Staff is great, friendly, helpful, responsive. They are great at taking the time to explain what is happening to your car/truck, speaking to you with respect, never demeaning. I m certainly not a mechanic but appreciate being spoken to like an intelligent adult. Terrific customer service. Whatever you are paying your employees, pay them more. They are the face of your business, treat them as such. I can get my truck fixed in many places, I come to your business because of your staff.

I was extremely satisfied with my service I received. The receptionist and mechanic were welcoming and knowledgeable and it was a fast process. I came in with knocking noises and when I left my car sounded perfect. They did a great job and I would highly recommend their service.

Made an appointment for 1pm. I was told no problem we can get you in. My car didn t get pulled into the garage until 2pm. I understand that businesses can be understaffed and things happen. I was only getting my four tires replaced. After an hour of waiting, someone finally came up to me saying it would take another hour to an hour and a half since they were behind and with only one Technician. I was there for 4 hours because they were so far behind. I did not complain once to anyone there because I know how rough it can be. My only complaint is that, when scheduling someone for service, make sure you can fit them in, instead of having them wait 2-3 extra hours. They were hours behind when scheduling me and they just kept bringing walk ins in after me telling them that it would be an x amount of time til they would be seen. The workers looked very stressed and over worked and it bothered me because they could miss something on my car. I feel a little unsafe driving my car because they seemed to be in a rush.

Had an appointment at 10:30am for an oil change. They still hadn t started at 12:00pm. I don t think they understand the concept of appointments. I left after waiting 1.5 hours with no service performed.The only reason I m giving them 2 stars is because they were polite and respectful when I asked for my keys back.

We had scheduled an appointment for Saturday to see what was causing an odor like oil or something burning, get an oil change and look over the car. Dropped it off on Friday and had not heard anything back on Saturday, so we reached out for an update and were told it was still waiting to be looked at, as they were short handed that day. Sunday we callled them again and were told this time that their diagnostic guy doesn t work on the weekends and it would be looked at it on Monday morning. We ve used this Firestone location for many years and have always had good experiences. We wish this was communicated to us when scheduling.

I had a dead battery and I was able to drop the car off right away after I jumped started the vehicle and they took it in and were able to care for it in my time frame with no issues.

If I can help it, I won t take my vehicle to anywhere but this location. This is the best service I received. Mike greeted me promptly at the store s opening at 7:00 AM and set proper expectation for the service of my vehicle. (This was just the alley-oop)Justin came in with the slam dunk; Great-professional service and also showed care and concern. Haven t felt comfortable around technicians as I ve had bad experiences in the past.Firestone Chapel Hill is no doubt my go to for auto repair.

Took me 3 scheduled visits to finally get my engine light addressed because of limited diagnosticians. Finally got in and I was charged for diagnostic test...$90. I can, and have had a test run at Advanced Auto Parts for free. I feel a little ripped off.

Quadaris gave me an amazing guest service experience and took extra time to walk through all my options since I'm struggling financially. It's very rare to find an auto shop that seems to care about the customer beyond the service that's needed and I truly appreciated it. I would ask for Quadaris as your advisor if you're coming in, his kindness eased my stress.

Staff were friendly and responsive to my calls and questions. Worked with me and vehicle warranty company. Actually Firestone was more reliable and responsive than my warranty company.

Customer service was excellent. As a walk in and stay for an oil change, they will get you in and out quickly. The store is clean and comfortable with Wi-Fi.

They do a good job and are really nice so I would give 5stars for those areas. However, it takes a very long time so I would give 1 or 2 stars for this. That being said I will go back I will just be sure that I take my car first thing in the morning go home and come back and pick it up at the end of their work day instead of spending hours and hours and hours sitting in there waiting area.

Quadaris was extremely helpful in getting my car taken care of in a timely manner. He was also very knowledgeable on the tires Firestone offered. If you go here, ask for Quadaris.

Good, Honest people. Service is slow, Prices can be high sometimes. The people are nice and professional. Better than the average Firestone but it's still firestone if that makes sense. Appointments seem to always be behind or take longer than estimated time. Quality service but slow.

I have had a tire replaced on one car and brakes changed on another and the service has been nearly perfect. The cost is comparable and service is typically fast. The only issue I have had is when a technician replaced the lug nuts on my car with an irregular size without consulting me, preventing me from being able to remove the wheels myself. (Thankfully I did not run into an emergency with a flat tire). The shift manager did replace the entire set of lug nuts for me and provided a discount on the brake service I had been unable to get to because of the issue.

Very pleasant experience with the front desk representative, he was kind and courteous and went above and beyond to get the information I asked for. I believe his name started with a Q. Qudaris I think. All jobs could use someone with his eagerness. Again a very pleasant experience

Noticed my tire pressure light on in my car. I took my vehicle to this location to see if I could get it fixed. Omar who assisted me let me know that they were busy and would probably my take a while to get to my vehicle by the end of the day. I asked if there were other Firestone s close by I could take it to and he called and they were just as busy. I was in a bind and had to pick my daughter up for work. Even though Omar and staff were busy he said if I wait for a bit he would work me in before closing. I only had to wait and hour and Omar and Nathanael took great care for me getting the screw removed and patched and on my way. I was very impressed with the way this was handled and owe a huge thanks to Omar and Nathanael!!!!!!

needed a simple vehicle inspection on my wife s toyota, went in to pick the car up with her before I went off to work. Guy was on the phone first 10 minutes we were in there. They quoted me at over $1000 for brakes/tires which i totally understand, and that s pretty reasonable in this day and age but i m handy so i decided to do it myself. Had to get to work as this was delayed a little too far and they left my wife to sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes when all they had to do was get the car off the lift. way to take it out on my wife! bad service.

This location used to be ok when Jim was in charge. Since he left they've gone so far downhill that they're now in a valley. It took 3 times returning before they got my alignment and balence halfway right (my car still shakes just not as bad). They torqued my wheels so tight that they gouged the metal and I couldn't get it off while trying to rotate them even after standing on the breaker bad. The person in the front of the store is definitely not a people person. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who's life I care about.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Went in to get leaking tire fixed sales rep was not interested in doing anything but sell me a tire. I was certainly willing to pay for service he said all I could do is buy new tire. I used to buy all my tires and all friends and family went to your store for there tires no more! All your employee had to do is break down tire clean rim and remount. A little service would have been nice.

I ordered a tire for my 2023 Toyota Sienna. They told me it was going to arrive the next day. I got a call from them the following day and they told me I have to wait another day. I literally called them 8 different times start from 9am till 4pm to check if they received the tire but no one answered the phone. I wonder how they are in business.

I wouldn't trust anyone else. They are fast and Friendly service with competitive pricing.They were able to diagnose a problem that I only heard! (Sticking caliper when hot)Thank you for keeping me and my car safe!

Service was fast. My specialty tires were in stock. They're not overpriced, but they aren't a budget tire place either. The waiting room could use snacks and drinks to be on par with other repair shops.

After the first visit, I thought I had found a place I could bring my vehicles for reliable service. I have spent thousands of dollars here. More than three sets of tires, upper and lower control arms, ball joints, wheel bearings, oil changes and alignments. Something has gone very wrong at this location. There is a high turnover rate in personnel and quality and consistency of service is no longer available. My advice is to look elsewhere if you want quality parts professionally installed and backed by a good warranty.

Great job on getting my tires done quickly. They were much cheaper than Sam's club and even got me same day. If you need tires I highly recommend these guys.

First off, don t expect the techs to win any races , treat this like a watch maker taking their sweet time to get it right.That said, the management should be hiring and paying higher wages to attract more talent. The techs are great, but they need more techs and hiring more at higher pay would help.

Satisfactory customer service.Emily is the advisor who helped me by taking her time to listen to my concerns I had with my tires and she did her research to see what all can be done which meets my needs in my budget.She walked me through some suggestions, explained me about the different tires they got and advised me what suits best for my car. I would highly recommend to stop by her for the knowledge she has in addressing the problems and providing best solutions and for the patience she had.I would like to travel 30 minutes to visit this location rather than visiting the firestone 5 minutes near me.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
