I came to Tom at Akron Auto Parts and Service with a problem that had no obvious solution. He and his team ran several tests, put in hours of work and were constantly in contact with me regarding the state of my vehicle. Tom was direct and honest about the price of parts and labor and made sure to communicate any changes with me. They finally found a solution and got my car back to me in great shape, and all for an extremely fair price. I highly recommend the hard working and courteous staff at Akron Auto Parts and Service.

Very friendly and skilled mechanics. They fixed my brake lines fast and for a very fair price. Tom is very straightforward about how much he thinks it will cost and checked in often
