Andy greeted me with a big smile and was very welcoming. He kept me updated when a part needed ordered and it was going to take until the next morning until it got there. He put my car inside to keep her safe overnight. and Despite having to wait for a part, my car was fixed quickly once it arrived. My care is perfect again thanks to guys at Andy s Auto. Thanks for the exceptional service!

Service manager Vincent, and mechanic Dereck, owner Andy ALL were very helpful and diligent about correctly fixing the problem. They also have detaling service, Dereck did an amazing Job on my vehicle. I will defintly be returning!

I had an appointment at another garage (westmark allpro) and they told me they couldn't even look at my car for another week , I called Andy's and they said bring it in. Test drove it and then fixed it on same day without an appointment and now my car runs like a new car. Excellent garage. Took my vehicle in for annual preventive maintenance had a very bad language barrier no customer service skills. Overcharged me on the labor, by charging both me the customer for the warranty labor as well as the store that they used for my part's. When I brought this to his attention the own grabbed his mechanic to explain something completely different to me. I politely re-explained he was double charging for the labor. He then raised his voice, spoke disrespectfully about me and told me to leave. He has done this multiple times, I have spoken with the people he has done this too, one in which is my neighbor. Had some serious misunderstandings but in the end, as far as I can tell, the car seems corrected. Andy supplied some additional work out of his pocket to correct the problem which is much appreciated by my teenage daughter who is just starting life on her own. Property was some how lost but replaced with brand new item and spares as well. In my opinion, Andy did what he could to correct the situation the best he could. He was not aware of the services we were offered and honored them at his cost. Overall, a rough start ended with a good ending, everyone is satisfied with the outcome and it is much appreciated.

I was having issues at another garage and I was told to take my car to Andy. Told him the problems I was having with it and was fixed. Andy's a great guy and great customer service. I will continue bringing my business to him.

Go elsewhere unless you are into false diagnosis of your vehicle and coming back multiple times due to poor labor on your vehicle. I've been going here for years andy ask why do u keep coming back? You are a loyal customer...nah you keep messing my car up n gotta keep bringing it back for you fix your own f ups...save your money go elsewhere told me I needed head gaskets went elsewhere was a sensor tried to charge 1900+ for head gadgets and car would still needed a sensor. Dont trust them.

I have been going to Andys for years now and he has always been extremely helpful! I love his service and even his mechanic has always been patient with all of my concerns. He has helped me with pricing and even showed me on the computer the prices of parts so that I will know what Im getting and at best price. I am very happy with the work he has done! He is a GOOD HONEST MAN!! Unlike Midaas on Market street or Marathon in Fairlawn...RIP OFFS

Just purchased car that needed a little innitial T.L.C and took to Andy's. His possitivity was so refreshing. The work was quick and painless and the wait was very enjoyable due to the hospitality shown. Will definitely be returning.

This place is extremely efficient, and very fair on prices. Andy is a very big help and takes the time to go over options. Out of all the places around this is the only shop that was able to do same day service. Will be using them again.

Dear Mr. Starks. We are sorry for your inconvenience. We try real hard for customer satisfaction.The car was dropped off with a note that read:"Car has burning rubber smell, steering wheel hard to turn.car is a bit wobbly+hard to turn."Our technician inspected and found a damaged power steering rack , bad swaybar links, two bad tires, an in need of brakes and rotors. You agreed to all of the repair accept the brake job. You declined on the brake job. When we last spoke with you I assured that we would make you happy. We are still waiting for you to come back!

FRAUD ALERT! Paid for a car inspection, the car was literally a death trap, everything you could imagine wrong with a car, was wrong with the car I took for an inspection. Then it all made sense, the place I purchased it from recommended I take it to this fraud. Uneducated / pathetic / fraud / scam artists. He told me the car was perfect and I should buy it! I took to a real mechanic who told me that the car was a death trap, and that it had recently been in an accident. I should call a solicitor if they refuse to refund me.
