I'll make you feel right at home come on in and see me part sales manager and I'm loving it some of the people are already going with but others you just smile and keep going are stores are clean where the best and we have the best attitude I believe but others would disagree anyways come and see me and I'll get you all together I love

Very quick and easy. They have a diagnostic tool and give you the print out of what it found so you can know before you go to a mechanic.

I had an amazing experience. After having a bad day I came in, and a person by the name of Q assisted me and helped with everything I needed for as my vehicle and got me back up and running on the road with no problem. Thank you.

They don't answer the phone. If the do they say... " they can't hear you".Once your at store they have nothing In stock! I was able to get my motorcycle battery Unfortunately it wasn't the right one! Took it back for return. When I received my credit card statement I realized they did NOT refund full amount of purchase!!So it cost me money to have been sold wrong battery by the employee. The gas, time, and energy also!!Crazy!! How can they not refund my full purchase price after 40 minutes of having it!!

Asked for help on a few items I needed and all she said to me was Aisle 5. She knew I had no clue what I was doing but instead of helping me she just watched me look like a dear in headlights. Not a single customer in the hole store other then myself. So off to advance auto parts I go. You just lost all of my business because you have a bunch of lazy workers!!!

i was in need of a battery, i had limited funds, and these gentleman took care of me with empathy and professionalism. they truly care about customers. Jeff Edwards and Shamarque Williams are phenomenal assets to Autozone. they make you look GREAT!!!

Plenty of employees available for questions. Inventory a bit slim tho. For a quick wiper blade or car wash soap is great. But any special parts prob not the best place

The service was awesome they helped me figure out what was wrong exactly with my vehicle took the time to print it out on the computer and show me exactly what I needed to do to fix it I will definitely go back to Hawkins AutoZone

Excellent sales person Q they went above and beyond and helped me figure out I needed a new battery and alternator also saw I had a broken motor mount I am so lucky to have gotten her when I needed help she was a very kind professional and genuine person I will tell anyone who has a car issue to go see Q at auto zone!! Thank you so much

Just left autozone on Hawkins and wanted to thank Quanetta for her incredible service. She quickly found the problem on my car and got it repaired in no time. Not only did she help me in finding the best battery, she also installed it! I would highly recommend anyone to go to autozone on Hawkins in Akron Ohio. They treat you right! Thanks Quanetta!
