I was a victim of car theft they broke the rear window. Akron location Deb was polite and found me a appointment next day. I was first install of the day. I was amazed of the quick installation. Installer Matt was informative and professional. Thanks for all the support and top notch craftsmanship. Keep up the exceptional service and thanks again

I found this business after receiving an overly expensive quote from Safelite last week. I m a college student so I can t always afford to pay expensive prices. Defender Auto Glass provided a way more affordable quote to replace my windshield so I made an appointment with them! The process was very smooth and they had my car ready to go in an hour! I m very happy with my new windshield and I will definitely be coming back if I ever run into any more glass issues with my car!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Defender Auto Glass is the only place I use to replace the windshields on my fleet of box trucks. Their customer service is top notch and the pricing is about 30% less than that other place that you ve heard of. That other place has to charge more to pay for all their advertising. The repair went fine. They were an hour late for my appt but that didn't really bother me but what did bother me was this was left in my driveway.I have 4 dogs who play all over this yard and I found this in one of their mouths and I can't say I'm exactly pleased that potentially toxic garbage was left in my yard. There's 2 garbage cans 6 feet away from here too, could have just thrown it away.Seems pretty unprofessional to me.

Very good customer service. Quick response with quote via email and return call from customer service. Brent (Technician) was personable, quick and appeared very efficient. Pricing was better than the bigger company and I can't see any difference in service. Defender Auto Glass was super flexible and available within two days to replace my back window. They came right to the parking lot of my workplace and replaced it right there. Called me when they arrived. I unlocked the vehicle. Took them approximately 20 minutes. Advised not to good thru car wash for 3 days. Very friendly efficient and clean. I am So glad I called defender glass repair!!I bought a brand new car 2 weeks ago and of course a rock on the highway flew up hit my windshield and nicked a spot right in the middle of the drivers side windshield I called safelight they told me they couldnt get me in for a repair was a week and would almost 2 weeks to do a mobile repair so I called defender glass and I was able to have them do the repair sameday at my home for more than $100.00 cheaper than safelight and the tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job can hardly tell it was repaired!!! I will definitely tell everyone to call defender auto glass!!Thanks again!!

These guys were amazing and very professional and. communication was definitely provided and I was kept up to date on when they would arrive. The job done to my windshield was amazing and the price was the best out of anyone that I called in Akron . An A+++ business for sure.

They did thorough, detailed and unhurried work on our Mazda5 windshield. Excellent work. The Technician, Steven, also advised us on how long to wait before driving the vehicle, what to be careful with for the first few days, etc... Outstanding service. Some crackhead smashed out the back window of my suv. Another company wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. Unfortunately I only have two arms and my legs don't work. Based on the 4.9 Google rating, I called them. They undercut the other company by 80 bucks and the technician came out the next day and installed my new windshield. It took maybe an hour and a half. I then come to find out it's a freshly made new windshield and it's a better windshield than the one that was on there. Right on.Service: Auto rear window replacement

They were extremely quick and very professional! They were not overloading theirselves with too much work as I see most companies do and I appreciate that! It made me feel more comfortable to have one on one assistance. So here's how the experience went (deep chip in windshield with lines already starting): "It'll take about 30-40 minutes and it may not look much better." 20 minutes later... "You can hardly see it!" 10/10 would recommend.

I chose Defender Auto Glass for the price initially. The price was right and I'm glad I chose them. I was told my time frame was 12 pm to 2 pm, but I got a text from Stephen and he told me he would at my house within the next 15 minutes. He was very quick and professional and did a great job.
