Josh, Bob, Marc are extremely knowledgeable and responsive to my questions about service and maintenance tips on my BX2200 and Stihl backpack blower. Their repair work is extremely thorough and "on-time". Akron Tractor is 5 star for me.

I took in a blower battery for warranty service over 3 months ago. Have called and left multiple messages over the last month checking on the status and have never been granted the simple courtesy of a callback. at this point I'm assuming I'll never get the battery back. Would not recommend this business.

Here's what I wanted. I wanted expertise. I didn't want to Google the solution. I wanted someone to tell me what I didn't know I didn't know.And that's what happened. I got my part, I got some quick advice on using it. They even shot some grease in the gearbox so I didn't have to buy an entire tube.I think an entire generation has no clue that customer service and expertise like this used to be the norm (along with sensible business hours that allow employees to be home for dinner).Akron Tractor is a throw back in every respect - in all the good ways. So put down the Amazon app and just let the experts help you out.

Akron Tractor recommended and sold me a Snapper snow blower 14 years ago when I was moving from Ohio to Northern Minnesota. It has moved tons of snow and is still running strong. Has only needed regular maintenance and has had no issues requiring me to take it to a shop. Awesome machine and awesome service. Thanks guys!

It s always a pleasure to do business. Whenever I called for parts and if they don t have them in stock they always suggest the alternative or provide you the specs so you can look somewhere else. This is a great help for customers like me and gain more respect. You will never loose any customer ever by doing this.

I was having trouble getting the deck on my Kubota level. After trailering to dealer, Bob came out and got me straightened out in no time. Great crew with top notch sales and service. I highly recommend!

I've had a good experience so far. They sell stihl at MSRP like everyone else. The do sell pro line saws. They were able to get me Kubota parts in a fairly timely manner. Only trouble I've had was They recieved a part in a wrong package one time, but they caught it before they sent me out the door with it. It's taken some time to get the right one though.

Just purchased the Snapper Pro SS100 stander today! I can't say enough for the knowledgeable staff and sales manager! They are the real deal and here to help you get exactly what you want! Love these guys! Been coming here for over 5 years and they are my #1 source for mower sales parts and service. Highly reccomend!

Its nice to have a local business with a friendly staff willing to go the extra mile! We bought a small Kubota from Bobby last year and he was very knowledgeable and their staff has been excellent to work with. They showed us everything we needed to know about the tractor before we left and then spent more time training us when they delivered it to make sure we felt comfortable.We even get follow up phone calls from Bobby periodically to make sure we are happy and he has always been willing to answer questions even after the sale. You definitely won t get this kind of service from a big box store!They also pickup and drop off the tractor for service which is a huge time savor for us!

This place is terrible. I would not recommend buying any equipment from this place. Their service department is one of the worse in Ohio. I highly recommend going to Bath Tractor or Ag Pro. They are the best in my opinion. I will never step foot in Akron Tractor again.

I came in today to get a 6 pack of oil. 30 minutes later I walked out with 2 concrete saws (which you can t even buy right now because of the COVID Stihl shortage but of course they had a few). Anything I have ever needed, they have it. This was single handedly the best custom service I have ever witnessed. My used concrete saw got flooded and they showed me how to fix it & fixed it right there in front of me for FREE. They genuinely care about their customers and make you feel as if you re at home every time. There is a reason they are the best dealer in Ohio. I highly recommend this store.

I came in today to buy a chain for a saw and right when I walked in I was immediately greeted and helped. They answered all the questions I had and were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend going here for equipment.

Good experience overall. Went in to buy a new string trimmer, knowing more or less what I wanted but had questions. Had a little misunderstanding about a trimmer but as soon as I spoke up and cleared up what I was looking for the salesman got me squared away, even after he had already prepped a different trimmer that was ultimately not the one I was buying. No pressure for an upsell or anything like some other Stihl dealers I have dealt with in the past. Will definitely return for future purchases.

Akron Tractor was the only place that could get the seals I needed. Their showroom is clean and well organized. The staff was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased and will continue to do business with their team.

Friendly - Locally Owned Business. Knowledgeable staff, wide selection of products that will suit any needs necessary. Anything from residential to commercial to farm use, they have it. Great selection of Yeti products as well. Will definitely back.
