DON T!NO EXCUSE for this MANY ERRORS & FLAWS!Squiggly hair in the paint, multiple nicks, rust showing, multiple drips & sag of paint & scratches & clumps. There s more pics than what I have posted!This is NOT how you give the customer back their vehicle!It was returned dirty inside as well all on my back seats when I did not bring it their dirty.They said they vacuumed it. Vacuuming it doesn t remove dirty marks left on my black seats & the dust from them sanding either.Older gentleman was nice at first then TURNED on me & was RUDE AS heck! Loud, belittling me in front of workers telling me I m making HIM angry because the paint color issue. NO ONE should be done up like that & humiliated in front of multiple workers. I was literally in tears & went into the office area where his son & a lady were at & I said I REFUSE to be treated like how he s treating me & being yelled at & your workers are all staring at me! Both his son & the lady agreed & the son said the lady was going to say something to him.When I first got there, I was all excited I was like oh cool look at my vehicle. It looks awesome. Until I went up close to it & started to notice all these flaws. I said something right away & they had to take my vehicle back twice because the paint was sagging with these drip so bad on the driver side front fender he took it back and then brought it back out. I said it s still there so they brought it back again so I go well that s better but it s still a little bit there & they told me well you didn t get the package where you would have to pay $1000 & we would blow get the little particles out so I go there s no way that a blowing out or some kind of package thing that cost $1000 they would do will take out squiggly drag lines of paint so then I proceeded to look over the WHOLE entire Jeep & then that s when I saw all these flaws. I said what s this, what s that? look here there s a hair in the paint, what s this over here? Why is this like that? He kept telling me you didn t get the thousand dollar package where we would spray or do something where it would take these little flaws out.I m sorry look at the pictures there s NO way these would take those out they are Literally scratches & hair in the paint & marks & rust showing. I mean the pictures were taken a day after I got it from them.I just saw my email telling me I can leave a review.Son said I could bring it back in 30 days and they could fix this, but not fix everything they would only fix like the sagging paint or the little dense marks if you want to call them that whatever but what about all the rest he said well, you d have to pay the thousand dollars to get the Clean up special thing. I m sorry no cleanup specials gonna take care of these things. You literally have to paint the area. I am not stupid. I might be a girl but don t blame me because I showed a lot of people my jeep and they go what the heck where in God s name did you take your jeep to & whats with all these things all over your jeep? that s wrong! I said no kidding .I turned my vehicle in on a Tuesday. They had it way longer than what I was told & did not get it back until the next following Thursday.I rented a car and got charged for 10 days and $900.00. I was told my vehicle would be done on Monday or Tuesday & it wasn t & done on Thursday morning.The paint job is a C- maybe even an D+ and you can see whyNO VEHICLE should have this MANY FLAWSAnd when I came to pick up my vehicle, the older man wouldn t look at me, turned his head at me, ignored me & walked away didn t say anything that s so unprofessional & rude especially when I walked in I knew he was in there. I said hello everybody.Like I said, the Son offered me to bring my jeep back after 30 days but not to fix everything I d have to pay that extra thousand dollars to get the little particles out of the paint. My problem is what about the scratch marks by the door the door handle the hair in the paint the sagging paint the rust area what s showing right through the paint & clumps!

I had them do base coat clear coat for $1700. They did a little custom paint for me on rear bumper as well. They did a great job

Got referred to maacos so and my rockers are starting to rot so the completely redid them and they came out great very happy with there work for the price definitely recommend these guys and would go to them again very good people to deal with and they got it done really quick to highly recommend this place

This was the best choice I made choosing this location the staff are great and my car came out amazing I was so impressed with the way my corvette came out best decision I made and they made sure I was happy before leaving the shop thanks so much to all that worked on my car I love it

Update 1 year later, Jan 2024My truck was struck in a parking lot by an unlicensed and uninsured driver, damaging the bedside and bumper. I dropped off my truck on a Monday at Maaco and the owner was nice enough to drop me back off at my home down the street when it was below 0 wind chill outside. The team worked extra hours to finish my truck and other customers vehicles a day earlier than promised to get them back before a winter storm. They did a great job and even reattached my trailer light bracket which I had removed for the bumper replacement without me asking. These gentleman have delivered 5 star work on 2 occasions ahead of schedule and at the promised price. Can t recommend them enough as a family owned business.Jan 2023- had a white fiberglass ARE truck cap that I purchased used painted here to paint match my Toyota Tacoma. Dropped off at noon on a Wednesday and it was ready by lunch that same Friday. Quick turnaround and for $600 total out the door, this saved me probably 2k versus buying new paint match from ARE. Really happy with the paint quality and the crew helped me take off and reattach the cap to my truck. Pulling into their heated garage on a 10 degree day in January was very nice. Was highly impressed with the work they did on my 2000 Ford F150. They pulled multiple dents, fixed some minor rust, fixed a couple of holes, and did a complete color change repaint. All this for just less than $2600. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of cheap but quality bodywork.

I am also an old car lover and Adam has painted about 7 or 8 cars for me over the years. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Most of these pics are " integrated clear " paint - very low cost.

In the past, I've seen criticisms of Maaco's work in general on different forums. I have no complaints about this location after they worked in my car several years ago. Very friendly staff when I first approached about an estimate. Clear coat eroded away on my roof and the paint looked dull. Did a really good job matching my metallic blue paint as well as blending it in with the old paint job on other parts of the car. One miniscule imperfection, but not noticeable unless you really look for it. After several years in various harsh weather, it still looks very good. Cost was MUCH less than nearby collision centers and dealerships that do similar body work. Plus, comes with a multi-year guarantee. For cost plus quality, do recommend for paint and clearcoat work. My review is closer to 4.7/5, but I'll round up for Google.

Super nice people... not so nice paint job. Had to repair a huge area on the back bumper (3x2" area of chipped paint) and now finding more paint chips in various places. Car was obviously not prepped correctly or painted in a clean booth. So much junk everywhere that now needs to be sanded and buffed... possibly repainted due to fish eyes, dirt etc...Tape lines were bad where trim is... this is a classic car and we wanted to keep it as original as possible. We do understand that all trim should be removed to get the best results, but these tape lines looked as if whoever did the taping didn't in the dark. Very unhappy. This maaco should provide paint and clear so we can redo the entire car ourselves. We paid original quote (included removal of head lights, side mirrors etc as well as fixing some dents) .. we ended up fixing all dents but 1 along with removal of everything else that was in quote except black side trim... told them we would pay original quoted price even though we did the majority of the pre-work and asked them to spend a little extra time on this paint job as a result. Obviously whoever did the painting here did not get the memo.Service: Painting

The guys at this Maaco location cannot be beat. The initial estimate was right on and didn't go over a penny. Not only that but the timeframes provided were spot on, as well. The guys were all professional and pleasant.

They performed an excellent quality paint job and minor adjustments to the front bumper (R) and rear bumper (R) on my 2015 Honda Pilot. My vehicle has a new car, showroom finish. This is the second vehicle I have brought to them in the past six (6) years. Excellent quality, fair price, friendly atmosphere. I've been a customer of this Maaco since 2005. I am a car collector, and they have painted over 25 cars for me. Yes, we're talking classic/collector cars restored and then painted at this Maaco. Their $600 paint job will cost you $2,000 grand at any other body shop, and theirs will be as good, if not better. My classic cars are not museum-quality, they are all very nice, rust-free, and the body and paint work done here routinely wins me awards at car cruise-ins. With proper care and garaging, their paint jobs on classic cars will last 10+ years. I've also had two "regular cars" repaired & painted there...quickly and correctly. They are experts at matching new "fender bender" repair paint with existing factory paint, even with tough-to-match colors like silver. Insurance companies recommend them. You'd be surprised how many new car dealers send their cars to this Maaco location these days. The local classic Porsche club is full of vintage cars painted here. Not a fancy shop, but, family owned 20+ years with quality work at great prices..

We bought our son a 2013 Camry and it had a lot of scratches. Some were very deep. We went to Maaco and worked out a plan to paint the whole car and fill some of the deep scratches. We had a limited budget and could only do some of the scratches. The final job was amazing. They actually took car of more of the issues than we paid for. The workmanship was excellent and the customer service was great. Got everything done Monday-Thursday. I would recommend them for sure!Service: Painting

I recently scratched the roof of my car and needed it repaired. I worked with Brad who did an excellent job talking me through the options available for repair, and the considerations when choosing between them. I just received the car back today and the repair is incredible. I can't even tell the original issue ever happened, which is as good of an outcome possible. I really appreciate the high quality work and exceptional professionalism, can't recommend enough.Service: Painting

They did a great job replacing the hatch on my SUV. It looks like the damage to the hatch never happened; great job!One minor issue is that dirt or paint dust was left on floorboards, dash, and shifter and doesn't wipe off easily. Other than this minor complaint, they did a great job; would hire them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The management there has very poor Attitude .. And they were not at all honest about their prices. I took my classic southern truck there and drove 2 hours for a preliminary viewing/estimate which was $3200 I felt that was fair .. I did the preliminary work then I came back to drop the truck off after preping to the way it was originally discussed then a different manager looked at it and gave me a $4600 estimate. Then the manager gave me a bunch attitude when I told him I wish I would have known it would have been $4600 the first time before I drove 2 hours again .. lost 8 hours of driving and fuel cost. Im not impressed with how they do business.

I got exactly what I paid for and expected with Maaco. I wasn t expecting a top quality paint job, but the body work done was quite fantastic and the employees were great and easy to work with. Amazing value for price to be honest.

Macco has a done a great job on my work trucks. They were able to work within my budget and made my old trucks look new again. Excellent service. They did everything we had agreed upon and I got the vehicles back when they said they would. I have always been happy using Macco services through out the years. Keep up the good work.Thank you . They have an ad up to pay 11 to 14 an hour to breathe in chemicals while they make money hand over fist and probably expect alot done at that. You don't want someone paid that low working on your car. How despicable.
