I came in today and had three tires put on. When I stopped in the other day to get a quote one of my deciding factors was Jacy. He works at the front desk he's a awesome person. He helped keep me entertained today while they were doing it in the back lovely customer service. I also will mention Nancy she's a store leader very nice. I met a few of the guys in the back but I don't have their names they helped put my old tires in my car for me all very very nice. Five star everyone. Thanks S

I had 1 Flat tire (driven 13k miles total). I was told that I needed to replace all 4 because of wear. So I asked to keep the tires to resell them (since I was not expecting to pay for 4 new tires). When I came to pick up my truck, they said they said I couldn't keep them because of damage due to safety reasons. But when I asked for them anyway, to at least verify the damage... They said someone had already picked them up?!?!?I feel like something shady happened.The only reason I did not give this a one-star review is because they took my car and replaced the tires in one day. I feel like they did good with the new tires and getting me in, but I definitely feel a certain way about what happened.

Today is a special day for me! I am free from the money guzzling, unethical, and sexist company that is Conrad s. For 14 years I have been going to the Ellet & Green location because I so scared of change. I quit going to the Ellet location about 2 years ago after being yelled at by one of the guys because I wanted to walk to Artisan and get a coffee instead of waiting in their crusty waiting room while my oil was getting changed. This whole company is so overpriced and takes advantage of all of us who know nothing about cars. It s so sad! Change is terrifying to me so I m happy that I took a step away and am trying out new, family owned places. I just got my brakes done for $500 less than what Conrad s quoted me!! I will never step foot in a Conrad s again and I will slam their name any chance that I can!

Big thank you to Doug and his team. Had a few issues with other shops servicing my vehicle in a timely manner. Called Doug quick easy conversation quoted me a very fair price. Dropped it off next day done in under the specified time. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and service techs efficient and speedy repair on my vehicle. Will definitely be using this shop from now on for all my tire related repairs

These guys have free air at all of their locations on the outside of the building, and they leave it on after hours. That in itself should tell you what kind of company his is. They care about random people needing air while on the road, and so they most certainly will care about your vehicle.

I stopped in to have some work done on my Jeep. The guys preformed a fluid leak and detection. They found that the oil filter housing was compromised. They fixed the housing as well as changed the oil filter, replacement of spark plugs, ignition coils,a fuel system induction cleaning. Now this is a pretty big job if you have never removed a manifold in your life I don't expect you to understand how time consuming this could be. I'm very impressed that they did all of this work in one day and my Jeep is running very well. Sure I could have taken my vehicle all over town to find the cheapest mechanic but that would have just waisted more of my time and money. Was treated with respect and very impressed with the staff. Everything came with a warranty ! again I'm very impressed with the one day service thanks.

Don't give free estimatesyou have to pay and if you get the work done it's not deducted off of your bill

Took my vehicle in for 4 tires and an alignment. Before the tech took my vehicle outside he said something to an employee named Mason. They looked at me and rushed the vehicle outside. The cladding on my door had been damaged. I made Mason aware of it. He told me to contact Mike, who I'm assuming is the manager. He said it didn't happen there. And called me a liar. Him and I had a very heated discussion. He calls me back, doesn't apologize, but says he will fix my car. The day the part was to come in no phone call, nor the day after that. I called Monday spoke to Mike and he said it didn't come in. Then quickly said it did. I understand things happen. But do not call your customer a liar. I will never spend another dime here.

Got oil change here recently and very soon after my check engine light came on and car started acting really funny. Took to mechanic. Mechanic informed me there was zero oil in my vehicle and I lucked up on not having a blown motor. Vehicle isn't leaking oil or anything but had none at all in it. They ripped my mom off here as well for thousands .. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Ok so i took my car there after a toe rod and ALL of my struts were replaced after about a month, to get an alignment. Remind you that the STRUTS all brand new. They said your tie rods are loose so we cant took anything to align it and your car is to rusted to lift for a tire rotation (all which is untrue they were just lazy). So about half hour later i get a call and the video saying everything they told me, i go pick it back up and as im leaving my right side starts squeaking (i live less then 13minutes away) but then my left side starts squeaking harder. So i have the guy thats worked on everything for it the past two years say the plastic shield on both struts were completely shattered and there was a crack from where a jack tried to lift it up, and there were new ratchet marks around the bolts of the struts these parts on my car had less then 1,200 miles on them. Thank god the parts were all still under warranty. Coincidence? What are the odds of 2 brand new struts getting blown out after around 500 miles of driving? After march 23 my struts were blown out and had to be replaced again. The plastic was completely blown out. Like my car was dropped off a jack or a lift. Ridiculous. Cant believe those dudes have jobs. Do not take your car here for a simple task, they didnt even offer to tighten the tierods since i was just there for an alignment, the even sent me a video shaking the loose tierod.

Dropped of my daughters car for new tires and a couple other things. We were waited on right away by Will who was very nice and knowledgeable about everything we wanted to know. My whole family has done business with Conrad's with no complaints. Highly recommended

As long as you're buying a set of tires they'll take care of you but if you get a flat and you need a flat repair all of a sudden they only have one technician for 2 weeks straight do you have to drop your car off for 2 days in order to get your tire fixed

I went in for alignment a a bolt was loose on control arm they said they can inspect for for 132.00 a hour prorated me 1 hour took them 15 mind to inspect charged me 132.00 dollars then there high price control arm and to install i felt like I was double dipped on the 132.00 to inspect control then purchased control arm equals paid 2 times on putting one part on .after having them work on my truck i feel not so like i should of said no for them working my vehicle and had it towed to my friends. .attention people this place is very expensive to get work done here thanks people.

I brought car in due to overheating back rear wheel. I suspected it was the brakes. They gave me a laundry list of things to do. I did everything they Mentioned in the brakes $1800. They changed all the lines hoses, rotors, front calipers, but after when I got home, the problem was still there I m glad I didn t do the rest. I m going in today to let them see the car. I m interested in seeing how they try and resolve this issue. They get no stars if they tell me to pay more. If they correct it and charge me nothing I might give them four.

This is by far the BEST service I ve had in a long time!! I was stranded with a flat tire on a busy Saturday afternoon and luckily to my surprise Josh, Mike, and Will came to my rescue over at Conrad s after my amazing father-in-law suggested we went to this wonderful place! They dropped everything they were doing and were more than willing to help fix my tires immediately! We are forever customers at Conrad s now! Thank you for all of the help. I will recommend all of my family and friends to you guys!

I ve gone twice rude twice only one other cat in the bay with over four workers waiting over 30 mins for a plus they couldn t even do because it was on the side wall. Would never go back to this place I travel all over the country and never seen such slow work. I wonder if I replaced the two tires for the $630 they wanted how fast they would have moved

Stopped in because my tires were low and the light came on in my Jeep on my way to an appt and I got worried. I asked if someone could check the pressure, etc..and Noah came out and took care of it right away. Not only that, I got a lesson in air pressure, cold weather, etc...he was super friendly and helpful. I was able to get back on the road with no worries, thankyou!!

Scheduled a mount and balance for a tire they had in stock. Got there like 5 minutes before my appointment, sat down, and by the time I decided to check to see if my car had even been taken in to be serviced, they called my name and it was already done. Whole thing took like 35-45 minutes. Was pretty impressed.

We took our car here because our front end was vibrating whenever we put on the brakes. We told them we thought it was in the front end. Over $1000 later, they had changed the rotors, brake pads, and calipers on the back end. The front end was still vibrating. They said we should get the front tires balanced (which we did). The front end was still vibrating. A friend told us about another garage. It found that the front rotor was bad and fixed it for $148. Quite obviously the mechanics at Conrad's don't really know their job and they overcharge people. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Last winter, I had an oil change at Conrad's. They did not rotate the tires like they claimed they did and then argued with me about it. Driving home approximately a mile from the store, the hood flies up, so I return to the store explaining the situation and the manager argues with me again.Second trip a month ago, I went back for another oil change, rotation not done on the tires again. Couple of days later, I see oil patches on my driveway. The car was put up on a rack at a garage, the oil pan bolt was lose and was not tightened down. None of the fluids were checked as they were all low.Because of the oil change, I lost a quart of oil. Had I not noticed the oil spots I would have needed a new engine.I wanted to alert other potential customers that you shouldn't go to this Conrad's store on Triplett Boulevard unless you want major damage done to your car. I would give this store a 0 rating if I was able to.

Absolute worst place I've ever gone. They did hundreds worth of additional damages to my radiator hose, engine, and front 2 tires. They won't give me my money back, they won't take accountability, and are giving me the run around. Awful, predatory people

I do not recommend going here if you just got you re first car I just went in for an oil change and they then said there was a whole bunch of stuff wrong with my car then came back with my oil plug stripped saying that it was the person we bought it from fault, I then to my car a a family friends shop and there was absolutely no problems that they said there was. If I could rate Conrad s zero stars I would.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The work was completed on time.I was impressed with the service needed video of my car that showed me in detail another service that my vehicle needs. It showed the wear on the pads and wear on the rotor. No need to guess if it is needed. I saw it for myself on the video. Great idea on this feature. I will return for service again.

I have to say everyone I had contact with treated me with the utmost respect. Everything I had done was done promptly and much to my satisfaction. I had a few questions and Mike at the front desk took time to answer each one. And Alex,the one setting my appointment was very polite and explained the cost and services for each thing I was having done. I would highly recommend Conrad's as a very cost efficient and people friendly company. My daughter now has an appointment Monday the 4th of March to have her vehicle serviced. Thanks to everyone at Conrad's.

Conrad s was a convenient location to my old home and we went there because of that and the coupons for oil changes, but each time they of course tried to up charge you for something else with ridiculous labor costs that wasn t even broken this is confirmed on multiple occasions with multiple vehicles with the other auto body shop in trusted and took my vehicles to. The final straw was when my last vehicles catalytic converter and license plate was stolen off my vehicle on their property because they were working on my vehicle the next morning, they did nothing to help me! They also left out the fact that my license plate was stolen when they called to inform me of the catalytic converter being stolen and wanted to more than 3 times what I was able to get it replaced for! After causing an uproar their corporate office called stating they would cover some but I d have to pay what was left, literally still double what I ended up paying! Please don t use this Conrad s they are a joke, a money hungry establishment and I am almost convinced it was one of their own that did it just so they could have more of my money! Don t fall for their lies!

My brakes failed and I was given an estimate of $2,231.00. I had it towed there. They said that was just a start! When I declined to pay that price, the manager told me that he'd give me $300.00 for my truck. Thanks for kicking me when I'm down! I had it towed to my house. I purchased the parts myself for $600.00. All of the employees were extremely nice and professional except the manager. I won't be coming here again! I wish you the best.
