Stopped needing a hand and the guy working was very helpful. Good personality and friendly, I'll be back when my car needs service. Thank you very much for the help and hospitality!

Brought my truck in for the same issue 3 separate times, it had a dirty fuel injector and ran rough and was having a hard time starting, they fixed the wrong part the first time and there was no increase in performance whatsoever, I brought it back in and they "fixed it" it started running exactly how it did before within a week then they tried to charge me a third time to fix the same issue I brought it in for the first 2 times, the guy I talked to was extremely unhelpful and repeatedly said "I'm not sure how you expect us to know what's wrong with it" which is wild seeing as they charged me for a a diagnostic and service which was never fulfilled, never heard of a shop trying to charge over 1300$ and have me come in 3 times to replace a fuel filter and clean fuel injectors if I could give 0 stars I would. I'm out over 800$ my vehicle still runs exactly like it did day 1 and I feel like I just got robbed then spat on

I've brought a few vehicles to this place, every time they surpassed my expectations. I'm a DIY type of person, so I only send a vehicle to a mechanic when it's a really bad job. This repair shop is very accommodating to myself, which I'm probably not the best customer.

Incredibly fast and knowledgeable. Got a flat on my way to work.. Pulled in and waited because they were not yet open. As soon as they got there they took care of me and fixed it right in front of me and I was on the road in less than 20 minutes. One of the better car repair experiences I've had. Highly recommend

They have always gotten me in as quick as they could and my car is always done within a day. Most kind owners/ employees! Very recommended

I needed a transmission rebuild done, it cost me almost $4,000. He subbed it out to another shop (didn t do any of the work himself) 2 weeks after I got it back it was leaking transmission fluid. When I called and said it needed fixed he told me he wasn t going to honor the warranty. This guys a middleman scam artist and clearly doesn t know what he s doing and has to rely on real shops to serve his customers. 0 stars on this one, won t be going back.

This shop and I has been taking care of all my vehicles now for years. Dependable, honest. And dedicated to making sure you are taken care of and even follow up weeks later to make sure all is well. They are even pet friendly, had my dog with me one day and stopped in to see if they could change my oil in a little while after I drop my dog off. They said come on in and we will do it now.. Amazing!! I could go on and on about Jeff and his Team. I thank and praise them for the many years of keeping me and my family safe on the road. Oh and more thing Jeff has always honored his warranty. Good luck finding any place better.....

Very polite workers. The services they offer are standard for a mechanic shop. I do like how they relay all the information about your vehicle like they do. A little pricey but worth it to know the job is done right.

I love the friendly, amazing, trust worthy and fairly priced service that I receive from innovative Auto Care. I will definitely be using them for all my automotive work. I had them check a vehicle I just purchased for $40 they sent me a report with pictures videos and detailed descriptions with pricing of everything that was wrong.

They replaced my old, crusty brake hoses with braided stainless steel ones, and fixed my ABS. did an awesome job at a fair price and they were super friendly. My car stops great and I am very happy with this shop.

This is my go to shop for any and all work I've ever had done on my car. I have an older vehicle, so I find myself, on average, visiting innovative auto on south main and caston 3 or 4 times a year. They are always very thorough, very polite, and explain everything that needs done. They give you a printout of everything they fixed, suggestions for future maintenance/repairs, and always try and find the most affordable route to go while maintaining a certain level of ssafety. I always feel like they have time for me, even in an emergency, and the staff is always courteous and accommodating. The first person I usually deal with is the kind and VERY knowledgeable young lady who works the desk, and from that point on, until my car is finished, it's always been a pleasant experience. The mechanics are top notch, the owner is a hell of a nice guy. I would recommend this place, and I have, to anyone seeking a mechanic that has the qualities I just described. I've been told that I could get the work done at a slightly lower rate at other shops, but cost isn't always the most important thing. I leave with PEACE OF MIND every single time I pay the bill, and walk out to my freshly fixed car. I give this place 5 stars! Thank you for all the times you have fixed and/or maintained my Sebring, guys!

We have used this mechanic shop a few times now. The mechanic is very honest and does great work. One vehicle we brought in, and he was unable to absolutely diagnose the problem or if the work he did would fix it, so he told us that straight up and discounted the charge for the diagnosis of the vehicle because he felt he had not properly served us. It was because of his honesty on that occasion that we returned to him.

I love that the team at Innovative always make us feel like family. I also love that I can trust that I'm never "recommended" to have something done on my car unless it actually needs done. As a women, I depend on that trust because I've been taken advantage of at other shops because they figured I wouldn't know the difference. I drove a 15 year old car that never gave me any problems because Tammy Jo and Adam made sure everything was taken care of. Now, I have a brand new car and rather than go back to the dealer for my oil changes, I just go to Innovative. I'm not messing with my new car. I want someone I can trust!

Innovative Autocare is very helpful and professional! As a single woman I trust that Jeff and his crew are treating my fairly. They always get the job done right and go the extra step by following up to make sure all is okay. You will not go wrong using Innovative Autocare for all of your car needs!

Jeff is fair and honest. He does what he says he will do and charged fair prices. I've spent over $5,000 at this shop and had one warranty situation and Jeff took care of it immediately

One star is not a low enough rating for Innovative Autocare on Main St in Akron,Oh. They tried to charge me double for repairs that did not need completed. I wanted them to evaluate a car I was purchasing from a dealer. They did not even drive the car for an inspection. They attempted to charge me due to my radiator hoses appearing old, the hoses are not leaking or wore down. They didn't even diagnose my original complaint. Which was incredibly obvious when driving the car. I am so unhappy with my experience and cannot believe they would take advantage of a customer like that.

Getting my water pump replaced I spend more time here than home on my off days. I am learning to understand my car's love language. Jeff and his team are honest, knowledgeable and prices are competitive.

This is a nice little place to go, tell them your car troubles, and they will fix you up! They ALWAYS follow up to be sure your vehicle is performing the way it should be after they have serviced it. If it's not, they will make it right!

Jeff Goodwin and his team teaches people how to do make the right decision with their auto care. We've been using Innovative Autocare for over 4 years now; oils changes, tires, brakes, etc.
