Outstanding and Epic.The Service Team was able to get me in before a road trip. They were also accommodating, when an inventor issue, required an extra day for the service to to completed.The loaner rocked !!!

Very happy with my first blue BMW M240i purchase at BMW of Akron! Eric was a fun and knowledgeable sales advisor and kept me updated on the status of my delivery plus had regular follow ups afterwards. got there for my 1994 e36 for an oil change, they didn t have the exact oil filter for my vehicle and we rescheduled it for next week. but even if they didn t have my oil filter, they inspect my car, sent me a video about what my car needs and plus they hand washed my car. What i paid? NOTHING! they did it for free! I mean this makes you feel that they care about their customers! they give the best service! definitely gonna come back! If you have a beemer, just take it there! they re gonna take care of it the best way! Special thanks for Erin! Hope to see you guys soon!

Greetings, I would like to share my very positive experience with BMW of Akron as it is not often you get to check all the positive boxes in such a positive way. Usually in the case of any business purchase always includes the following:1. Price2. Delivery3. QualityUsually sacrifices are made and you have the choice of picking only 2. In this case not only did the parts department check all 3 boxes they were also very professional and provided exemplary customer service on a sale that required additional communication and effort from the Parts Advisor.There were several challenges beyond the typical "over the counter purchase" that required additional communication, coordination and updates to make the final purchase and delivery successful. Really good experience with this dealership. I typically dread dealing with any dealership when purchasing a car, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by BMW of Akron. Michelle helped me through the whole process, fulfilling all my requests of pictures and random questions throughout the day. I couldn't make it to the dealer until later in the day, towards their closing time, so they performed only the paperwork I was ok with ahead of time (I have had dealers run my credit without my permission and before I ever made it to the dealer before!).I typically don't write reviews, but this experience was extremely smooth and pleasant. The finance lady was also very nice, honest, and not to pushy.I always research and shop for cars to get the best deals I can, and the pricing at BMW of Akron was to good to pass up.So great pricing and honest/helpful staff. I couldn't ask for more from a dealer. Thank you!

I had such an amazing experience at this dealership. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They took all the stress out of car shopping!! Justin is very knowledgable and attentive, he answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my choice.They even gave me tutorials and paired everything for me as well. I have been coming to BMW of Akron since the day in July 2023 when I bought my 2011 535xi. I did not purchase the car here but from the first time I showed up they put my car in their system. From day one they have kept me informed of what needed fixed on the car and what the priorities should be.Friendly, courteous, and customer focused. Being a 12 year old car with 110k miles off lease it needed attention in lots of areas and the staff in the service department have guided me into making my wonderful 2011 535xi a safe, reliable, kick butt BMW.Every time I go in for service I get the video show what needs attention along with an accurate quote of the cost. And when they deliver the car it is washed and looking beautiful.The staff in the service department are terrific and really go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Call me with progress reports and let me know about any available discounts and coupons.A couple of weeks ago I lost my wedding ring under the drivers seat somewhere and for the life me I could not find it. I call them and they said bring it in, they came out and searched until they found my ring.I could not be happier with the care they have always taken of me and the car. Thank You BMW of Akron!

I�had a frustrating issue with my initial�service appointment but the Service Manager Joachim and Service Advisor Ed got everything resolved and made it an overall top notch experience.� I decided to have them mount my new tires and� the pricing was very competitive (even lower than the local tire chains) and I didn't have to worry about anything getting damaged since they are experts with the BMW brand.� Justin Bisconti in sales is always super responsive and works hard to make sure the sales experience is pleasant and efficient.� This is my first�experience back to the dealership since the new owners took over and it seems they have it running much better overall.

From my experience with purchasing my vehicle 4 years ago my expenses at this dealership has been nothing but outstanding! Their customer service is top notch. Staff are all always extremely courteous and remember me by name and I feel they care about me as a person and my experience. Prices are fair and they always do excellent work on our vehicles. You guys are the real deal! Please keep it up.Was at BMW of Akron for routine maintenance. They were able to get me an early appointment and a loaner vehicle as well. I was attended to by Alexandria and she was simply awesome. Very friendly and courteous and kept me updated about my vehicle regularly. I usually get a video of the vehicle inspection and that is always helpful. I must say that prices are decent as well. Overall always a great experience and when it comes to customer service these guys are the real deal!

I started using the Akron BMW service department about 2 years ago, and by far they have exceeded my expectations. They make scheduling super convenient, a quick text to your service manager and just like that your scheduled without ever waiting on hold or playing phone tag. Every single visit has exceeded my expectations, and being disabled and having a though time walking some days makes it difficult to get around, but my service manager at the time Ed went the extra mile on one particular day and recognized I was having a much harder time than usual, and then proceeded to help walk me out to my car And even open my car door for me after I paid for my service! Then on my most recent visit, my new service manager Alexandria offered me an amazing 3 year oil change contract I couldn't turn down, and is by far the best deal I have received from any big name dealership. Their service and friendly service deserves 10 stars but I could only give the maximum 5 star rating. If your looking for a service department that treats you like family and not just another paying customer than this is the place to go!Thank you to all of the staff at BMW for your A++ products and customer service!

The personnel at BMW- Akron are nothing short of outstanding. Joey Jones, my service advisor helped an unexpected and expensive repair go very smoothly and was very kind despite my shock of the cost. Additionally, while the shop had my vehicle, Bobby drove me back to my house and then came to pick me up when my vehicle was ready. He was so fun to talk to and made what could have been a terrible day, a great and wonderful experience. Thank you guys!

Staff were polite and efficient in fixing car's coolant pump. When went to pick car up, all windows were covered with snow and ice that took me 10 minutes to clean off. For $2500 of service charge it's the least they could do.

The folks who work here are pleasant and easy to access. My complaint is not with them/- except for one thing. My car was being repaired for several weeks at the shop. I thought they would at least clean the inside of the car but no they didn t. They washed the exterior. But for nearly 3000 dollars I thought a clean interior would await me. Apparently bmw policy is washing only exterior. I had a loaner for those weeks. Very nice. That helped a lot. My other complaint is with the company. Come on. I had to have 2 new tires for over 800 dollars and I ve driven the car around 10000 miles. Really!! Already new tires. Outrageous. I had a warranty I paid 2500 dollars for. But it didn t seem to kick in. I know BMW is a high end car but that should be for the worth and sustainability of its products, not a license for ridiculous prices. And no warranty applicability. Crazy. We love the electric bmw but give me a break. !!!!!

We had a problem with our car 2014 328d wagon) on the way from Cincinnati to NYC. They took the car in, did a complete examination and sent us on our way. I can t say enough about how well we were treated; very courteous and professional.

I have owed BMW s since 1985 after spending a few years- I currently own a 335i package convertible and a 2019 x3 m40i. It has 59 k miles and took it in for service- our service / warranty is 6yr 100k miles- they found a bad front axle and replaced and charged me 3,700- I was shocke our axle went bad so early and they did not run it through the warranty- sadly if something can t be done about this situation this will be my last BMW - I have owed at least 8 & this will be my last- Steve

Great people at BMW of Akron. Greatly enjoyed working with Eric my salesman and Alsonso the used car sales manager. I would give Eric and Alfonso 5 stars.From a business standpoint I would give the dealership 3 stars for poor business execution website listing for the car I purchased was completely wrong regarding the vehicle specifications. No transparency during the purchase process regarding the vehicle only having one keyfob or any inspection and service documentation that I would normally except to receive during the financial transaction.All and all I had a great buying experience. Nicest people you could ask for.

BMW of Akron rolled out the red carpet for me! I blew out my tire sidewall on highway 5 miles away. Roadside assistance towed my 230i on a Sunday. Needed 4 new tires. Car was ready Tuesday and picked up Wednesday morningMy car looked brand new, they detailed cleaned (after driving from NJ 2x's and picking up 2 rescue dogs from Heritage Farms dog rescue in Liberty Center, 30 miles northwest of Toledo). Customer service was top notch - all employees very polite and helpful. Highly recommend BMW of Akron for certified pre-owned or new purchase. I will gladly use their services in the future!

I m giving an extra star because the work was done quickly and well. Unfortunately, I was out of town with a flat and they had no possible way of getting me a loaner while they had my car. Huge pain. I find this to be a common issue among BMW dealerships. Outside of not getting a loaner, my experience was fine.

Quick and easy on-line reservation. Appointment availability was great (got in a few days later). Videos are sent to you showing the condition of tires, brakes, etc., for full transparency. Washed & vacuumed my car. Efficient process. Five star.
