Took a little while to ship. Why the 4 stars But got my control pack and pats delete. Parts look great wire harness and fuse box is super nice. I d pick this over the Ford pack again they always answered my calls and questions.

I'd give no stars if possible. Do not do business with this company. I paid almost 7k for a motor (thankfully through pay pal) and after 5 months, I still didn't have it. The people I spoke with on the phone a couple times were extremely rude and told me that I would not be able to get a full refund. Fortunately I opened up a case with PayPal and was able to get all of my money back before the 6-month mark.

First time dealing with Mars Auto has been good. Quick to answer phone and knowledgeable of what is needed for my Swap. Coyote Swap of a 67 Ford Falcon. Glad their around.

Excellent service .Extremely helpful and even emailed me pictures of the actual unit that was looking to buy. Brian was very helpful over the phone. Will definitely use them again when looking for hard to find parts. Part arrived in 3 days well packaged.

Not happy. Waited months to have an order filled because they were waiting on mafs sensors, that was understandable and fine but when our order finally showed up the mafs sensor was missing. They took no responsibility for their mistake and infact didn t even respond to my messages

Terrible communication and customer service. Spent thousands with them. Got half my order. After wasting months waiting I just wanted a refund. After weeks of asking for a refund I was finally told my info was sent back to get a refund. Guess what? My part magically showed up. I guess ONLY pay with a credit card and demand a refund to get customer service. It s sad because so many said this was a legit company but I can see I am not alone based on other reviews. Also, it was almost 1 year from order to delivery

I ordered a engine and transmission on Feb 2022, they said because of the "pandemic, now post pandemic issues (because I contacted them many times)" it will take longer. Last time I speaked with them in January 2023 they said 2 more months, my folling question was: can you at least tell me what you already have done in the last 11 months? Their answered was nothing.. .I was lucky enough to get my money back because I used a credit card, I paid a good money for a promise and 1 year lost waiting. They don't send any updates about your order, if you don't call them they hope for you to forget about it.I would put -5 stars if I could

I purchased (down payment of $7,500)an engine swap 1/2/2023 and confirmed the 6 month delivery. After checking in multiple times to confirm the delivery, I clearly understood the time frames, so during the 3rd month, 5th month, several times during the 6th month, 7th month, 8th month and now, going on the 9th month(all of which I have documentation of promised dates that have come and gone), I called and one sales person says they don't have a donor car and anther says they have one but can't give and ETA because quote from John Martin" it will get done when it gets done". Obviously this is a way to scam money. John keeps saying the website says "estimate times" but when his written and verbal promises are proven via his correspondences he then has no response. Again, a scam. I have reported them to BBB, FTC and the Ohio State Attorney General's office to get a total refund or my order with in 5 days.

Never visited this place in person, only as an online customer. They were very helpful and quick to respond to all questions I had. When I made the order I was at work, with no way to make the payment but they went ahead and started the packaging and shipping process. They sent me a podium pay link that day to make the payment that evening. I will definitely use Mars Auto and Truck Parts again

Worked her for a few days and they refuse to compensate me for my time. I didn't stick around due to low wages. How is that ok? Removed a completes ls3 with trans and etc. out a camaro for free.....look else where for a good work environment.

Lead times on swap kits are wildly inaccurate. I was up front about my timeline when ordering in August, and now a month out from the 6-month lead time when I purchased I'm being told it's (at least) another 2 months out past that. This is not the type of behavior I expected given the cost. If you have a time frame in mind for your build, I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Crazy inaccurate timelines on engine crates. Purchased a 3.5 ecoboost in Nov 2021. Wouldn t answer emails and assured that they would be able to provide the product while talking on the phone. I waited over a year with no progress and Bruce stated that they couldn t provide the service. For context, I wanted a sub 75,000 mile motor which is an option on the website. Nov 2022 I request a full refund which they agree upon. It took over four months to receive a check. I understand that this is a risk you take with small companies but Bruce sounded like a kicked puppy every time I asked about the product or the refund.

Super nice folks, Evan and John took good care of me. Even though, thanks to Covid, it took way longer than expected the end result is I got a great engine/trans at a very reasonable price. And it is plug and play!! The guys in the shop were very helpful, Luke helped me take off parts that the chassis builder did not need before we shopped him the engine, truth be told Like did most of the work. They have lots of performance stuff there. I would recommend taking a look at MARS before you make a purchase.

Steve LaTampa is making a huge difference at mars! I ve been dealing with mars for a couple years and he s turning things around. It used to be hard to get a hold of someone. His customer service is second to none! Great guy

They are not honest about lead times. They will stop responding to emails as soon as you pay for your engine kit. They do not return phone calls no matter how many times they tell you they ll call you back. Took 10 months and a Better Business Bureau complaint just for them to do anything to get me what I paid for. Go elsewhere for your LS packages.Response: you can t even get your customers straight. I filed my BBB claim 4 months after I got my engine because of failed promises and lack of customer service.
