Workers don t treat vehicles properly. Just a short hour after I dropped my car off, my steering wheel comes back torn up! From what?? Nobody knows how to be careful here. DO NOT GO HERE

Ordered a set of brand tires and made an appointment to come in showed up for the appointment and they told me all they have are these cheap Chinese knock offs. No one even attempted to call me extremely unprofessional, don t deal with Janice couldn t even apologize for dropping the ball

I have been coming to this store for routine things such as tires, oil-changes, and most recently, pricey repairs for my van (since it's a 2013). Dan and Jackie look around to get me the best price on parts and the waiting area is warm with facilities and coffee.

Longtime customer to this location. Have treated me well. Staff has always been pleasant. Fair priced given the market for chain repair & maintenance shops. Never tried to charge me for non-essential extras.

Could not even get anyone on the phone to get pricing or an appointment. Not a good way to run any business. Sad, Goodyear use to be highly recommendable and did awesome work. Oh that's when people carried about more than just a paycheck.

Jackie is always so pleasant, warm and welcoming. She definitely is a joy to see when you walk in the door. My technician was Gary. He explained everything to me and was very thorough. This was my 2nd time at this location and both experiences have been perfect. I appreciate great customer service. I will definitely recommend this location to all of my family & friends. Thank you for the great service!

They kept the car for 3 days and didn't have tool to fix it! Needed waterpump put on Ford car.

Arrived at 10AM for my appointment at 10AM and I was checked out at 1:15PM. For the past three years I've bought a set of goodyear tires, one for a modified wheelchair van, install was done by Goodyear Commercial center, zero issues, in and out, clean. For a car I figured I'd do sams club, same thing in and out super quick clean install. For the final vehicle(another wheelchair van) I figured ya know i'll try one of the goodyear owned service centers. It was a nightmare. Never thought it would have taken 3 hours for tires and alignment but on my receipt they made sure to make it seem I was only there for approx 1 hour. Common now Goodyear!! Be honest, it's okay it took 3 hours but don't hide it. Bonus fun at this location, they leave Lithium grease all over your wheels and new tires. For this set we spent $,$$$ more than our other two vehicle's and got the worse service. Live and learn though.

Today s experience was absolutely amazing! I m a loyal Goodyear Customer and Ms Jackie was so pleasant at the front desk!!! Damon the tech was helpful making sure that My F-150 was in top shape! I m GLAD the other front desk Lady is No Longer Working here, Her Negative Energy was not good for business..

Overall great, I think I caught them on a bad day. They were unwilling to offer mechanical advice and will probably just stare at you if you ask for more than a tire change. Cheapest prices for a set of 4 but made me think of paying extra to go down the block. Never called to say my vehicle was ready.

Super helpful and friendly. While busy, we re able to get me in quickly to fix a flat and get me back on the road so I could make the wedding I was on my way too.

Please don't go to this place. I wanted a diagnostic test performed to determine where my car was leaking oil. After the test was performed, and I got my car back. The power locks on my SUV didn't work. I know they worked before I took my car there, but according to them, I can't prove that they were or weren't working. So I will NEVER go there again.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------After change in management with Jackie, I would recommend this place now.

I came in twice in the last two weeks to get work done on my car. I will continue to go back because the manager Bill Heft was so helpful super nice to everyone that came in during my time there as well as he was super nice and helpful to me. They are always willing to do all they can to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you so much. I ll definitely be back soon.

I had a recent oil change for my vehicle and waited while it was getting serviced. Barb, at the Goodyear store at the Chapel Hill location, is kind and patient with other customers as well as with myself. I have been there more than once and get the same professional service each time from her and the techs. It s refreshing to know that there are good, kind and professional people that truly care about their work and others. Kudos to them!

I had two brake lines put on for over $800. The mechanic didn't even properly secure my lines in place. Now when I hit a bump they bounce around. This is in crazy!! I will never go back again.

Let's get the easy part out of the way first. I brought my 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 in for an alignment on 9/28/2022 the alignment was completed very well and in a timely fashion! So great job to the tech/techs in the garage! Now for the painful part for Goodyears customer service, I made arrangements to have my truck dropped of by my girlfriend by 6:00pm on 9/27/2022, 6:00pm is the closing time at this location. I called 9:30am on the 27th to let them know she would be dropping off the truck between 5:30-6:00pm on the 27th, the gentleman I spoke with said this would be fine since they are open until 6. My girlfriend arrived at the shop at 5:35 and the shop was closed, there was a notice posted over the shop hours stating the shop was closing at 5 on the 27th for a staff meeting and would be open for regular hours at 8am on the 28th. She knocked any way to no avail. She had a co-worker there to give her a ride home. What an inconvenience! We ended up bringing it back after I got home. When we picked up the truck at noon on the 28th we spoke with the lady at the counter and expressed our displeasure with the inconvenience and all she could muster was that she was there at 5:30, now remember my girl arrived at 5:35. During this whole conversation the manager, Barbara, just stood there! No apologies were given for the inconvenience just her insistence that she was there at 5:30. Needless to say I will no longer be going to this Goodyear even though it is within 2 minutes of my house, I also will not send anyone there.

I ended up with some sort of drill bit or something stuck in my tire. I called and spoke with Gary and he said bring it on over and they'd fix me up. Originally I thought it could be plugged, but that wasn't possible, and I needed a whole new tire. Unfortunately they didn't have the size tire I needed, but one of the guys drove to another location nearby to get the size I needed. They got me all fixed up and back on the road. Jackie (I believe was her name) at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. Thank you all for everything!

I brought my car in to get it looked at and was met with the most kind people that were so helpful. They explained things to me and worked their hardest to help get my car fixed as easily and quickly as possible. There isn t a better place or people to trust with your car.

Scheduled to have 4 tires mounted and such. Also check front end work for alignment. Was told would take 1 &1/2 hours . Was there 2 & 1/2 hours. Others there were also delayed.

How can you review some place when you didn't even get service. Easy....when the guy behind the desk tells you that the online appointment you made yesterday was never logged on to the calendar for today and that the "girl" must have not gotten around to it. Mind you, the appointment was made almost 24 hours prior to the time of my appointment. He then proceeds to tell me that I can wait 1 1/2 hours before my car will be looked at. REALLY! Such poor, poor, poor customer service!

Just got a fresh set of rubber for my MX-5. Damon was the installer. He was great. Super professional and personable. Called me the moment the car was ready to pick up. Definitely going to get tires from Goodyear tire service again.

Very bad customer service, I had read the reviews & I see what half of the people meant when they said bad customer service.. I just called to get some information & the guy was very rude with an aggressive tone. Getting smart for no reason at all. It changed my whole attitude on bringing my car here. Whew need more postive attitudes!!

Asked to get a tire replaced and, although they were busy, they scheduled me in. Second time i was there and they were always really nice. A very ignorant demanding man came in and was very rude to Barb, I believe her name was. She stayed professional and answered all his questions, even though he didn't deserve it.

After a not so good experience at the Summit Mall / W. Market St. site, I transferred my account to the Buchholzer location. I'm glad I did. 6+ years later, I'm still here. Management has changed, but the quality standards and exceptional customer service have not. Shout out to the team (missing some folks): Bill, Ms. Barb, Eric, Rick, Ms. Jackie - THANK YOU!

Came here to get a flat tire fixed. My experience was awesome from yesterday when I called to make the appointment to the very end of it all. The woman who made my appointment was very polite and helpful and all the employees here are exceptional beyond measure! To the nice man who was great with my rambunctious 3 year old, THANK YOU for being kind instead of getting annoyed and irritated. [[I didn't catch his name sorry]] I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who values a job done right and GREAT customer service!

After getting a flat tire, they were able to do a patch job free of charge. It was a blessing to have them take such good care of my wife and I after the day we had. Thank you for the great customer service that you provided.

Don't bother making an appointment. They never honor it. They do decent work but be prepared to wait 3 hours for an oil change or a tire repair. Every time I've been there, even after making appointments, it's taken hours.
