I have taken my bikes to them for about 4 years or so. Excellent service, and a great staff. They will tell you what you need and it's at a great price. I go see them every year before I take off on my yearly trip, so I know my bike is in tip top shape. I won't go anywhere else to have my bikes worked on. Honesty, Integrity, and Professionalism. That's what you get from these guys with a hand shake deal. Thank you and I'll be back.

Eddy & Gumby are couple of good dudes they take great care of their customers & treat people fairly. What else can you ask for?

I was rushed off the phone and sent else where for some clutch plates, something anyshop should be able to get no matter the bike brand. It was very unprofessional. I didn't even ask for work to be done on my bike, just trying to get parts ordered from ebay

Eddie, Gumby and the rest of the team at House of Thunder are great! They were very knowledgable and helped me pick the right parts for my Harley build. I'll always come back here whenever I need work done on my bike.

Great couple of guys here. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful and can make your bike an absolute beast. Always go to them when I need anything aftermarket or have any questions in regards to parts or where to get em. Only shop around Akron I'll let touch my bike.

Best in the biz. Legit know their stuff and are always willing to help you out. Gumby and Eddie have been clutch for me throughout the years. I wouldn't trust my ride anywhere else.

I call in to get price check for a clutch, and the guy was really rude and disrespectful. I will never use the services of a company that conducts business like that. That is very unprofessional. You guys need more appropriate, professional staff.

Rude and unhelpful. I called about tire repair and valve stem replacement and they referred me to a different place. I went to the place that they referred me to and they haven't been open in over a year and a half. I then called them back and was hung up on and when I called back, and told them this he said he sends people there all the time and hung up on me again.

They do awesome work I take my bike there all the time they have awesome prices they definitely know what they're doing so if you need your bike worked on take your bike there

Had a shift shaft seal leaking , took it in to have it replaced they told me while they had the whole primary off it's best to just replace all seals and made sense Glad I didn't take to other shop that would of just replaced the shift shaft seal

The only shop in the area that has the mechanical knowledge to actually repair your bike without adding expenses to the bottom line. Again don t waste your money at any other shop Bob Motz

These guys installed and balanced a tire for my motorcycle and did a great job. I dropped the wheel and new tire off at 5:30 pm, and they had it ready before 1:00 pm the next day. They do a lot more than just tires, too. They are a very busy shop with several different brands that they work on. They worked at dealerships for a number of years before deciding to start their own shop. Friendly, experienced, efficient, and honest. That spells a great shop in my book.
