The most stress free and quick experience I ve ever had with a car repair! They are so helpful and kind! The morning of my accident I called Carstar and Drew (the owner) immediately told me to bring my car in. From there Kristin (the office manager) called insurance and handled the claim info then she called car rental places and got me set up with a rental and relayed the rental info to insurance. She even drove me over to the car rental place and helped with the process there. My car was fixed in basically a week! This place and the people there are amazing! The most helpful and honest place you could find. Outstanding customer service, quick repairs and they really go the extra mile. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who asks for a good place for car repairs!

Worst repairs and parts used to make repairs are used and I'll fitting. Painter is inept at best and doesn't know how to tape ans mask a vehicle. Overspray on trim and body and glass. They promise the world but you get a home garage paint job and have every excuse about the result. Ask them how a supposed new part and paint job can have wear and tear . Ask them how the clearcoat can bubble up after 5 days. Ask them how there's no written estimate and how they get paid before the work is done. Ask them how after 3 months and 4 separate supposed repair appointments repairs do not show improvement. If you've had similar experiences please notify Ohio Attorney Generals office and take back peace of mind over businesses like my experience. Make them put everything in writing as required by Ohio Law. Don't be afraid to stand up for your rights.

My lease was up and my car, unfortunately, got backed into while I was parked in a parking lot. I needed to get it fixed ASAP and Drew was able to make that happen. He got the parts in, fixed the damage, and got it painted in a timely manner, all while working with my insurance company. I cannot recommend them enough for anything you need to be repaired!
