Had to have new tires and front brakes installed on my grandson's car. Unfortunately, also both rear shocks for a model that was only in production for 1 year. Shawn was very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Great example of what customer service should be. Thank you!

The employees here are nothing short of amazing. I have brought 2 different vehicles here and each time they are extremely friendly and very very helpful. Super trustworthy shop. Prices are great and the work is top notch. They are amazing with kids too. Everyone in the shop told my 5yr old son happy b day and kept him entertained with conversation. Highly recommend.

Stopped by for a minor issue and was treated extremely well. Later I had a bigger problem with my wife s van and was very happy with the service. And when I went in to talk to Ken about getting a new vehicle I was happy with his advice which I took.

I've tried many shops through the years and Ken's by far is the best in honesty and fairness. We've had a few different family members Vehicles there and they are always ahead of their lead times. They take the time to point out things and fully explain. I'm 49 and worked at a couple shops that I've learned had inexperienced employees doing work without anyone overseeing anything but after dealing with Ken's employees I know every one of them know what they are doing. When i don't have the time to do certain repairs or just can't, Ken's is the place to go. Oh, and another thing, when you see police vehicles being repaired at a shop like Ken's...that says alot about trust.

Really wish you could give zero stars because this place really deserves it! I had a bad bearing and they never told me which one and also said an additional bearing was bad as well but again not telling me which one is being fixed and which one is also bad. No one called to update and they took several hours with one simple bearing after I told them I need it done within the time it takes to get repaired (1.5 hours) they took 4+ hours and I had to call to ask for an update. The lack of staffing explains a lot as well, maybe don t tell paying customers a time and hold out the entire day with their vehicle . Go to zehners across the street before ever taking your car to this incompetent shop that scams and overcharges.

This is not you average repair shop. I took my F150 in for 2 issues and an oil change and was treated like family and was give a very reasonable price. I'll only take my vehicles here from now on out. Top notch in my book.

I had a stripped o2 sensor port on my exhaust. I went to Midas and they wanted $200, said they had to cut that piece of exhaust out and replace. Took it to Ken's and they rethreaded the port, put the new o2 sensor I had in, and they didn't charge me. Thank you Ken's. I highly recommend to anyone who needs auto repairs. It's a nice local shop with good people.

Very good at what they do. Took our cars there when we lived in ellet. When we moved to Portage county we started to going somewhere closer. That was until they misdiagnosed an issue with our car. I took it back to Ken's for a second opinion and they diagnosed it correctly and saved me atleast a few hundred dollars. Great place to take your car. Even though it's a drive for me I'll be brining our cars here going forward.

I took my car in for diagnostic and repair services when my check engine light came on. I was very pleased with the quick service and I believe the price was very fair. Had my car for 3 weeks. Still squeals shakes and pulsate, they never figured out what was wrong but what I'm mad about is they didn't fill my gas up and my car is now incredibly dirty inside and out.... I literally just loaned them my car for 3 weeks and now have to spend money to get it cleaned and filled up... they put so many miles on my car I had just gotten an oil change and I almost need another one...

Highly recommend this business. Fair prices, great communication, and they always fit me in even when I call last minute. Feels like a family business when I m in there, not an auto shop trying to turn and burn as many customers as possible or up sell me on random things. Took my car here for a muffler repair. Muffler was replaced without a hitch. I also asked them to check an oil leak and was told they would put dye in my engine and to come back so they can see where its leaking from. I did just that but when I returned I was told there was too much oil to see whats going on. No problem. I was I would be given a refund if I didnt want to come back to have them check it out again. Went to look at my car under the bay, looked at the leaks, decided to just take the refund since they couldn't identify it the first time. The owner then tried to go back on his word since he "degreased" the engine. I told him I would still like the refund since the problem wasnt solved. He relented and said okay.Overall my muffler was fixed, but the shop is shady, going back and forth on refunds for things they couldn't diagnose, gossiping the entire time im in the waiting room. It just wasn't professional.I would recommend taking your car somewhere else.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

My car was due for maintenance, shocks and struts were wearing out, so an acquaintance recommended Ken's to me, at first I was concerned by the location (there building is fine, it's everything around them), but they found the problems, didn't try to upsell me anything, and the price was reasonable. I highly reccomend and I never write reviews, so for me to even bother to write a positive review should indicate my level of satisfaction. Furthermore they appear to be locally owned, but I have not verified or checked this other than observation of Shop name matches master mechanics name.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I love going to Ken's! My car is covered by a warranty service and Ken's always deals with my warranty company to get my car covered! They got me in right away. The young lady at the managing desk was pleasant and knowledgeable. They kept me posted as to what was going on and what it would cost. Everyone there was great! I would highly recommend this business. Great from beginning to end!

Trust this Auto Repair Shop. No reason to go anywhere else. They do it all. Reasonable rates, stand behind their work, and do a great job. Only after using a few other nearby shops, I determined this is who I can trust to keep my 15 year old truck in excellent condition.

This is my first trip, but it won't be my last. Not just because there's more wrong than I thought , but the customer service and price makes me a return customer. As a single mother, honesty and fair pricing in this industry is highly appreciated!

As always another outstanding job and service from these guys. This the only place to take any vehicle to get exhaust work done. From minor repairs to specialized complete custom jobs. Ken's Auto has been the place for me for me going back some 25 years or so. Thanks to all.

Had our car at dealership told us we needed a new motor we decided to take to Kens because he is honest and did good work for us before. Found out we didn t need a new motor and got out of there for like 200$ that was like 6 months ago and cars still running great. Honest shop, a rare find. They don't overcharge or invent things that are required on your vehicle. They'll let you know if something is practical, required, or not, and help you make a good decision for your car. They treat all customers with respect and a great attitude. As woman, I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of, like previous shops have done. Great family run shop who'll treat your vehicle with care and as though you are family too.

Every time Ken's Auto does work on my car I am very pleased. I never have to return with a complaint. Very polite and professional. They put a long lasting smile on my face today.
