I ve never had any issues at all with my Honda vehicles but I do take them in for regular service type things. They are very friendly and efficient. The few times I ve been there a guy named Justin Miller took care of me and he was fantastic. Explains thing very well and makes sure you are comfortable with what s being done. I also bought another Honda CRV and Beth Locke was great. No pressure and explained everything thoroughly. I m a Honda owner for life based on my recent experiences and Great Lakes is the best dealership and service center I ve ever been too. Thanks Great Lakes!

My "check engine" light was blinking. I called Great Lakes Honda and explained. They told me it's unsafe to drive and get it towed to the dealership. I had no appointment, but Justin saw me and new me by name. He didn't take long to talk to me. They were really busy, since it was a Monday...they are open late on Mondays. I brought a book and some homework because I knew it could be a long wait. They had to diagnose the problem with the engine, I had no appointment, and they were already busy. I only waited 2 hours, but Justin was understanding. He explained the cylinder and coil and spark plug problem and said it was going to take about a week to get the parts and make the repairs. I was offered a loaner car, so I didn't mind. I really liked the Honda CR-V I got to drive. He told me about the Synchrony Car Care credit card with 0% interest for 12 months and I decided to get that card to help me pay for the repairs over a few months. I have my van back. It is running smoothly. Justin told me to drive it as I normally would and bring it in after 2000 miles for a check up...no appointment necessary. I'm very satisfied. I love my van. I'll be checking the mileage until I need to bring it in for the quick check. Thanks, Great Lakes Honda, and Justin. Only reason that I continue to go to Great Lakes Honda is Sean from the service department! He is an amazing person who has great customer service skills and makes a bond with all his customers. There s times when I m waiting in line waiting for him, and he s with another customer. I can see what comfort he puts into the customer to ensure them that they are going to be well taken care of for service needs. I have gone to many other dealers where they try to upsell or charge me things that I really don t need to do. Sean is not one of those people. He will tell you what needs done what is recommended and what should be done down the line, not trying to push on further sales. He understands what true customer And is great with everyone he worked with. Recently I was at Vandeveer Chevy and their service was not good at all. I brought up Sean To the service manager. And he said yes we ve heard of him and we also try to recruit him. I m glad glad Sean stays with great Lake Honda. The service department will not be what it is without him being there.

Joe was great! He made me feel so welcome.He was so helpful and polite. He did a good job of explaining things to me and I didn't even have a long wait. I had a wonderful experience at Great Lakes Honda. I originally messaged them online and had many questions answered by Sabrina. She was extremely kind and helpful. When we arrived, Jeremy in sales made the process smooth and truly painless. He communicated through every step and genuinely cared. He has followed up and been very helpful. Laura also helped through this process so much and was a joy to be around. JT in financing was incredibly knowledgeable and explained every single step. He also had us laughing throughout. Thank you to Bobby who made sure my car was spotless!Thank you to everyone- you truly have an amazing team and work so well together. I am so excited I stayed in the Honda family!

I scheduled a car wash and oil change, as well to check for a recall. When I arrived on location I said I wanted an oil change and car wash. I was then asked if I wanted a car wash two additional times. My car was not washed chief.

Joe was amazing & great to work with. There was a delay at my appointment time because the tire that has been ordered the day before had not been delivered yet. They were going to give me a loaner car & have me come back the next day so I didn't have to wait too long, but then the tire showed up and they were done in 20 minutes. Glad to have options & friendly service!

Always an excellent experience at this service center. The customer service is impeccable. My car is serviced in a very timely manner and they always offer to wash it afterwards. The coffee machine is a plus. The folks in the service center are truly outstanding and want to make sure your vehicle is safe for you and your family.

Great dealership with great employees.I ve brought my Honda CRV to this location for oil change and other services multiple times, and it s been great every single time.Justin has excellent communication skill, and been taking good care of my car. He answered all my questions quickly and explain everything, so I didn t have to second guess myself.I would definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Great Lakes Honda Service has been TERRIFIC over the 18 years and 3 cars they have serviced for me. Always helpful, always friendly, very attentive to needed details for my car's safety. Rob was my service manager this last visit, and was wonderful. I highly recommend them.

They were quite busy on a Monday morning even though I had an appointment. They were able to in take a number of cars in an efficient manner with about 4 agents/service advisors working. I got a time line on when to expect a call, text immediately with a contact number and I feel like the service advisor (Justin Miller) was nonjudgmental when discussing the options for my expensive repair for what was wrong with the car. He explained things well and overall I felt comfortable with the diagnosis. I do like the fact that you don't have to have a Honda to get your car serviced. I cannot comment on the sales department.

Setting up an appointment here online was super easy.Staff I encountered was very friendly and the restroom and waiting room area was clean and accommodating.Only reason for the 4 stars and my only gripe is that they washed my car without asking me first and they didn't dry it off.Prior to arriving for my appt. I had it cleaned and dried and ceramic coating applied as well as tire dressing.I was not too happy to walk outside to see my car dripping wet.I do not like water spots and for water to sit in my door jams.Please ask customers first before washing their cars otherwise, thanks for being kind and repairing my car. I truly appreciate that.

My 2015 CRV starter was having intermittent starting issues, so I researched online first and determined it might need a new starter. The Great Lakes Honda site chatbot was very efficient in booking my appointment. Then, upon arrival, my human rep Justin took good care of me. Having a loaner car made my Easter weekend seamless while my car was awaiting the needed starter. The pricing was what I expected. So, if anyone thinks it s cheaper to get work done elsewhere, consider the ease of getting in, having a loaner warmed up and ready, and picking up my car at my convenience. A very positive experience!

I had a great experience at Great Lakes Honda. The people there are very friendly. The waiting area is nice and clean with a TV, coffee, water and phone charging area. They even have an area for children to play. My car was ready when they said it would be. I'm very happy with the service I received here.

I received personal, attentive service, and everything was clearly explained. I mostly work with Justin but when he was called away for a meeting, the other techs were well informed and stepped right in. My sale associate was Lisa; she made purchases my new car effortless. She was professional and patient with me. Took the time to answer all my questions and showed me numerous times how to operate my vehicle. When it s time to buy another car I pray I have the same experience. I have brought cars before but never has a car dealership ever cared about how my experience was after the car is purchased but I received a text from Mr Jacob Haung asking me just that. This was my first experience with Great Lakes Honda. I was having a starter issue with my car and I called to see how soon they could get it in to diagnose. Shana the service representative was very professional and understanding. I dropped the car off that evening and the next morning Shana called with a detailed diagnosis and estimate. I picked the car up that evening and was met with the very same smile and great personality. This is my second Civic and the dealership is truly a pleasure to do business with. Lisa was my salesperson this time around she was helpful,patient,kind and supportive. She explained all my concerns on what I had in mind . I liked my other salesperson also, but I will be sticking with Lisa. And the car? I picked a 2024 Civic Hatch back. Yes I could go to a local Canton Service Center put it is worth EVERY mile to make the drive to Great Lakes. Every single time I am there I am made to feel welcome and important. The entire team has a positive helpful demeanor. They come to you when the service is complete to go over the work that was completed. The pricing is very fair and they get you back on the road in a timely fashion. They are second to none and I appreciate the consistently GREAT JOB they do!Service: Oil change

Rob assisted me with my oil change check in. He also took on an additional issue I was having while trying to set my clock. I appreciate his interest in attempting to solve my problem. 1/22/24 Went in to have general overall. Expressed to service advisor, Joe Pawlowski, a couple of my concerns. He was very efficient and made me feel assured that I was in good hands. Shana is awesome!!! She's always the first to greet me when I go in for service, and she always does it with a big smile! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation today, and everyone in the service department was kicking butt and taking names! I was out in less than a half hour!
