I ve got a CBR600F4i as my first bike and the crew over at manuel s did my fork seals and mounted a tire for me. Great place to buy parts, have service done, or if you just need advice on your project!

Excellent used parts. I bought parts for an FJR off of ebay from them and was so impressed with the communication and grateful to have these like new controls. That ebay feedback alone wasn't enough. Well, that and I'm not sure if they have a "parts wanted"? If so, put me down for some after market mufflers guys. (2005 FJR1300)

Not helpful at all and very condescending. Called to see availability to bring my motorcycle in for a oil contamination leak. Person who answered the phone wouldn't even consider giving me time to even to do a diagnose to see what the problem was I told him well I can wait until they weren't busy. He wouldn't even consider taking me as a customer and said to replace the whole engine myself as if I know how to do that. THATS WHY IM CALL YOU! Good luck if that's the way you treat all your customers.

Quickly looses interest when he realizes he can't squeeze money out of you. Me- "How much for some throttle bodies?" Employee- "depends what they're for" Me-"doesn't matter what they're for, just need to be about the right size; I'll make them work" Employee- Literal silence and cold shoulder.

Interesting experience. Took my bike there and it needed a lot of work. One guy called me in to look at the bike so I could see it and talk about it in person. Said it needed a lot of work but he'd take care of it, and he did. I'm grateful for him. Other people there seemed like they were just in it for the paycheck and didn't really care about the job or the people. Might have taken a little longer than I would have liked, but they also had to do a lot and order a tire so it's understandable. Regardless they did a good job on my bike so 5 stars for that.

They had my bike 2 months to fix charging issue, headlight issue and change tires. Picked it up an literally all they did was change the tires an charge my battery.. THEY HAD IT 2 MoNTHS an this isn't the first time dealing with this exact issue with them. I will never be backServices: Electrical repair, BatteryServices: Electrical repair, Battery

This bike shop is hands down the best around! My husband has been counting on them to service his motorcycles for over ten years now and he would never trust anybody else to touch any of his bikes ever! Mark and Cody and the rest of the staff are true professionals and not only that they are all motorcycle riders as well and really go the distance to ensure that every customer leaves happy! Trust me when I tell you that there is more experience packed into this shop than all the surrounding shops put together! Don't waste your time any more importantly your money going anywhere else! Trust your bikes to the best!

I've had work done on my Goldwing several times. Manuel installed brakes, all air filters, oil change/filter, tires, battery, and other maintenance/repairs. They have always been fair. If I have an issue they take care of it. Also, they seem to get work done quickly and professionally.

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION......I had the worst experience at this place. When I first called I was told that they had a (complete running) motor, when I got there surprise no motor just pieces of what I called for. Then against my better judgment I agreed to let him put a motor together for me for a $200 deposit. I was told on Friday they would have it ready on Monday, so I called on Monday. They said it wasn't ready yet because they was trying to track down the carbs, they said to call back Tuesday. When I called Tuesday still no luck, call back Friday they said. I decided I had enough with this place so I said I wanted my deposit back, and the owner told me that I was putting him in a tight spot because some of the parts he used for my "still not complete motor" he had to take off of eBay, and he had already had labor in this motor. So I agreed to only getting back $150. My thoughts are if you tell someone that you have what they are asking for, then turns out you don't then tell that person they will have it ready on this day yet again you don't then tell them to call back at the end of the week, maybe you shouldn't be in business........ a little honesty, and integrity would probably help.

Great service. I bought tires online and they mounted and balanced them on my Triumph for a little over $100. I dropped off my bike and picked it up the same day.

Really happy. They did a valve job and factory recommended maintenance for considerably less than what the dealership was asking. The staff was great, gave me a copy of their notes, and was really friendly.

Fast Service on all the times I took my GSXR rims to have tires put on them. I showed up, they mounted and balanced them and I was riding the same afternoon for a very fair price. Thanks guys!

Manual motorcycles has I believe the best prices in summit county on motorcycle repair , as far as I know. Also they have a good turn around time. The owner is also vary friendly. Also they sometimes will have used parts, so it can save you extra money when you are fixing your bike

It started out well. I ordered my exhaust and they took my money right away. I got a confirmation on the 12th that my order will by ready and shipped by Aug 15th. 2 days passed from the 15th, still nothing. I messaged the seller. called a few days later messaged again. It is now the 31st after about 4 or 5 emails, I have yet to get any email back. They did however refund my money even though this isn't what I wanted. Oh on top of that I called and he said he mailed out all of the Bonanza orders, but clearly that was a lie.4 months later, still no reply or apology. Ghost!!!!!

Purchased an oil cooler from them, it was in like new condition, represented well, packaged really nice there was no chance of damage from shipping. Great company to work with

If you're looking to have any work done on your bike, get a dealer quote then head to Manuel Motorcycle to get it done for half. Rubber city wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to replace my front tire. I was able to buy the tire myself and have the folks here swap out and balance it for so much less money.

Closed when arrived. Called # on door left a message. They called back (working from home) in a half hour. When I was already almost to Bores Cycles. Call 1st save a trip. No matter what the Website says.

If the man child sporting an upside down visor and cubic zirconium earings doesn't scare you off then you'll be welcomed into a 10 x 4 ft room with crudely constructed salvage bikes. Ask either of the apathetic twits behind the counter for a part and they'll lie and twist your arm about fit and price. I came in today with experience in mechanics, money in hand, and 4 parts in mind but purposely left empty handed in detest and disgust. I'll gladly drive 40 minutes out of the way to hit the next parts store.
