I went here for an inexpensive option for a flat tire I had. I bought a used tire with a little over half the tred on still. Good price. Quick service, but a week later my tire flew off my vehicle on the freeway. I called about another issue I had as well to replace a simple part and the guy told me I'd need a different type of test done first for there are 4 purge valves in my vehicle and that ranges from 50-400$. I called the dealership and confirmed there is one valve in the car. I just don't trust this place. On to the next.

Horrible service. They will add another problem to your car to receive more money. NASTY attitudes and very unprofessional! Highly not recommend

We didn't have the work done.. stopped in to price tires for a customer of ours at Maple Street Motors. Didn't have work done because of the pricing of two tires. The tires were worth the money for the size. We had just found cheaper.

Nice enough folks, direct and efficient. Gave me a hell of a deal, $117, on 2 pretty new tires in decent condition, and a mount/balance. Pulled up, and they had it jacked up and thr wheels off in about 5 minutes. Went through a quick showing of their used tire wares, and from what i could see they had some decent stock, and within 20 minutes, and they where dealing with about 4 other customers, i was back on the road and they seemed well balanced on the highway. If you want direct, efficient, and quick used tire replacement, this place gets my 5stars. Will definitely use their services again

Great crew, driving from Canton to Cleveland felt something was up with my tires, pulled in and the passenger rear tire was absolutely shredded. Pulled in towards closing time and they absolutely came through. Greatly appreciate you Jacob & Cody!

Did not have a very good experience with this place. Very rude, I'm professional and try to sell some used tires. Double the price never will go back to this place again for business. A horrible place to get tires from

I tried to call but it was after hours . My wife daughter and mother in law hydroplaned on the highway and got a flat . They were just off of the exit on Copley rd . I called Copley tire shop and the man said he could see them . He went out in the pouring down rain and was able to change their tire and get them back on the road all close to closing time for them . That is amazing service and I am so thankful for the man that helped my family !!!Thank you so much !!!Service: Tires

Had a flat tire right off the Copley rd exit on 77N he walked over from his shop and assured me I was ok to drive slow over to his place..he walked beside the car until I got to his shop then proceeded to get my car up on the jack and a new tire on it in the pouring down rain! So thankful for the guys there that helped us out last night! All right at closing time too! Thanks again so much!Service: Tires

They gave me two unmatched tires for a $100 and as I got on express way and hit 60 mph my car started shaking terribly. I pulled over and looked to see if I had gotten a flat because of how my car felt ,and saw,that I was missing a lugnut.Took car back and apparently my tires had not been balanced . I asked if they could give me my lugnut back and they said no because they didn't have any . Well I know they had one at least. Mine. Would not recommend this place at all.

Beware. Will never take my car here. Scams customers out of their money by not being point blank that you will pay for diagnosis if you don t repair your car at their shop. It was a Saturday morning when the shop owner had his employee drive my car for 2mins to diagnose the noise in my car. Upon return he charged me $100 for the test drive because I said I did not have enough money to get the repairs done at that moment. Such a SCAM!!!!! Shop owner is rude and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if there was that option. Will also sell you bad tires!!! Hiding the scrapped side of the tire away from you. Beware!!!!

I been loyal to them since about 2004. Started with just getting used tires. Then they offered some quotes for car repairs to me and was just much cheaper than everywhere else I went too. They always been good to me and even looked out for me a few times when money was tight way back when. They have switched different mechanics over the years but it s the shop that I trust. Overall great place

I trust them to do all of my car repairs and maintenance and I don't want to deal with other places in-convinces the only place I trust to do quality work at a fair price is Copley tire and oil. Everyone is wonderful to work with with. They are fast, friendly, fair and provide quality service. I also trust them with all my oil and tire needs. I love doing business local. I got new tires put on my Volkswagen at Copley tire everyone did everything possible to finish quickly and efficiently, and they gave me the urgency I needed to make it to work on time. They truly went above and beyond for me and it feels like a company that I can trust and continue to use for years!Service: Tires

So went there for a tire because me and My Person where just in a car accident that I could have not lived(hit on my side). We where able to get our car out of tow. We had a donut that we were able to put on it. We got in a car accident on Valentines Day. Testing ur Love at its finest(right). So instead of spending Valentines on fun things to do $149.00 in tow. Wasn t sure of the damage.Tire placement didn t look seated all the way right. We took the car there a few hours ago. Paid for a tire and rim $100 and he knew the damage. Refused to put on the tire. Took our money. We went down gge street because we couldn t put it on there. Tire was rubbing had to take it off. Went to go get it looked at and the mechanic said $2,000 worth of Damage or ride it tell the well falls off. We were going to get another car but we have so much going on right now. That $100 was a lot. Unfair. Really heart my feelings. We would have even given a tip off of being kind enough to say. I m not going take ur money because you won t be able to even use this tire. My airbags didn t deploy probably. I could have lost my life and I was still worth taking $100 from. I m worried about HumanKind (we were happy and blessed though that our day didn t turn out worse. The owner is friendly but his workers need to be checked behind. Each time I have been serviced I always have to go back. My last experience was I bought 4 tires however one tire was not secured. If it had not been the person behind me flagging me down to tell me my wheel was wobbling. I didn't have my lug wrench and neither did they. By the time I got back to the shop they were closed. Needless to say, check your tires b4 u leave!

It s very nice place for used tire, tire service, auto service and repair. I got nail on rear tire and they also fix the tire puncture just in 10$. I recommend this location.

Went to replace my tires with new ones. The next day one of them started going flat. It was t much longer before another did the same. Went back to get those tires changed out. The guy quickly got an attitude and began cursing at me. He refused to change them out.Beyond terrible customer service, terrible products. It s all shady. Stay clear!!!

Got 2 tires from here about 2 weeks ago. Came in today because one was flat and somehow both the tires I got from them 2 weeks ago are bad and need replaced? Why sell me a bad tire just to have me replace it next time I come in. Something isnt right here.

I get wonderful service every time I go, they're like family to me they never steer me in the wrong direction. Anytime I need something fixed on my car I get it back within an hour or two, they offer used tires which is great and their low price at that. I'd highly recommend anyone to swing by this place, I'm proud to say that I am a loyal customer of Copley Tire and Auto Repair!!!

There aren't too many places like this anymore. Usually, places try to upsell you. Here, you can get options not an upsell. I also noted that they don't try to rip me off. Maybe it's because I've been going here when necessary for years. Great place, look past the view, look at the service!

Needed to have a tire repaired due to it having a nail in it. Was able to have the nail removed and tire plugged in under 5 minutes all while they worked on four other cars. Price was extremely reasonable too.

Been here about four times now and its the only place ive been that have never once felt like they were ripping me off. As someone who doesn't know a thing about cars, that goes a long way.

Employees are quick and honest with their prices for both tires and vehicle repairs. It's was nice to be able to go to a repair shop that the employees are able to work on any make and model that you bring them. I would refer anyone to Copley Tire and Auto repair to have their vehicle worked on.

Used to be a cool spot cheap to get your car worked on but now the old man is just trying to get over on people now I needed two front tires and he told me 275 Because they were new .You can get a whole set of four brand new tires for 275

Sent my car in for a one day repair for the engine timing belt quoted at 600$. They ended up changing the crank shaft sensor without calling to authorize the repair first. They also claim to have replaced the crank shaft tone wheel. The whole crank shaft wheel is shaking and wobbling very loudly. When I drove my car home it continually sprayed out oil. The lower main seal to the crank shaft sensor was not in place and leaking oil badly. Neither the crank shaft sensor or the tone wheel needed replaced and the car was not leaking oil when brought in. Entire repair took over a week and costed 1000$ when quoted 600$. My car sounds horrible and is pouring out oil. Will be returning to either be refunded or have parts properly installed. Terrible service overall bad experience here, big let down from Copley Tire Mechanic service would not recommend.Service: Engine repair
