Let me first say that I had the Best Buying experience/Customer Service at Auto Central! As an independent female buyer Chris was patient with my decision making, allowed me to test drive, inspect and answered ever question I had in detail...down to the signing of paperwork.Due to the fact that I drove my older car to the lot, I was unable to drive my new then off. Chris arranged a time that the car can be delivered to my home which was local!As far as my Black on Black MINI -VAN..aka my Mobile Office (by day) aka my Little Limo (by night)! I am in love!! I highly recommend!!

Bought a 2011 used vehicle here quite some time ago that is still driving strong. They made the process incredibly simple. The vehicle was serviced very well before driving off the lot. The staff was very accomidating and polite. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for an affordable, reasonably priced used vehicle.

Chris is a great sales rep. Just purchased a Hummer H2 off them. Very reasonable, straight forward, quick and easy deal, and enjoyed breakfast from the recommended Honeymoon Grille down the road. Thank you again, will certainly consider another vehicle through Auto Central

Update: the owner of auto central was courteous enough to give me a call pertaining the review listed below. He did explain that the salesperson was doing his job and most dealers would not have given me a call back with a credit score like mine. The call was less of a resolution call and more of an attempt to chastise me regarding my review. The owner stated that this was an unfair review and then proceeded to ask me if it would be fair for them to respond that I have poor credit which is why the deal couldn t be done. The owner was borderline unprofessional in his approach towards me. I stand by my initial review which was constructive and do hope that future customers rather they have poor or good credit are spoken to with courtesy and treated with respectTwo stars because they did have a quick response time to the credit application I didn t catch the name of the gentleman who called but I will say his tone came off rude and as if he was doing me a personal favor. He stated he couldn t get a deal done with the amount down that I initially put down and that I would need to put $3k-$4k to get in something and did not even provide me an opportunity to state that I actually had more than requested to put down as well as a co-signer, as I really wanted that particular model. I believe in treating people from all walks of life with dignity and respect and unfortunately did not get that respect from this particular salesperson. If you re unwilling to talk through roadblocks to financing someone, it may be better to simply send a rejection email instead of attempting to demean someone based off their credit history.

When I tell you the process was soooo smooth and fast I was in and out within 20 mins! Chris was awesome!!! I m so glad I found this place I will never shop anywhere else I love my Jeep!

The folks at Auto Central are real ones through and through. I am proud to say I've bought two trucks from them and they have been such wonderful, reliable vehicles that I've just fallen in love with. Yes, they are sales people. NO, they will NOT sell you anything subpar to make a profit. They feel more like friends in that they want you to be happy with what you're getting and will make sure you're not blindsided or taken advantage of by any part of the process in getting a loan or whatever you'll need.They are always fully transparent about all aspects of the entire process. They take the time to explain everything they have you sign so you completely understand what you're getting yourself into. They are honest and ready to answer any and all questions you might have. Me and my partner worked directly with Jessica to aquire a new truck and she made the entire process completely easy. She was flexible to work with us and it was only a matter of a couple hours (we did multiple test drives) we were driving off the lot satisfied with our purchase.I live in Wooster but I still made the trip down to Akron just to work with them. They are worth it. As long as I'm an Ohio resident I'll look no where else for a vehicle. Thanks again, Jessica!!

Check engine light went on the day I got the vehicle I called them , they told me they wouldnt be able to get it into the shop for weeks. So to call the extended warranty company, They also told me if the warranty I purchase from them didn t cover repairs that they had an auto repair shop and a yard and that they would handle it ! This vehicle was purchased 112 days ago never been able to pass an E check and has been in and out of the shop. They sold it to me with a bad turbo. A bad catalytic converter a bad O2 sensor, a bad exhaust manifold, bad brakes, oil low oil ! I was told by the sales person that the vehicle has been thoroughly gone over by Mechanic and the vehicle was good to go this has cost me so much money with repairs / deductibles and missed work ! I m thinking about contacting the state and a lawyer ! I was straight lied to, to my face just so they could make a quick buck ! I m beyond disgusted !Yeah, you did lie and I got the vehicle 6/17/23 I have the contract you have no idea who I am. I ve already talk to the finance company. I plan on talking to consumer protection agencies in the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and everybody else I can it s funny how you can respond to this, but you can t call me back Again YOU ARE WRONG I GOT MY CAR JUNE 17th 2023You have no idea what you are talking about and you edited your responses but are still wrong

I purchased a van 1 year ago. The transmission didn't last that long, so first I would recommend everyone take a vehicle you are considering buying from them to a mechanic to tell you the real problems before you purchase it. They honestly don't know what is wrong with the vehicles they are selling you, no matter what they tell you. I contacted them again to see about purchasing another vehicle, and to trade in my van, which they are offering 10% of what I paid for it in trade. I understand that vehicles depreciate in value, but given I only had this vehicle for less than a year with limited driving before the transmission went out, and I asked them about the condition of the transmission (and other things) when I bought it, that means they sold me a van that they should have charged way less for, given the problems with it. And they should have disclosed these problems when asked. I will say they are not rude here, they were polite. The 1-star is because of the quality of the vehicles here, and the lack of knowledge about the vehicles existing problems, even when you ask to make sure you are investing carefully. That is just my experience, perhaps others will have better success choosing a vehicle here. But just be careful buying your vehicle from here if you can't get the car assessed immediately before buying, so you can negotiate a better sales price based on the actual quality of the vehicle. And don't take their word on the problems with the vehicles, it doesn't seem like they actually know or will tell you truthfully.

BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a truck from them and test drove it before for I bought it for about 30 minutes. Everything seemed okay except for a parking sensor which they said they would fix (they never did by the way). I had an hour drive home and by the time I got home the check engine light was on. I called them up the next business day and they say the soonest they can take a look at it is a few weeks from now. So when they finally looked at it they said they think an o2 sensor went bad so they fixed it but to give it some time to adjust and call them back in a few weeks. Check engine light came back on within an hour but I waited a couple weeks and it never went off so I brought it back up and they said I need a new catalytic converter. They said with parts and labor I m lookin at over 800$. And to top it off they damaged my drivers seat, which now has the leather finish peeling off of it. So not only did you guys not fix the problem but you returned my truck to me in a worse condition then I brought it in at. Needless to say I will not be having them doing the work on my truck I ll have to take it somewhere PROFESSIONAL. Never again

Auto Central is the only place I will go for my cars. They have the nicest people who make everything so easy. They work with you more than any other place I have been. I definitely will be getting my son's car from there in a couple months when he is able to drive. They will always have my recommendation.

I loved the fact that it didnt take all day...2 hours max....an i was able to come in an get approved an leave that day in my new used vehicle..i love it! An the fact there was somethin wrong with the steering but they were able to fix with no cost to me. I defintely would recomend this place to others...nice, easy, an to the point.

We just bought a truck from them. The staff is friendly and they try to accommodate you however they can. I'll definitely say that I dont think they were prepared enough because we had to wait quite a bit for our vehicle to be ready and it wasn't fun with a 4 year old and 3 month old. But the staff there made it as fun as they could and brought coloring books out and tried to make it easier. The truck ended up having problems less than a day later so its currently back in their shop.....ahh the Joy's of car buying.

So I bought a 2010 chevy tahoe from you guys 6 months ago with 134k on it and now has like 144k well since I bought it It had a small noise i figured it was breaks well turns out its the rear end bearings are bad and now my transmission is slipping I paid 15k for this vehicle I really have taken amazing care of it since I've gotten it. I have been putting money into to fix small things that were bad when I bought it or that have broken since I bought. But I really dont have the money to fix a rear end and transmission. I bought the car at the end of June. I would really appreciate if you guys could help me out in some sort of way. I know the vehicle didn't have a warranty but I would never expected my transmission and rear end to go bad within 6 months. I really liked your business and staff. Please help me

I am still awaiting my warranty refund for my vehicle that was totaled in a no fault accident. They've been promising my money for months and every time they I contact them, it's always on its way. They keep giving me the run around. Austin who sold the vehicle and warranty now doesn't handle that portion of business. When I spoke to Tony, he just pushes it off stating that it takes time and the person who handles it doesn't come in the office but once a week. I leave my name and number and no one calls back. The other part of business was good until I had a refund coming. I will never go here again. And I will be filling a claim for the return of my unused warranty.

Bought my truck from them had good experience at dealership. But i have already made a payment and my 45 day tags running out still no memorandum title plates are about to run out and cannot get more. With out the paperwork they are supposed to provide i am screwed. They said have a good day sir not sure what you want us to do, get me my title. They did not even send out anything til after i made my first payment. Still waiting.

Bought a truck that the guy told us was one of his mechanics trucks...my fiance is a mechanic and looked over the truck and was able to confirm all the details we were given. Over all they seemed trustworthy and honest. WRONG. we drove it for 3 days before we started smelling gas. The fuel tank straps were brand new so the hope was it was previously worked on and would be a small repair. WRONG AGAIN. When we dropped the tank the fuel pump was so corroded and deteriorated that we had to replace both the pump and a brand new tank. Seeing that the fuel tank straps were brand new there was no way they were unaware of this issue but they chose not to mention it.

Couldn't have asked for better people to deal with. Having an issue with the vehicle I'm buying & they are getting it right in the shop to deal with the issues. So far so good I will definitely recommend this place to everyone Had an issue with the vehicle & they got it in & had it right back to me within 6hrs.
