John and Matt are great. I already knew my check engine light was giving an evap leak code, but they figured out exactly where the leak is and I have another appointment to get it fixed.They're reasonably priced and extremely professional & educational. I've been other places where the mechanics don't take the time to fully explain things in a way I understand, but they made things super simple!Can't wait for my car to be fully fixed!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

This place is amazing!!! Took my Hummer in for an alignment, they didn't have any openings but after explaining what was going on they fit me in that day. Got my baby back a few hours later and she is perfect! She drives amazing now. great great guys working here, they really went above and beyond to make sure I was safe out here driving. Thanks guys so much!

We got a large piece of metal in a tire. They looked at it immediately for us. It was determined that the tire couldn t be repaired, so they put the spare tire on for us and charged us NOTHING! We went back the next week and had all 4 tires replaced. They were wonderful to work with. Quick, professional, friendly and helpful!Service: TiresService: Tires

Lance and his team did a splendid job on a pre-purchase inspection for a used vehicle that we wanted to purchase. His team did a thorough, exhaustive inspection of the vehicle. We were quite pleased with their warm customer service and their careful attention to detail. After driving 5 hours, they quickly fitted us into their busy schedule and Lance took his time to explain to us all of what was inspected. We wouldn t have made our vehicle purchase without their help. Their services are truly appreciated! I d recommend them to anyone needing car servicing.

I recommend Auto-Excel to anyone who wants fair and honest work done to your vehicle. I drive back and forth from North Carolina frequently and was in need of a set of new tires and oil change. John, one of the most honest mechanics I ve ever met, went over all the tires available for my car. He really knew what he was talking about and explained things to me, in layman s terms, how my car would handle each tire. I m a female so it was nice to know these things. He helped me pick out tires for my vehicle and they weren t even top of the line tires as most "big name tire shops" try and sell you, especially to women! I was very impressed by the honesty and professionalism of this company. I will recommend Auto/Excel to everyone.Thank you all for a job well done and going that extra mile. I want to say THANK YOU for being so honest and real! My 17 yr old brought her car in because of her waterpump and you guys didn't cheat her and her car runs perfect! These guys are great. They have the years of experience that enable them to quickly diagnose any problems and you can rest assured that it will be fixed correctly when you leave. Well worth the money. I have been ripped off by too many other mechanics. Even national chains. Very Helpful.. I would definitely recommend Auto Excel. John, I believe is the Senior Technician has excellent knowledge and explains everything in full detail. He made me feel comfortable with the used car I purchased which needed some regular maintenance soon after I bought it. He also worked well with the dealership to coordinate the payment and honor the warranty. My car is a Mini Copper and John is certified in foreign engines. Thanks again for the confidence in choosing an auto repair shop. It's hard to find a good mechanic that's trusted in the community.

Went in to have my sunroof repair was told of how much it would be for them just to look at it which I accepted and had an oil change and tires to be rotated at the same time. I only end up getting the oil changed because they said the tires were too worn to have them rotated that I definitely need new tires They were supposed to charge me $80 just to look at the sunroof and I did not charge me anyting for this service and there was no repairs that had to be taken onto the sunroof. Service is always excellent here and they treat me very fair would you recommend it to anybody

This was my first visit here. Was pleased with the service and respect that I was give. He asked me if I knew that I needed a synthetic blend oil which I knew, and he quoted me a price which for the synthetic blend was god price. I was glad he asked before doing it. I was confused about which filter i needed and he said let me check before we proceed. He quoted me a price which was still good. i got the tire rotation also. I have other family members who ago here also. Will be going back when i need service again. thanks for being respectful and taking time to explain things.

Tried them but nah... got tires here and they didn't even last a full year. I had a crack in my rim and they quoted me with a whole new rim stating it couldn't be repaired. Well, I got it repaired elsewhere for a fraction of what they quoted me. Just don't feel like they are the best or most honest car repair around. Lack of consistency and trust lost my business.

These guys are awesome, i woke up to a flat tire this morning so I had to put my spare on and drive to get a plug for my flat.I went to auto excel for the simple fact that they recently put a new starter in my truck and did an amazing job. When i got there I was not disappointed, they were very polite and professional and ended up taking good care of me. I will recommend this business to everyone I know. Thank you guys for going above and beyond.

John works on 2 of our personal vehicles as well as our service van. All work is done in a timely manner with no surprises and keeps us updated on everything as well as fitting us in on short notice. Definitely recommend this shop.

I took my car to Auto Excel and had a great experience! When I thought the problem was fixed, I went to drive my car home, but still heard noise. I took my car back to the shop. Lance was nice enough to get in the car with me to hear that not only was my exhaust a problem, my wheel bearing also needed replaced! I was thankful to Lance and Auto Excel for their kindness and expertise! Highly recommended!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great place. Very friendly. Great service. Excellent prices. Had a wheel bearing replaced. Stuck to there estimate. Truck was done an hour earlier then I was told. Owner introduced himself along with staff. Very nice place.

I have been going to Auto Excel for well over 5 years and have always been highly impressed with John, his professional upbeat attitude are always a welcome chamge from the usual.He treats Women like they're car owners and not dumb bunnies.I like that! He shows you your issues unless of course you don't care. My work has always been done right the first time and the shop is orderly.I bought ywo new sets of tires and they were untouchable in price and Loved the tires!Good guys! And honest!

This company is so wonderful. Everyone is friendly and helpful!!! Very reasonable prices!! The mechanic brought my car to the front and came in and gave me my keys and walked me out and opened my door so I could get in!! So nice!!
