawn popped up. I made myself an appointment for the same day after work, David reached out and left me a nice voicemail soon after I made the appointment. I bring my Jeep in and Michael immediately began the brake inspection. David took all my information down and said it sounded like my rear brakes and rotors were in need of replacement (which made me feel good about my front brake job lol) Michael confirmed this and they quickly got my rear brakes and rotors replaced within an hour! I also was late to my appointment and arrived about a hour and a half before closing! David greeted me by name and with a big smile. David is very professional, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. Michael also was very professional and efficient with his brake inspection and replacement of parts! These two guys have made me a Midas customer! I will be bringing my Jeep back for any service or repairs it will need in the future. This has been a very enjoyable experience and I am happy to have them! If you need car repair I highly recommend Midas in Fairlawn!!!

As usual Midas is always on point and straight forward with everything and goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are fully satisfied !! I highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs!! & being right across from summit mall and all of Akron/Fairlawn hidden gems is beyond a plus!!! Who wouldn t love walking directly across the street enjoying some retail therapy and delicious food while getting your car repaired?!? You can t beat it !!! Thanks again Midas ;)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Midas Fairlawn and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I came to Midas on Ghent to have 4 new tires put on, and get an alignment check.The service was EXCELLENT!Dylan, the manager was friendly and courteous! He pitched in and helped Dave the technician, (who was also very nice!) so the job could get done even faster!Very impressed with how smoothly everything went!They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and the price ended up being what was quoted!, I even left with a coupon for a future oil change! I definitely recommend this location!!!

Ghent road location was amazing! I had breaks done there and after there was a loud noise that just wouldn t go away, Midas never gave up and made it right and gave me a free oil change & gas for the troubles!

We were helped for a simple oil change and tire rotation yesterday. Manager Dylan got us in expeditiously and was very friendly the whole time. He even went as far as to help me understand the process better myself, which was a nice gesture. Typically I'm not that guy that leaves reviews but in today's world good service is hard to find. I recently started to hear a squeak sound on my Ford Escape so I took my vehicle to the mechanic that I've been sending all my friends and family too and getting my own work done on for years now. He tried to hamstring me on unnecessary service that I didn't need and on the price. So I decided to look for a new place to take my business as soon as I walked into Midas I was greeted and felt very welcomed.David G did a thorough inspection on my vehicle and came to the conclusion that I need a new brakes and rotors. They gave me a great price. They were very fast and efficient to get the work done in a timely manner that way I could be back on the road taking care of the business that I have to handle.I look forward to continuing business with Midas in the future, I also will be sending all my friends and family to this location.I would like to say thank you very much to this company, The team working, and David. Look forward to seeing you guys when I come back for my winter tires in the coming months. God bless.

Just outstanding work and customer service. Somehow I ran over a rivet in the road around 2pm and my tire went to a pancake in 10 minutes. I called these guys and told them about the problem, and that if at all possible, I had to get my son to practice by 5p. After dropping it off with the spare on, I showed up an hour later with kids in tow and my car ready to roll. I couldn t have been more satisfied with Dylan and team, we ll be back.Service: Tires

Didn t do the job correctly and was very rude, I wouldn t recommend going here.Day 1, Paid $600 for new rotors, brake fluid, etc. so my car would stop squeaking & skipping when I break. Even though it was my own car, the worker didn t acknowledge me at all the whole time, only to my bf that was with me. Worker said the problem was fixed & said multiple times to leave a good review. Immediately as I drove out of the Midas parking lot my wheels were making an even louder & worse noise than it did before I even took it in. My bf drove it for an hour that night & he heard the noise too the whole time.Day 2, I came in Midas w/ my dad & calmly said the issue, they asked if I hit something (I didn t), how it wasn t their fault, don t know how it happened, and didn t believe me. It s upsetting they messed up, but I m a lot more upset than I would ve been before if they could ve just taken accountability or didn t blame me for no reason & wasn t rude. The problem ended up being a bent dust cover (that they didn t put on properly the day before but won t admit) rubbing against the new rotors. After that whenever the worker talked he still only did w/ the guy with me. I Scheduled a free oil change w/them for the next day bc my dad wanted it.Day 3 when I walked in for the oil change alone the employee was saying what s wrong now, how the day before I messed up my car , & all about how it was my fault. Again, I wouldn t recommend going here, especially if you re a women:/ Won t be going again.
